Blockage was dealt with inside 20 min and Ari was awesome helping out making sure things were taken care of cleanly and that we were fully cleared. 100% recommend. I want to share my great experience with Basnett Plumbing. Kialy, the drain specialist was exceptional. We had a septic backup problem that started occurring very rarely when too much water was introduced to the drainage system (like extra long showers upstairs) indicating a partial blockage somewhere. He was very knowledgeable and took steps to thoroughly diagnose the problem such as using a camera inside the pipe as part of the initial up front cost. This allowed him to make a proper analysis and give us the fixed price quotation to remedy the problem, which he did. What I most liked about Kialy was his enthusiasm and interest in having us fully understand and thus appreciate the situation and feel comfortable with the repair. Having tried to snake it out myself, I wanted real a professionals to complete this job. Our plumbing is from the 60's and it came as no surprise that the iron section of the septic drain pipe was showing its age and needed attention. He used a machine to gently "scrub" and loosen most of the abrasive rust/filings and flush it down into the septic tank. We did not have to replace any pipes and now know steps on how to maintain drainage although it may make sense to later replace the six feet of iron drainage pipe to copper which Basnett is fully capable of doing. Although not inexpensive, we feel we got what we paid for.

All of the people I met from Basnett Plumbing and Heating were very professional and helpful. I felt so comfortable with such knowledgable and respectful people working to replace my original 67-year old boiler heating and hot water system. The plan they provided for moving the boiler from the kitchen into a dedicated utility closet was genius. The final product placed inside walls and along the intersect of ceilings, doors and closets caused minimal visual impact and will be easy to cover with a couple small soffits. It was well done and that shows in the final product. I'm so please with my new Viessmann Combi Boiler. Jake Basnett, Lead Home Solutions Specialist, is so very knowledgeable and he also has a wonderful personality. He was always willing to take a call when I came up with an additional "how will this work?" or "what does this phrase in the contract mean?" He thoroughly explained the transferable warrantees on the proposed boiler replacement for, a must-have with me needing to sell my house. What a great representative of your company! Zach Menard, one of Basnett's lead installation technicians, was quite knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. He really kept my 3-day project on schedule. He ensured the final product was beyond anything I could have envisioned, not just technically sound but visually pleasing, a true work of art. Daniel Castro provided the electrical expertise. The wiring and how and where he placed the wiring and plugs allows easy and logical access. He truly did an exceptional job. Samuel Dubois is an amazing professional, a great problem solver, and a very nice person. He was always willing to take the time to fully explain why something won't work and why a work-around will better fit the need. He knows his boilers, going through computer steps quickly and with great skill. He did an amazing job of creating replacement piping for my 8 67-year old radiant heat manifolds. I'm so very impressed. The rest of the crew knew their jobs but also took the time to be kind and respectful to this home owner. I felt comfortable leaving my home for a couple long scheduled appointments. They all gave me confidence in their work and honesty. Finally the office personnel Robin, Ramona, and Nancy ensured they provided accurate information, went out of their way to find the answers to my questions, and always treated me as a valued customer. They were always polite, friendly, warm, and sincere, something I didn't find in some of the other companies I interviewed. Their pleasant and knowledgeable presentation (and the Basnett food drive) was what initially made me decide to go with Basnett Plumbing. Basnett is an amazing company. I had a 12 year oil furnace with a whole house heat pump. The existing heat pump developed problems due to component failure, scarcity of replacement parts due to its age, changes in A/C refrigerants a new heat pump was required. I got hardware and installation estimates from 4 local vendors and chose Bassinet. The first person a met from Bassinet was Anthony Kent. I was very impressed with his knowledge and thoroughness. He did not just recommend a replacement based on the heat pump I had, he performed a bottoms up analysis of system size based on the individual requirements of my specific house. Anthony was a master of matching OEM capabilities and equipment sizes to my system which was limited due to physical height restrictions of the heat exchange location on top of my furnace. Anthony produced a multi-page document identifying specific vendor equipment, accessory parts as well as customization required for my system, He also identified electrical components that would protect the heat pump from electrical supply variations. and also identified a whole house surge suppressor that would protect all the electrical equipment in my house. System installation was scheduled to allow me to take advantage of federal rebates that expired at the end of 2025 which I would have missed if Anthony had not mentioned it and Bassinet had not scheduled my installation immediately. The heat pump installation was led by Cam O'Loan with a support crew of 2, a lead electrician Dan Castro and his partner. The entire Heat Pump installation and inspection was completed within a few days including the electrical upgrades. Dan Basnett performed the final Basnett inspection It was a definite advantage to have all the trades to come from and be scheduled by Basnett. The Basnett office staff was extremely responsive and helpful.

Drain medic in Nashua went above and beyond literally for me. They came up to Concord and that is well outside their area of operations to fix a problem we had been having with our sewer being backed up. They were here within 4 hours of being called by our plumber. Considering a total of four houses are connected to the problem pipe that was backing up into our basement you can bet we were super relieved to know they were on their way. They fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. They also educated us on some low cost maintenance solutions to manage the problem going forward. They did all of this at a very reasonable price and with a pleasant attitude. I take pride in using small business owners whenever I can and keeping them on my contact list. Drain medic Nashua is now one of them for me. Call them you won't regret it.

G&L is great! I recently had a small leak in my bathroom sink. My neighbors recommended G&L Plumbing for all their experience and I am so grateful!!! I called G&L and the ladies were so friendly and helpful!! The ladies took the time to determine what I needed and how urgent the problem was. We decided that I also wanted to replace my toilet so the G&L receptionist arranged to send their plumber, Steve. Steve was great! He called me up from the warehouse and together we picked out a toilet. He then arrived at my home on time and proceeded to work diligently and efficiently. He answered all of my questions and I did my best not to pester him. He fixed my sink and replaced my toilet and when he was done, the bathroom was cleaner than before! Steve is awesome! Initial service was excellent. My water heater was replaced within 24hrs of calling. But.. my old heater was under warranty and I have not been able to get Monroe to either submit the warranty claim or respond to calls about the issue. I have been calling for about 7 months at this point. Overall, I am disappointed with the office support and am out a good bit of $$'s on the warranty. ** I see your response that you have called HTP, but HTP website does not allow homeowner to submit (I tried) and you have not called me to inform me of anything. I still feel that you have failed to include or inform me.

I called Monroe in the morning about a boiler problem and a technician came in the afternoon even though we have never used their service before. The technician Keith quickly identified the problem, got the parts, and fixed it all in the same day so i got heat. He is very professional and efficient. I am very satisfied with the service.

The plumber, Dan Hamlin, did a great job for us! The shower in this 140 year old house (above an old tub on feet!) had several problems including needing an entire faucet replacement. Dan had to fit the new assembly onto new copper pipes replacing the old corroded brass pipes! The shower now works great!! Dan and his helper were courteous, smart, prepared with drop clothes, and left areas clean! I recommend him and Monroe Home solutions without reservations! I will hire them again for work needed in another bathroom!!

Brandon installed a whole-house water filtration system and an under-sink ultra-filtration unit for us. I was very impressed with his workmanship, the installation was systematic and well done. When we encountered an O-ring issue, he was prompt in returning the next day to replace it. Overall, I received great service and would definitely recommend him.
