Frankie did a fantastic job! I had a blocked toilet and a garbage disposal issue as well as the dishwasher backing up into the sink but within 2 hours, my problems were gone! I would recommend him for his professionalism, his can do attitude, and his quick service time!

It would have been a six-star review if there were six stars. The technician was very knowledgeable and did a great job disassembling my old solar system and encapsulating the plumbing. I was also impressed with the aesthetics of the plumbing around the sediment filter and water heater. The warehouse provided excellent logistic support to the plumbing technicians in order to complete the install. Overall, a great job.

I am very happy with the plumbing service. One of our bathroom tub was clogged (drained slowly). Yovani was awesome. He patiently analyzed, resolved and tested the issue. He also explained the problem and showed me how to avoid it in the future.

We returned from vacation to find ourselves without any hot water. Steve came out (recommended to us by another plumber) and looked at our old combo system. He put in the work to try to get a replacement part and when that wasn't possible he walked us through our other options. We ended up with a new gas boiler heating system and water heater. In the meantime he left our family of 5 with a 30 gallon hot water tank so that we weren't without hot water. From the initial meeting until the final inspection we felt that Steve was honest, efficient, and came in at a competitive price. He and his team of workers installed the new system in our 150-year-old house in Franklin, MA without issues, making sure our electrical was up to par and and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns along the way. Overall, we were extremely impressed with Steve and STP Plumbing, will use him in the future and recommend him to friends and family without hesitation.

I want to start this off stating that I had called another HVAC company prior regarding my water heater that stopped working and was leaking water, and was not officially quoted, but given a ball park figure that seemed extremely high. The tech came out, took pictures and said they would have the office send a quote. I ended up calling STP later in the morning to get a second quote to compare. I ended up speaking with Beth who advised that Steve was just finishing up another job but could come check out my water heater in approximately an hour. Steve showed up, was very knowledgeable and provided me options along his recommendations. He was able to provide a quote within 10 min (which was HALF of the first company’s “estimate”.) I then asked how soon it could be done. Long story short, it’s mid afternoon and I have a brand new water heater installed! The customer service from both Beth and Steve today were second to none and I couldn’t ask for a faster turn around time for a very reasonable price. Thank you STP!!

I contacted STP plumbing in the morning and left a message and Steve the owner returned my call in a timely manner. He was able to come to the house later in the morning to check out my concern. He was very professional and knowledgeable . He looked over the issue and was back a few minutes later with the price. He changed out the part in a neat , clean organized fashion as if he was never there. I would strongly recommend him to friends and family and definitely use him in the future.

We had a leak coming from inside the wall shared between our kitchen and bathroom, and Roberto handled the entire repair himself. Due to the location of the leak, he needed to disconnect and move the bathroom vanity to gain access to the wall. He then opened the wall, removed the damaged piping, and replaced the affected drain line with new PVC. He also rebuilt part of the water supply using new copper piping and press fittings, ensuring everything was properly connected. Once the work was completed, he reinstalled and reconnected the vanity. The repair took a full day, and the workmanship looks clean and well done. Everything has been working properly since, and the 1-year warranty gives us peace of mind.

Great service! Very easy to make an appointment, needed my outside spigot change due too leaking inside also addeda new shut off. Was done in about half hour. Even left me some cool plunger pens and a coloring book for my daughter. Excellent job all around!

Our gas water heater was leaking around Thanksgiving weekend. We tried to contact different plumbers but couldn't find anyone who was willing to work over the holiday. I had a positive experience with a minor problem that we faced. We had a pipe leak of about 18" diameter, which was visible through the first floor ceiling. Here's a summary of everything you need to Know They called on Monday They sent someone out the next day to look at it. The following day, they cut a hole into the ceiling. They inspected the pipe further and then went to an hardware store to purchase the necessary parts. The team spent about an hour and a half to cut the pieces needed and replace + weld everything. - Both the person with whom I scheduled the work and the one who actually performed it were pleasant to deal with. The company offered to hire someone else to repair the hole in the roof (painting is not included). I refused this service, as I needed to get some other drywall repairs completed by a separate party. - I thought the charges for labor were reasonable There was only a minor billing issue that they quickly fixed.
