We had for the first time ever a major kitchen sink clogging issue yesterday. I called Rhino Rooter this morning and left a message for David. He called me in a very timely way and asked for an explanation of the problem and gave me a good sense of the estimate over the phone. He came in a timely way on a busy snowy day. He is very friendly and most pleasant to interact with. He was very clear in explaining what the problem was, and using his machine unclogged the pipes and all is working well now. He even fixed a problem I had caused trying to do it myself as a complimentary gift. You will not go wrong with this gentleman and his professional service at Rhino Rooter. He is very upfront about anything that may cost and does not recommend anything to be fixed if not essential. We are most grateful and have arranged with him to fix a couple of other pluming problems on a less busy day. This was emergency for us and he met our needs perfectly. The big lesson he taught us was not to try to fix it ourselves since we can make things worse (I did), and those liquid solutions do NOT work (and can be dangerous) and can damage pipes as well. Rhino Rooter did a great job clearing the blockage in my main drain this morning. After breaking up the stubborn blockage, he ran the auger 100ft to the street two more times to make sure all the debris was cleared, then tested it to guarantee the problem was truly solved before he left. David was easy to reach, easy to deal with, showed up when he said he would, and left the area clean when he was done. Best of all, his price was very fair.

THEY ARE THE BEST!!! I had a serious problem with the main drain to my house. They were here first thing in the morning and were able to fix the problem. And it was a huge problem! They were so kind and friendly and I was shocked at how inexpensive it was. Definitely a company you can trust!

UPDATE: Replaced my reducing valve recently and upgraded to brass the cutoff valve. They completed a big job for me a few months back, installing two tankless water heaters. Both jobs were priced fairly and scoped correctly. I found that both plumbers are extremely competent, and they clearly love what they do. They were both very personable, professional, and explained everything in a way non-plumbers would understand. They were extremely safety conscious, and took great care to not damage anything around the work area. The plumber I use is the best!

The company is a great one to work with. We have used this company before and were always pleased with their work. The whole experience was friendly. From the young lady that set up the meeting to Trent who is so thoughtful and excellent at his profession, it's a joy to work with him. It is always an enjoyable experience working with this firm. My kitchen sink in my new-to-me-but-100-year-old home clogged and my puny manual snake just wasn't powerful enough. I called ABC Plumbing late in the day and Brian asked if this was an emergency or ok to wait until the morning and in the interest of saving some money, I asked for the next day. He wound up having to cut open the waste pipe and found all sorts of things (a whole chicken leg bone, how!?) trapped in the pipe before even reaching the clog. Brian patched everything up and even made a few minor improvements and we're good as we'll get without a full kitchen renovation.

I have never worked with a contractor of any kind more willing to go the extra mile, educate the customer, and respond when needed. ABC is aces.

All of the people I dealt with were very responsive and professional. They were very reasonable on pricing and offered a variety of options. They did quality job--installing 2 dry wells; hydrojetting a corrugated drain that was old and installing new PVC drainage in my yard. When I had a problem with the install, they came to my house that same day to diagnose the issue and made free improvements under warranty. Highly recommended

Christopher and Jack worked so efficiently and professionally. The work was extensive on a house that had been built in the past. Not only did they correct an earlier plumber’s work, but they also fixed a few other issues. The garage is left better than it was when they arrived. The prices were about average. Not the lowest, but not the highest. Please see the photo of my water heater, which is now code compliant. They will be my first call.

Daniel Anguiano the plumber I hired did an outstanding job of replacing my old toilet and matching grout around it to the original grout. He was neat, efficient, and explained everything clearly so that I knew what he was doing. He did an extremely messy job but was still very tidy. I would definitely give him a high rating!

Greg came and replaced a circulator pump for us and was absolutely fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable about the product, thoughtful about how to install it including modifications related to our system, patient and ensured that everything was working before he left, cleaned up his area. Really exceptional service. Would gladly work with them again.

Bailey did an amazing job setting up my new combi unit, as the previous boiler was frequently shutting off due to overheating issues. The whole installation took three days and I am extremely happy with the work he has done. He re piped everything and even silenced some banging pipes that have been a minor issue for years. Tyler was very kind and helpful. We had a leaky pipe in our home. John and Tyler were there to fix it all. They were both very kind and easy-going and worked hard to fix the pipe. John made sure to ask my husband and me if we had any other questions before he went. They cleaned and sanitized everything!! We are so grateful for all they did!

It would have been a six-star review if there were six stars. The technician was very knowledgeable and did a great job disassembling my old solar system and encapsulating the plumbing. I was also impressed with the aesthetics of the plumbing around the sediment filter and water heater. The warehouse provided excellent logistic support to the plumbing technicians in order to complete the install. Overall, a great job.
