David was great, quoted me almost half the price another company quoted me for "after hours" drain service at 4pm. He arrived quickly and snaked the drain, was professional and knowledgeable, and got the drain in working order. I would definitely recommend him and would use his services again.

I called this company early Sunday morning for a service call as our mainline was partially clogged. He came out within a few hours and took care of the problem in a very timely manner. Patrick was great! We had a issue where water was backing up into the house. Call Drain Frog and Patrick arrived 25 minutes later. He quickly diagnosed the issue, removed our guest bathroom toilet and used that toilet drain to run his snaking equipment and clear the blockage. He thoroughly tested the fix, then reinstalled toilet and cleaned up. Patrick was a pleasure, he was articulate, professional and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate calling him again.

These guys were professional, thorough, and took the time to actually diagnose what was happening instead of just pushing a quick fix. This was honestly the best experience you could hope for when dealing with a plumbing issue during the night in the dead of winter. I called after 8PM and immediately got a call back and was able to Facetime to describe the issue. Then they were able to come fix the issue immediately the next morning. Everyone I talked to was so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Sureflow! They came when they said they would. Adam was excellent at what he did. Cleared a clog in the first minutes he arrived. Then repaired the toilet and replaced the O ring. Tested, Tested again and cleaned up. Bam! Done. Knowledgeable, efficient and professional 👌

These guys are awesome! Fixed a leaking pipe (under toilet) this time. Seemed like a big job to me but in no time, they were finished. Leave everything spotless everytime. (In August they replaced an outside faucet, fixed a leaking sink drain, repositioned the shut off valve) David is amazing, knows his stuff along with his patience and kindness..the guy he worked with was also great. David and the owner came out today and did an excellent job repairing a thermostat and reinstalling a toilet. They were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and did excellent work. I recommend them highly. This is the second time I have done business with this company and can confidently say I will only be choosing Quahog in the future.

Mr. Rooter came out the same day we called. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Shane was out within three hours of our call and gave us a few options to take care of our clog and pipe replacement. The quote and work were completed within two hours. They were very professional and explained everything as the work was being done. He gave us tips for keeping the pipes in good shape. Very satisfied with our experience.

I have a membership with them. They come as soon as you call. The cast iron stack pipe in my 100+ year old house rusted out. As you can see from the photos, they cut out the rusted pipe & installed PVC. They responded promptly, gave me an estimate upfront & that is what I paid. They cleaned up when they were done. The repair man also noticed a leaking water line. He fixed that also. I have never been disappointed with Mr Rooter/Greenwood Plumbing.

I reached out through Mr. Rooter after seeing local advertisements, namely that they beat their competitors (infer a similar name?), and boy do they. I was tepid at first, my luck with plumbing companies hasn't been great. From the first contact to the end of the job, professional, courteous, kind, punctual, fair, open, honest, and transparent. Did i mention meticulous and clean, even for dirty jobs? Will (basically a master plumber in my eyes) and Cam (apprentice) were the lucky straw pullers. They replaced an entire sewage ejector chamber and pump, and even with some of those unexpected hurdles that cropped up, worked through it all and got our place back in order. After 2 years working through to now my third company, I can say resolutely that the team diagnosed and corrected our issue and concerns successfully. I recommend Mr. Rooter/Greenwood Plumbing wholeheartedly. (Note, the attached picture is prior to the finished concrete, which they also completed.).

Jacob with his crew and Kyle were both fantastic. I had a minor clog and it was fixed in maybe 5 minutes. I used Royal Flush last year to take advantage of their pipe lining tech. I couldnt be happier. Highly recommend!

I would like to thank the crew who installed a new sewer line and lined the pipe to the main in the street. They were personable as well as professional and went about their business fixing my problem in no time, the equipment they used was beyond my imagination, meaning cutting technology.My basement was left better than before they came. Great people and company. We had the main plumbing stack lined (saving us from having to break walls and replace) and the kitchen sink drain replaced. They were very professional and respectful during the whole process. A few things popped up during the job and they took care of everything. I would recommend them to anyone who needs pipe work done.

I had a wonderful time. Their drain cleaning service immediately fixed the slow draining issue in my kitchen sink. The cost was affordable, and the technician was kind and competent.

Called for service of clogged drain. Was given a time frame of 10-12. No showed and didn’t give me the courtesy of a phone call. I called Budge It Drains. They got right back to me and had someone at my house in 20 minutes and much more reasonbly price than what others in the other reviews paid. Update To be fair, he called me around 6:30. He said he called me around 1:00 and left a voicemail that he was running behind. I have no voicemail or missed call showing on my phone. Nevertheless, the call was an hour late for a 10:00-12:00 window. He was very apologetic.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Had Darrell come out because my washer valve oxidized and needed replacement. For reference, this product retails for anywhere from $22 to $42 online. To change the valve and clean two screens the total was $595.00. He and an apprentice were here for a total of 20-minutes, mostly waiting on the back of their truck while the washer ran with the new valve. When asked for an itemized receipt I was told they don't do that. When asked for cost of parts vs labor he said it's a flat fee. I was told you "pay for their expertise" after he laughingly showed me the screens he washed. He gave me a "friends" discount for $50 because he wanted repeat business which I honestly told him wouldn't be happening. Caution to all to ask for an estimate upon arrival to your home before they start any work. He likened his job to that of mechanic and them getting to set their price because people don't know what they're paying for. Incredibly bad business and would recommend looking elsewhere with full confidence.
