Never a good time for a sewer line back up. Saw an issue in our basement bathroom where the sewer line started to back up. Luckily, we caught this early. Contacted Roto-Rooter and they came within their two hour service window. Bryan, (the first on the scene) asked some good background questions and explained a best process forward. There definitely was a clog between the house and where the sewer line connected at the street. Line was reamed, a snag detected and everything cleaned out.

Called Roto rooter for a washing machine pipe that kept backing up from a clog we couldn’t get out on our own. They sent Burim who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to walk us through the whole drain cleaning process and gave us some information how to prevent these things in the future. Burim was able to clear out the clog fairly quick.They respond quick , they give you an estimate that will not change and they do a hell of a job. Would definitely use again if needed ! Even though there were a few snafus we had overall a very good experience with Roto-Rooter. They promptly came out both times for a drain clog/sewer backup. Unfortunately the first visit did not fully address the problem, but they honored their word about their work guarantee and quickly came out later that same week for no extra charge (same-day response both times). Jude was our technician for the fix and he was very gracious, willing to listen to our knowledge of property issues and stayed a few extra minutes at the end of his day for our peace of mind to make sure the drain was working properly. You might be able to get better pricing with other local companies, but it seems you get an easy, quick, and full-service package with Roto-Rooter. They did include a scoping which they said was for no additional cost. For the pricing and not properly addressing the problem the first time I would be tempted to leave 4 stars, but for their honoring their guarantee and very fast response times I updated to 5 stars. Thank you!

I called the company yesterday about a clogged sink, and Neil came and fixed it this morning, less than 24 hours before my call yesterday. And on New Year's Eve! He was so helpful and explained everything to me as he went, and he outlined the issues in our system that we'll need to get resolved in future so that this doesn't keep happening. All for extremely reasonable prices! We couldn't be happier with the work and the service. Will definitely be using them again.

We called and he returned our call promptly. We needed the main drain to the street cleaned out. When he came Neil was professional and got right to work. He completed the job and told us that it should be done yearly. He gave us a price and it was reasonable for the service. We're happy with the work that was done. We'll use him again.

Despite the circumstances of a sewer main being clogged on New Year’s Eve, it was a great experience with Mr Rooter. Nick was great, very transparent about pricing and services. Did the job to my satisfaction, even if he did give me news that I did not want to hear. Extremely thorough job. Sent pictures and videos with the invoice. Unfortunately I will be calling him in the next few months, but looking forward to his quality work to get the newly found problems rectified. I would recommend this company to anyone having issues. Same day service, good customer service, and no hidden or unexpected costs.

I was given the name of Mr Rooter by Roto-Rooter. I called Mr Rooter to schedule an appointment and they had time to take care of my issue that day Young man by the name of Jacob called to tell me that he was on his way He Arrived within half hour we discussed the issue. He started to work on it immediately. Jacob was very knowledgeable very polite The job ended up being a little bit more than what we thought, but it wasn’t a problem for Jacob Needless to say, the job got done in a very timely manner and a very professional manner Jacob was very professional. He was very polite very knowledgeable of what needed to be done and how to do it and I truly appreciated his services. I would highly recommend Mr Rooter and I would highly recommend Jacob. We came home last night to our laundry sink backed up with sewage. After researching some reviews I called John first thing this morning and he was here before noon and our clog was cleared in no time. Brett & his team were great! I got connected with him late on a Sunday (it also happened to be Father's day) after coming home to our septic system randomly backing up on us. He was incredibly friendly on the phone, and able to schedule something for the following morning. His team was at our door early the next day, and were quick to find the source of the problem, fix it, & clean up. I would highly recommend Brett for any blocks, leaks, or cleanings you might need!

Needed a new washing machine valve replaced and new hose hooked up. Keith came out the very next day and did a terrific job. We asked if he'd also look at a kitchen sink faucet and the main water shut-off valve while he was here and he gave us very good advice. We definitely would call again for future needs.

We have had Callahan Plumbing take care of all plumbing needs that we've had over the years. Chris has always done a wonderful job, completely taking care of the problem and charging a fair and reasonable fee. My husband and I highly recommend Callahan Plumbing.

"Crooked" Callahan doesn't care about getting the job done. We had a leaking pipe in the downstairs bathroom and Callahan came over personally to give us a quote. Too bothered by the job, he declared it was a complete "regut" of the bathroom, destroyed our drop ceiling, and sweared and muttered throughout the house. Turns out on a second opinion it was a mere drilling of a hole and replacement of a pipe to fix the issue. 370 dollars no big deal. One things for sure, I won't be calling Callahan again, but he sure cashed the 170 dollar service fee check without hesitation even though he didn't do a dang thing! Hang it up Callahan if this is how you are gonna treat people.

I woke up this morning, Saturday, to hear a hissing from the pipes above my furnace. There was a steady spray of water that was beginning to run down the pipes and accumulate on the floor. I called Callahan's plumbing and got his answering service. I left my information as an emergency call. 5 minutes later. Chris called back and said that he could be there as soon as he finished up the job he was working on. True to his word he arrived about an hour later and after determining which pipe was leaking, gave me a quote to repair it, and within an hour he had repaired the leaky pipe. His final price was exactly as he had quoted. I was very pleased with this transaction with Callahan's plumbing. I highly recommend Chris if you need and honest and competent plumber.

Just had a gas waterheater installed. They answered all of my questions. Explain in detail what they intended to do and why. They were efficient and clean. When they left you couldn't tell they were ever there.
