Darnell came out to replace the wax seal on my toilet as well as repair the water line. After these repairs he located a clog to the main line. He took the time to explain and show me the problem, then came back to clear it. On top of being skilled and efficient, Darnell was also very kind and respectful, which made the whole experience way less stressful. The pricing was very reasonable for the work done. I will definitely be reaching out to Darnell again in the future and cannot recommend him enough!

Darnell was the best, I had clogged main line to city sewer, as far as I know hadn’t been cleaned in 65 years. It was quite an ordeal to get it cleaned out but Darnell’s attitude was “I never give up” had to come back a couple of times, used I think four different machines to get the job done but got squared away with the help of his partner the self described “good looking chubby Spanish kid”. Reasonably priced considering the amount of time and effort it took to get the job done. Would recommend for solving any drain problems.

We had for the first time ever a major kitchen sink clogging issue yesterday. I called Rhino Rooter this morning and left a message for David. He called me in a very timely way and asked for an explanation of the problem and gave me a good sense of the estimate over the phone. He came in a timely way on a busy snowy day. He is very friendly and most pleasant to interact with. He was very clear in explaining what the problem was, and using his machine unclogged the pipes and all is working well now. He even fixed a problem I had caused trying to do it myself as a complimentary gift. You will not go wrong with this gentleman and his professional service at Rhino Rooter. He is very upfront about anything that may cost and does not recommend anything to be fixed if not essential. We are most grateful and have arranged with him to fix a couple of other pluming problems on a less busy day. This was emergency for us and he met our needs perfectly. The big lesson he taught us was not to try to fix it ourselves since we can make things worse (I did), and those liquid solutions do NOT work (and can be dangerous) and can damage pipes as well. Patrick was on time, careful with protecting our home from potential mess and tool damage to flooring, highly professional and an excellent communicator. I called 4/8/2021 and got the calling service that dispatched me out to the Matt who returned my call (within an hour), and was very professional over the phone and was able to schedule me in for the next morning 4/9/2021! Patrick came to my house and he was through, and communicated everything very detailed, but in a way I could understand. He also cleaned up after he completed his work! Our main sewer line had some problems. Cast iron pipes that were originally installed in the house had corroded, and some sections even had bottomed. Axel was sent to assess the situation after we called Drain & Water. The two options were: 1) relining the sewer main line under the concrete slab; and 2) pipe burst the sewer main line under the driveway. Their quote was substantially lower than that of two other plumbers for the same scope. Axel responded to all of our concerns and questions. He was in good contact with us during the entire process. Drain & Water coordinated the underground utility service and handled all permits. The crew came to our house every day to introduce themselves, tell us what they planned to do and give us a schedule of when the drains would be closed due to the work they were doing on the sewer line. They also gave us an estimate for when they could be used again. Every day they cleaned. Give them a call if you've ever needed plumbing or drainage work!

I've had them come out to my house twice and have been completely satisfied with their services. I made a call to see if they could unclog my main drain and they were able to send someone to clear it the same day. Also my water heater needed to be replaced and they came out the same day to give me an estimate. After the estimate, they were able to come the next day and install my new water heater and we're able to have it all done within a couple hours. They are super professional and friendly. Also love that they provide a courtesy call before knocking on the door.

Other plumbers offered me quotes but they seemed to be very expensive. Justin was sent out to give me an estimate and explain my options the very same day I called. The price was significantly lower than other competitors. Both times, they returned the following day and completed the work on time and professionally. Everything went well and there were no surprises. They will be my first call for future plumbing issues.

Emmanuel was great! I found his website by googling “affordable plumbers near me”. It was super easy to text him about my leaking water heater. He had me take photos and talked me through shutting off my main water valve. He is so friendly, nice and hardworking. He showed up before the snowstorm and worked for 2+ hours replacing my hot water heater, with new copper piping and handle valve; and removal of the old, leaking water heater. UPDATE: Replaced my reducing valve recently and upgraded to brass the cutoff valve. They completed a big job for me a few months back, installing two tankless water heaters. Both jobs were priced fairly and scoped correctly. I found that both plumbers are extremely competent, and they clearly love what they do. They were both very personable, professional, and explained everything in a way non-plumbers would understand. They were extremely safety conscious, and took great care to not damage anything around the work area. The plumber I use is the best!

The company is a great one to work with. We have used this company before and were always pleased with their work. The whole experience was friendly. From the young lady that set up the meeting to Trent who is so thoughtful and excellent at his profession, it's a joy to work with him. It is always an enjoyable experience working with this firm. Plumbing & Drain Cleaning and their colleague Jahz Malary was kindhearted, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely diligent throughout the entire service visit. Came over within a day after I discovered a leak, Nate explained everything clearly, why the leaked happened and what I can do to prevent it and gave me peace of mind that its not a leak that caused significant damage. A few years ago I also needed to replace my hot water tank, had a new one by monday (tank failed saturday morning). Got it up tight stairs and into a tight spot no issue!

My kitchen sink in my new-to-me-but-100-year-old home clogged and my puny manual snake just wasn't powerful enough. I called ABC Plumbing late in the day and Brian asked if this was an emergency or ok to wait until the morning and in the interest of saving some money, I asked for the next day. He wound up having to cut open the waste pipe and found all sorts of things (a whole chicken leg bone, how!?) trapped in the pipe before even reaching the clog. Brian patched everything up and even made a few minor improvements and we're good as we'll get without a full kitchen renovation.
