I would like to thank the crew who installed a new sewer line and lined the pipe to the main in the street. They were personable as well as professional and went about their business fixing my problem in no time, the equipment they used was beyond my imagination, meaning cutting technology.My basement was left better than before they came. Great people and company. We had the main plumbing stack lined (saving us from having to break walls and replace) and the kitchen sink drain replaced. They were very professional and respectful during the whole process. A few things popped up during the job and they took care of everything. Darnell came out to replace the wax seal on my toilet as well as repair the water line. After these repairs he located a clog to the main line. He took the time to explain and show me the problem, then came back to clear it. On top of being skilled and efficient, Darnell was also very kind and respectful, which made the whole experience way less stressful. The pricing was very reasonable for the work done. I will definitely be reaching out to Darnell again in the future and cannot recommend him enough!

Darnell was the best, I had clogged main line to city sewer, as far as I know hadn’t been cleaned in 65 years. It was quite an ordeal to get it cleaned out but Darnell’s attitude was “I never give up” had to come back a couple of times, used I think four different machines to get the job done but got squared away with the help of his partner the self described “good looking chubby Spanish kid”. Reasonably priced considering the amount of time and effort it took to get the job done. Would recommend for solving any drain problems.

Emmanuel was great! I found his website by googling “affordable plumbers near me”. It was super easy to text him about my leaking water heater. He had me take photos and talked me through shutting off my main water valve. He is so friendly, nice and hardworking. He showed up before the snowstorm and worked for 2+ hours replacing my hot water heater, with new copper piping and handle valve; and removal of the old, leaking water heater. The service was great. I called Peri from Proto Home Sevice Plumbing for a clogged kitchen sink. After inspecting some pipes connectors/drainage, he realized that some connections were wrong. He took the time to explain everything in detail that needed to be changed. I followed his recommendations and I'm very happy with the results. Placed a call and left a voicemail with Proto as we found our water heater had broken and was leaking in the basement at around 7:30pm. These guys are awesome! Fixed a leaking pipe (under toilet) this time. Seemed like a big job to me but in no time, they were finished. Leave everything spotless everytime. (In August they replaced an outside faucet, fixed a leaking sink drain, repositioned the shut off valve) David is amazing, knows his stuff along with his patience and kindness..the guy he worked with was also great. Mr. Rooter came out the same day we called. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Shane was out within three hours of our call and gave us a few options to take care of our clog and pipe replacement. The quote and work were completed within two hours. They were very professional and explained everything as the work was being done. He gave us tips for keeping the pipes in good shape. Very satisfied with our experience.

I have a membership with them. They come as soon as you call. The cast iron stack pipe in my 100+ year old house rusted out. As you can see from the photos, they cut out the rusted pipe & installed PVC. They responded promptly, gave me an estimate upfront & that is what I paid. They cleaned up when they were done. The repair man also noticed a leaking water line. He fixed that also. I have never been disappointed with Mr Rooter/Greenwood Plumbing.

I reached out through Mr. Rooter after seeing local advertisements, namely that they beat their competitors (infer a similar name?), and boy do they. I was tepid at first, my luck with plumbing companies hasn't been great. From the first contact to the end of the job, professional, courteous, kind, punctual, fair, open, honest, and transparent. Did i mention meticulous and clean, even for dirty jobs? Will (basically a master plumber in my eyes) and Cam (apprentice) were the lucky straw pullers. They replaced an entire sewage ejector chamber and pump, and even with some of those unexpected hurdles that cropped up, worked through it all and got our place back in order. After 2 years working through to now my third company, I can say resolutely that the team diagnosed and corrected our issue and concerns successfully. I recommend Mr. Rooter/Greenwood Plumbing wholeheartedly. (Note, the attached picture is prior to the finished concrete, which they also completed.).

I contacted STP plumbing in the morning and left a message and Steve the owner returned my call in a timely manner. He was able to come to the house later in the morning to check out my concern. He was very professional and knowledgeable . He looked over the issue and was back a few minutes later with the price. He changed out the part in a neat , clean organized fashion as if he was never there. I would strongly recommend him to friends and family and definitely use him in the future.

Not the first time I've used STP, and Steve is always very quick and helpful! He came out within hours on the biggest snow day of the year for my boiler blowing steam, and previously quickly replaced my hot water heated when it flooded my basement.

Thumbs up plumbing was awesome. I called on a Friday evening because I had a burst pipe in the middle of a very cold stretch of weather. I was looking for someone to come repair the pipe as soon as possible and thumbs up had a technician at my house about an hour after I called and they were able to repair the issue that night.
