4 months agoMr Plumber responded to my request within a few hours. Drain technicians Devan Skaggs and Camden Johnson were respectful, efficient and knowledgeable and resolved my issue of clogged drains quickly. They even took the time to put together 2 estimates for piping revisions needed to help avoid potential problems in the future. I plan to employ them again soon for these suggested revisions since they left ne with a feeling of trust. I highly recommend Mr. Plumber. Thank you.
1 month agoWe got our water softener installed today, it was an extremely tight area, but Brian did a fantastic job, tying it in and altogether and making it fit. Brian And his apprentice were extremely personable and extremely knowledgeable and the field. Explain everything to me impeccably and set up the machine to run as needed. Highly recommend recommended
8 months agoHope Plumbing, Heating & Cooling
6205 Rucker Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46220, USA
(317) 912-0222Hope plumbing has done a fantastic job working on my older home! What started as an initial toilet clog ended up turning into a much bigger project but all thanks to the many hands and crews that came out we got everything working and the water finally running freely! Thanks again to Cody, Tony, Vaughn, Lucas, and David, for their hard work with the installation and excavation. Thanks as well to Shannon for working with me and coming up with a plan that would work. Although it ended up being more money than I had originally planned Hope worked with me by allowing me to save money by doing some projects myself! Would definitely recommend Hope plumbing to anyone needing plumbing work done on their house! We also got a new furnace and AC unit installed and the HVAC team worked tirelessly all day to make sure that we had our heat back on and everything working as promised!
2 months agoHad Cwinton come out and fix a pax pipe leak. He was pretty funny and chill, no complaints here. He did help point out some issues with the pipes having small ones go into big ones and then back into small which is a good catch and future thing we'll get fixed later but overall this was a good repair. The company seems nice and has good communication about appointments and questions. Got some before and after photos included but the after photo doesn't show all that got repaired, just the bit with the specific leaking spot.
3 months agoJeff Ham (service technician) came to our house today and we had a great experience. He was able to come out the same day we called, which we really appreciated. Jeff was super nice and easy to talk to. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense and gave us lots of different options to choose from so we could decide what worked best for us. One thing we really noticed was how careful he was in our house. He kept putting his boot covers on and taking them off as needed so he didn’t track anything through the house, which we really appreciated. Overall, Jeff did an awesome job. He was friendly, helpful, and we’d definitely recommend him to anyone who needs help with their plumbing.

2 months agoL. D. Smith Plumbing & Drains
2400 Southeastern Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46201, USA
(317) 927-7186Trevor, Russell and Micah installed an external clean out for us. They also did a two-direction sewer cleaning and a camera inspection. They did a meticulous job and went above and beyond in making sure that we won’t continue to have main drain backups. Thanks guys! See you next Spring.
7 months agoLD Smith replaced our clay tile sewer line via pipe burst in Jan 2026. This is a high-functioning team. Great service, communication, and very competitive pricing. Sewer Line Assessment Joe conducted a thorough assessment of our sewage system, showed genuine curiosity in understanding some peculiarities (which no plumber had done before), and even got in both crawlspaces with me to answer some of my questions. In addition, he was knowledgeable (from my viewpoint), and straightforward. Fielded my follow-up calls, questions, and requests with patience and detail. Great start. Estimate No pushing, no BS. The estimate came in far more reasonable compared to the other local competitors. I was shocked. Sewer Line Replacement A 3-person team (Trevor, Mark, and Russell) conducted the work. All were on-time, communicative, courteous, and professional. I appreciated Trevor on his own initiative called out the utilities again to verify their path was clear. No issues to date with the new line.
3 months agoWe had a wonderful experience with Mason. He checked out our sump pump and water softener and replaced our water heater. He was very polite and respectful and kept us informed along the way. No complaints at all — he did a great job! Nick was also here assisting, and he was great as well.
2 weeks agoGolds Sewer Line Indy LLC
1311 W 96th St, Indianapolis, IN 46260, USA
(317) 284-9982Golds Sewer line Indy is great! They aren't a massive corporation or franchise like these other guys and they are able to do jobs at a much more competitive price. Keep up the good sewer work!
4 months agoGreat experience with this company. Sewer line replacement isn’t fun, but they made it easy. The crew was on time, explained everything clearly, and knocked out the job without any issues. They were professional, respectful of our property, and cleaned up when they were done. Everything works perfectly now. I would highly recommend Golds Sewer Line Indy!
4 months agoWe just recently bought a house in the Indy Meridian Hills area and quickly learned that our sewer line had fully collapsed and resulted in some major backups within our home. We were a little lost on where to even begin. I called around and got a couple quotes, and quickly realized this was going to be a costly repair. Golds Sewer Line Indy came out and gave us a fair price for the work and helped coach us through the process. Kyle came out that same week with the install crew and got the project knocked out. They were very punctual, professional, and most importantly: courteous of our neighbors/ neighborhood. Golds Sewer Line Indy is our number one recommendation when it comes to sewer line work! Thank you for the incredible service!
3 months agoPristine Plumbing
5950 W Raymond St, Indianapolis, IN 46241, USA
(317) 680-7064We cannot say enough good things about Pristine Plumbing. They replaced our main sewer line and went above and beyond in every possible way. Their crew was respectful, thoughtful, and the hardest-working group we’ve ever had at our home. They dealt with one of the worst sewer lines they’ve probably ever seen and never once cut corners. They worked through every challenge and kept us informed the entire time. They even dug up flowers and trees with care and replanted a tree when they were finished. And now we have the most perfectly working sewer line ever! Top-notch work and even better people. Highly highly recommend!!
3 months agoSpoke to the owner and he said this is normal $4,000 for a job that the employee said that would only take an hour and a half if they'd had the parts and the parts couldn't have been but about $500 but we were charged $4,000 to my 81-year-old mom an elderly that's on a fixed income who this company took advantage of. Look at the pictures the before and after that I'm posting this company is a rip off be aware. They sat and waited on parts for two hours. They may be installed a 3-ft piece of pipe. Even the neighbors looked at it and says wow you got ripped off.
3 weeks agoScott and Carter were both absolutely exceptional. Very respectful. They didn’t lag on the job. They both were very hard workers If we ever have to have any plumbing or line issues in the future, we will definitely be calling Pristine plumbing I highly recommend this company above and beyond any company I’ve ever used
8 months agoMr. Plumber by Metzler & Hallam
23 S 8th St #3500, Noblesville, IN 46060, USA
(317) 268-2952Super fast, ethical, and the best mix of personal and professional We needed a second opinion after a home inspection. Mr. Plumber came out the next day and did a very thorough job inspecting the general contractor's concern. I had great confidence in their work and give them credit for helping the deal go through. Shout out to Devan and Scott for all their work. Devan knew exactly how to assess what needed to be done and Scott did amazing work documenting the drains and communicating with realtors. We appreciate them so much!
2 months agoWe had a draining issue with our drain by the HVAC/Hot Water system in the garage. Tried a couple things prior to contacting Williams Comfort Air/ Mr. plumber. Obviously didn’t work. After contacting Williams, I received an email and text confirming appointment. Before arriving, Diego called to let me know he was 30-minutes out. When he arrived, he was very professional and friendly. I showed him the issue, and he began working. After about an hour, the issue was mostly fixed. Diego kept me informed of what he was doing and his step-by-step process to help resolve the issue. He even took and sent pictures with the invoice! This is the second time we’ve contacted Williams for an issue with the house. We will continue contacting them going forward as they have been great to work with and reasonably priced! Thank Diego for your help!

450 E 96th St #500, Indianapolis, IN 46240, USA
(317) 893-2462We had our water heater rupture yesterday, and Carter’s My Plumber came to the rescue in a big way. From the very first interaction, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with—exactly what you hope for during a stressful situation. Zach Douglas and Wesley Bash were absolutely fantastic. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean throughout the entire process. The installation of our new tankless water heater was done flawlessly, and they took the time to clearly explain how everything works, what to expect, and how to maintain it going forward. No rushing, no confusion—just great communication and top-notch workmanship. It’s rare to find a company that’s this dependable, knowledgeable, and respectful of your home. Carter’s My Plumber exceeded our expectations in every way, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work. Truly a five-star experience!
5 months agoWe had a fantastic experience with Mr. Plumber, especially Luke W., who was thorough, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our water heater installation. He took the time to clearly explain the issues and our options, making sure we felt informed and confident in the decisions being made. Luke not only did an excellent job solving the problem, but he also kept our budget in mind and helped us choose a cost-effective solution. We truly appreciate his care, expertise, and quality work, and highly recommend Mr. Plumber.
3 months agoWes was great. Very informative and got the job done. He informed me of all my options and he respected what I chose without trying to upsell. I admit, I’ve never hired a plumber, so I had no idea what to expect price wise. $600 to rebuild the toilet seemed a bit high, but I needed the toilet fixed so I went ahead with it. Hopefully this was industry standard pricing. But my experience with the communication and service was great!

1 month agoMr. Plumber by Metzler & Hallam
11 Municipal Dr Unit 200, Fishers, IN 46038, USA
(317) 663-3846Scott Steepleton came out and did a plumbing estimate for me. He was very nice, polite, and friendly. Throughout the next few days, I contacted him several times trying to decide on which water softener was best for me. I know he was busy, but he always gave me his time and was patient and helpful. He played a large role in my selecting Mr. Plumber for this job. I would for sure want to work with him again. The install consisted of a new bathroom faucet that I had purchased for a 100 year old sink that I really like and wanted to keep and a new water softener to replace my old worn out Culligan. Steve Bettis and Jacob Stumpf came out about 9AM and got right to work. Both fellows were really nice guys and very friendly. They put down huge tarps throughout the areas they would be walking and were extra careful not to let any of my cats out the door, which sounds silly maybe, but both of those things were important to me. Jacob started with the softener install, which was down a bunch of steps in the basement. That Culligan tank had maybe 300lbs of old yucky salt in it, and he had to break that up, scoop it out into buckets, and carry all that to the truck before he could get that old tank out. Just an awful job, he never complained at all, just got it done and was always smiling and nice. He installed the new EcoWater softener, and the install is just lovely, very clean, well-done, and professional. He worked with Steve to make sure the install was perfect and he left the area spotlessly clean. Very nicely done. Steve showed me how to use the digital programming on it. This softener is really nice, monitors salt storage and usage and knows when regeneration is needed automatically. While Jacob was doing that, Steve tackled the bathroom faucet install, which turned out to be as big a project as the softener. He had to disconnect all the sink lines, then lift that old 30lb sink and vanity up off the iron brackets in back and pull it out for access, because there really isn’t adequate access to the faucet connections up under there unless you’re the size of a squirrel and have X-ray night vision. He lifted that sink out of there, took that old one off, and installed my new faucet and pop-up valve like he had done it a 100 times. I noticed how very careful he was to align everything perfectly and handle the new parts gently, not scratching them all up or messing up the gaskets. He set that sink back in, hooked everything back up, and tested. A small leak. No cussing or acting hateful. Just re-did the process of removing the sink, tightened up what really seemed like the problem, and put it all back together again. Still a leak. There turned out to be an issue with the threads on the faucet nozzle, requiring some teflon tape and a very tight extra turn when installing—this took 2 more sink removals and re-hookups, but Steve never quit and never complained, he just worked it out and never gave up. He and Jacob put some screws in my ancient old vanity to tighten it up for me after all this was done and Steve put new caulk around the sink edges. They left my bathroom spotless. Steve is a real old-time professional, a perfectionist, and he couldn’t have been nicer. My experience with both of these men and their work was simply exceptional, and I will for sure ask for their help in the future. Thank you!
3 months agoThe team that came to install the water softener and the water filtration system at my home today was absolutely fantastic. They were professional, efficient, and very fast, while still doing an excellent job. On top of that, they were extremely friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience even better. Everything was explained clearly, the installation went smoothly, and the place was left clean and organized. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this team to anyone!
5 months agoMr Plumber’s technician was very professional, skilled and efficient. He re routed the leaking lines and his repairs were well done and much more sturdy than before. I would definitely call on them again for any plumbing issues.
1 week agoProfessional Drain Cleaning in Zionsville, Indiana
Zionsville’s historic charm, from the iconic brick-paved Main Street to the serene residential pockets like Mulberry Gate and Austin Oaks, shouldn't be dampened by a plumbing disaster. When a drain backs up, you don't have time to leave messages for dozens of contractors. Our service changes the way Zionsville homeowners find help. We maintain a network of 15 certified local plumbers and use a proactive filtering system to match you with the right pro instantly.
Our process is unique: we filter experts by your specific Zionsville zip code and then physically call them to verify they are available to handle your specific issue right now. Whether you are dealing with a historic home’s aging clay pipes or a modern suburban drainage system, we ensure the plumber who shows up is ready and equipped to work. Our 24-hour availability verification means you never have to worry about a midnight overflow going unanswered.
By focusing on the local Zionsville landscape, we connect you with professionals who understand the specific geological and infrastructure challenges of Boone County. From hard water scaling to invasive root systems, we help you secure a solution that is both fast and long-lasting.
Common Drain Issues in Zionsville, Indiana
Historic Pipe Infrastructure: Homes near the Zionsville Village often feature older cast iron or clay sewer lines. Over decades, these pipes can crack or collapse, leading to persistent slow drains and recurring backups that require specialized camera inspections.
Hard Water Mineral Scaling: Central Indiana is notorious for high mineral content in the water supply. In Zionsville, this often results in 'calcium scale' building up inside your drainage pipes, significantly narrowing the passage and making it easier for hair and grease to cause a total blockage.
Invasive Tree Roots: The mature, lush landscaping that defines neighborhoods like Stonegate and Royal Run often means large root systems. These roots seek out moisture in sewer lines, causing structural damage and massive clogs that only professional-grade cabling or hydro-jetting can clear.
Basement Floor Drain Backups: With many Zionsville homes featuring finished basements, a backup in the floor drain can be a catastrophe. During heavy Indiana rainstorms, local sewer systems can become taxed, leading to backflow issues that require immediate professional intervention.
Seasonal Drain Maintenance Tips for Zionsville, Indiana
Spring Rain Prep: Ensure your basement floor drains and sump pump discharge lines are clear of winter debris to prevent flooding during Zionsville's heavy spring thunderstorm season.
Summer Disposal Care: During outdoor hosting season, avoid putting fibrous scraps like corn husks or potato peels down your kitchen disposal, as these are the leading cause of summer kitchen clogs in the area.
Autumn Leaf Management: Keep your outdoor area drains and driveway grates clear of fallen leaves. If left to rot in the drain, they can create a thick mulch that completely seals off your drainage system before the first freeze.
Winter Pipe Insulation: Ensure any drain lines running through crawlspaces or near exterior walls are properly insulated. Stagnant water in a clogged drain can freeze quickly during a Hoosier cold snap, leading to a much more expensive burst pipe.
Average Drain Cleaning Costs in Zionsville, Indiana
Typical drain cleaning in Zionsville ranges from $175 for simple secondary line clogs (sinks, tubs) to $550 for main sewer line hydro-jetting or complex emergency after-hours calls.
Frequently Asked Questions about Drain Cleaning in Zionsville, Indiana
How do you choose which Zionsville plumber to call for me?
We filter our network of 15 certified plumbers by your specific zip code and the type of drain issue you have. We then call them to verify they have the equipment and the immediate availability to assist you before we connect you.
Is 24-hour emergency drain cleaning available in Zionsville?
Yes. We specifically verify which plumbers in our Zionsville network are currently on-call for 24-hour emergencies so you don't waste time calling businesses that are closed for the night.
Why does Zionsville's hard water cause so many clogs?
The high mineral content in Zionsville water creates a 'scale' inside pipes. This rough surface catches debris like soap scum and hair more easily than smooth pipes, leading to frequent and stubborn clogs.
Can you find a plumber for historic homes in the Zionsville Village?
Absolutely. We know which plumbers in our network specialize in historic plumbing systems and aging clay or cast-iron pipes typical of the older parts of town.
What is the fastest way to get a drain cleared in Zionsville today?
Using our verification service is the fastest method. Instead of you calling multiple companies and waiting for callbacks, we do the filtering and availability checks for you, often finding a confirmed pro in minutes.
