Expert Drain Cleaning in Gary, IN

The owner 1st off is so professional! I had to have him rod my sewer and install new piping in my rental home. He was done in a matter of hours. Then I had him to install my shower and run the pipes for my new shower system he did a beautiful job. Then he recommend me a beautiful whirlpool tub that he installed. Only to find out it had a crack in it. He removed the tub took it back to the store. He had them to give me a new one (at no charge) and he came back and reinstalled my new tub. Did not charge me anything extra for doing it either. Made sure his workers respected my home when they were coming back and forth out my home. He did a grand job!

Collin the owner of Hours plumbing came out to fix my clogged sewer line. They were able to rod out the drain which was in a very unusual and cramped spot that 2 other companies said could not be done and the other companies wanted to charge me a lot more. Hours did the work quickly and efficiently and most important professionally. I would definitely use them again for all my plumbing needs.

I called this company to do an estimate of re-piping a house I was buying. I sent my realtor across town to let him into the residence. The guy said he would send me an estimate. He never did. I called and spoke with him, I told him I am waiting on his estimate to make my offer on the home, with costs considered. He said he would email it. He never did. I called and texted and called for weeks with no answer and no return call. I almost lost the house to another bidder due to him lying and ghosting me. If he did not want the work or it was too big a job for him to handle, he should have told me so that I could have had a reliable company go out and do an estimate. Instead he left me waiting and waiting while he ignored my calls. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional!

We had a clogged tub and sink. The plumbers were to be here between 9-11. Got a call they would be here by 8:40. (BONUS) Tom and Joe arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem and cleared the drain within 30 minutes. They were very professional and respectful of our home. They also gave helpful advice to keep the drains clear in the future. It was also noticed that I have a veteran license plate and was given a veteran discount. I truly appreciated that. Our hot water heater went out on the weekend. Called and spoke to Michelle who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Sebastian came Sunday morning to replace the hot water heater. Sebastian did a fantastic job! Will definitely call again if we run into any plumbing issues.

I had a great experience with Reid & Pederson Drainage. Tim R. was out to clear my clogged bathroom sink and was kind, professional, and very respectful of my home. He explained everything clearly and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The communication before the appointment was excellent, and they kept me informed the entire time. I really appreciate the prompt service and would definitely recommend them to anyone having any drainage issues.

Called at 2 am on Wednesday morning. Josh & Dan arrived 8 am to rod out crawl space drain access. Both were kind, knowledgeable and did the work in records time. Even made markings in case I want to have exterior clean out installed. Great ,speedy service. Thanks so much guys . I appreciate it 👍

The timely response was great. The technician Tim was very helpful and knowledgeable. He suggested I get in touch with the Village of Glenwood. The Village responded quickly and admitted liability.

Another company failed to show up, I called Plumbing Paramedics at 9pm, Austin one of their plumbers came at 11pm. He was thorough and honest cleaned out sixty feet of my main sewer line when most would not show up at all! They are coming back tomorrow with a jetter as the clog was too much for a standard sewer auger. Best part is the charges for the rodding will be credited to the charge for getting. Once again they showed up! Austin came back today and finished the job as promised. He worked diligently untill my main sewer line was opened. He found a clog on the inside line after clearing the outside main, Austin removed the toilet and cleared that too! He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of his trade and professional in his demeanor. Plumbing Paramedics Great Job! We had Four seasons come out to root our sewer a couple months before calling the Plumbing Paramedics, the guy who came out didn’t really answer my questions or any really satisfactory information and seemed like he rushed the job, then quoted us 12k in work because he didn’t think he’d be able to make any difference with the rooter. Thankfully I found the Paramedics because after they sent Dakota out he pretty quickly figured to try rooting from the other end of the line (which the other company had neglected to do) and had it cleaned out in no time. I was very pleased to find a company with integrity and transparency in this day and age

Dakota was amazing. Explained everything to me and he really is passionate about his work! Grateful for his knowledge! I wrote the original review last Wednesday 1/7/26. I was told my Dakota that "his boss" would give me an estimate on replacing our sewer piping. I was told they would send me an estimate. Well no estimate, no phone call, even when I have tried to get in touch with them. Disappointed

This is the pace to call for all plumbing needs (especially if you live in Gary because none of the other companies service Gary at all, despite what the websites say)! It was an emergency (last minute) sewer line back up and they came out within 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable. The workers were respectful and provided an excellent service! Thank you!

Needed new hot and cold boiler drains to install new washing machine cuz old ones wouldn't shut off. Called around 11 a.m. and they showed about 2 p.m. I couldn't be happier with the service Tyler provided. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was in and out in under an hour. P trap and pipes all of a sudden fell apart, like late afternoon. My son called Young Plumbing and they said they will be out the next day at 7:30. Hi. Marcus came out to fix our flooded basement in a Saturday (of course it had to be a weekend). We live in an old house and have had many pipe issues over the years. He was fantastic! He’s by far the best plumber to come out to help us at our house to date (and we've had several). He took the time to make sure he completely diagnosed and solved our problem thoroughly; and for the first time in a long time, I feel like the problem has been truly solved. And furthermore, he taught me a lot about how the plumbing works on these old houses, and I feel much more confident in how to prevent and manage problems like these in the future. I highly recommend Marcus at Charge Plumbing and definitely plan on using his services again in the future - although hopefully I will be calling for just maintenance and preventive work rather than for an actual basement flood.

Very happy with the service provided. I contacted them on Tuesday afternoon and had a new water heater by Thursday noon. An expansion tank and new pipes were installed as well. Very professional and the best price by far. Highly recommended.

Best service, price, and communication. Other companies wanted to change 3K for a new water heater. Chalmers price blew me out of the water. I was able to call and send pictures of my unit. Then get a call back with a quote. Straight to the point. The team worked fast and answered all of my questions. I will be a repeat customer in the future. Beware of the other local companies that got bought out by large corps.

I highly recommend this company when I tell you they are life savers I mean it. This past week we had a tornado/storm pass through most of NWI. My mother and I were without power from 10:30pm until 10:30am the following day. I was recommended this company by someone off the ring neighborhood app and I saw on here they were 24 hours I had my mom call while we kept trying to not let the basement flood all night from 10:30pm until about some time after 5am. David came out and was our life saver. My mom isn’t as young as she used to be and I have currently a lot of health issues going on. Long story short he was able to help us and installed a new and much better sub pump and a back up battery generator for us at a reasonable price. We thank you guys so much for helping us out from the bottom of our hearts. You guys made me feel like there really are still kind hearted people out there that are still like how “community” use to be.

Bob, the guy I scheduled with for same day estimate, he was able to send someone out at my convenience which was perfect for me and my schedule. I called and spoke with the Bob, he got his guys out the next day. They were on time. They analyzed the problem, told me a price and it was not robbery, very reasonable and affordable! My God, I couldn't believe it. I wanted to cook Joey, Michael and Alvin breakfast, lunch and dinner and bake some cookies!
