Was referred to Keith after our regular plumber couldn't reach the depths of the clog in our kitchen with his normal equipment. Keith was prompt, offered a *very* fair price, and solved our issue very quickly. 100% recommended.

Short story: After having no luck with a big name plumber! I called Keith who showed up within the hour of receiving the address! The professional had the drain unclogged in less than 20 min!!! Long version: Issues with a main drain clogging up the whole house! Had called Klooze plumbing, the plumber couldn’t get issue resolved after coming 3 separate times! Called Keith with All clear, he was at the house almost immediately “freaky fast”. Had the issue diagnosed and fixed in less than 30 min! The issue was at a young lady’s house, single mother of 3!! He was more than fair in price, respectable and professional! Thanks Keith

All-around awesome to work with! He did outdoor landscape plumbing for me and never bothered asking me to write a review for him at the end of the job like every other contractor does. Obviously he knows that he does good work and doesn't need to ask for good reviews. The reviews here and other sites prove that.

Chris & Travis were very friendly and explained everything thoroughly! They let me watch everything so I understood too. Chris crawled under my house to be sure where pipe ran & its a very tight squeeze! Excellent service & really nice guys! Definitely recommended, 3 month guarantee is a huge relief too! Had to call them back as after a few days same problem. They came back & again everything seemed good! After 3 more days again same problem. Called again & scheduled but was suggested that I have them come jet my sewer line out instead and this would cost $500. Not sure why that wasnt done the 1st time? Anyways super nice guys but im going back to previous company as they're back up & running, they jet 1st time and no issues! Company needs to do the right thing & not expect customers to put out another $500 because they didn't send the right equipment to begin with!! Really disappointed in the company!!

To say I’m pleased with the service would be an understatement. I called the night before and received a return call within 10 minutes, and they had someone scheduled to come out the very next day. That level of responsiveness alone was impressive. The technician who arrived was extremely professional and truly went above and beyond. Although he wasn’t able to resolve the issue during the first visit, he did everything he possibly could—and then some. He was upfront about the situation and let me know he would return the following day with additional equipment to continue working on it. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend them.

Josh came on time, fixed my main drain and got be back in about an hour to be able to utilize our toilets, sinks, showers etc! I was a new customer today, as my usualplumber was out of state, will be utilizing this service from now on! Highly recommend!!

Had a leak from the water softener in my West Lafayette rental property. Tenants said water bill shot up like crazy. Josh showed up quick, checked it out, and turns out a bad seal had the thing stuck in bypass mode. He replaced the seal, recalibrated the system, and got everything working properly. Josh was great the whole time. Super nice guy, texted back right away with answers to all my questions, sent a clear quote by email first, and only proceeded after I approved. As someone managing this remotely, that meant a lot. I've had bad experiences before with verbal quotes turning into huge bills on repairs, so I was cautious going in. Lickity Split (Josh especially) delivered solid work at a fair price with straightforward communication. Highly recommend and will use them again.

I'm very happy with the service Brenneco provided to review the cleanout of a sewer line in West Lafayette, and to provide recommendations for a solution. The technician who we met (Mike) was very friendly, knowledgeable of what he was seeing, and thorough in his recommended solution. Very prompt, friendly, showed up a few minutes before the scheduled appointment, and had the quote generated within minutes of getting back in his vehicle. I definitely recommend Brenneco!

Max and Mike removed my old water heater and installed a new tank less water heater. They did a good job and were friendly and professional. While I think it was still a little pricey, it was still cheaper than Anderson heating and air conditioning.

Misguided and Poor Follow-Up: After Brenneco's service, the remediation technician complained the water heater job was not done properly. I brought these concerns with Brenneco expecting them to hear me out and provide guidance. Instead, Becky asked me to share documentation and qualifications for the remediation technician—a misdirection that wasted my time and failed to address the actual issue. This approach felt dismissive and unhelpful. Decline in Service Standards: As a repeat customer, I expected the same high-quality service I received in the past. Unfortunately, this time, both technical work and customer support fell short of expectations. Inconsistent Discount Policy: As a returning customer, I was previously offered discounts on two occasions. However, I was recently informed that there is a "no-discount policy," which contradicts my past experiences. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving their policies and service quality for future customers.

They did the work. I just didn't realize plumbers cost that much. $800 to run a snake down a toilet and put new toilet flange in( did not have to do anything to hole, flange fit right in. Not even here an hour. My own fault for not asking price. Reviews said good on price. What must other plumbers must be charging.

Yesterday was my first call to Snuffy’s and it could not have gone more smooth and efficiently. I own several homes in the area. When I called my usual plumber for a water leak occurring over a water heater, they said they’d arrive in 4 days. Snuffy’s arrived in 40 minutes. Their technician, Lucas, understood the assignment immediately and had me up and running within 30 minutes. He was kind, clean, quick, and courteous. Snuffy’s will be getting the call for any future emergency plumbing needs.

Paid for them to put on a riser and pump my septic system they didn't even finish pumping it completely and the hose clogged up or their system quit working they also agreed to fill in the dirt from the hole I excavated out and had to rent an excavator they didn't finish filling the dirt back and still wanted the full payment I made a full payment over $1,000 it had been over a month and they never came out to fill the dirt in then when they did they trashed the yard all I had was one pile of dirt that needed to be filled in and they trashed the whole yard with tracks and ruts and scraped up a ton of yard just to fill in over the tank lid. I'll update the review better if they come out and make it right but it's awful right now.

Great service and scheduled quickly (same day, on a Friday afternoon); would highly recommend. Special thanks to the tech - Jesse - who diagnosed our furnace. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable; kept us from freezing over the last week. Gave helpful input about what needed to be repaired, recommended upgrades and maintenance for the future, and available routes we could proceed for repair, etc. I cannot thank him enough, and would definitely be my go-to again in the future if needed.

David was efficient at conducting a heater evalution and he was a clear communicator on my routine yearly service call. I was dismayed, however, that Summers P, H, & C wanted to charge me $333 to change the $60 UV light bulb in my system. David, however, was good at explaining when I asked if I could do this myself and saved me the service call.

My furnace stopped working and i had 3 techs from 3 different companies come diagnose it. The Blue Fox tech was the most knowledgeable and even got it running again, but a cracked manifold made it unsafe to operate. They quickly got me quotes for 4 levels of furnaces and installed it the next day. They even matched the labor warranty of a competitor. Not happy to have to spend the money on a new furnace, but Blue Fox did a great job from the tech, to the office, to the installer.

My 92 year old mothers older oil HVAC unit just went out in this dangerous cold, and while the BlueFoxx team put together an estimate to be approved and get the parts ordered, a team of technicians brought out 3 additional space heaters to make sure my mother was warm until they could get things fixed! AND while coordinating all this remotely to help my mother, I got the kindest, clearest, most reassuring status updates from Joran in customer service on the status of everything's progress, what tremendous people! Oh and I forgot to mention, the initial service tech on-site offered to bring in more firewood for the fire, does it get any better than that? These guys are amazing...

We always have a good experience with Blue Fox! We recently had our normal maintenance visit where two issues were diagnosed. After a call to better understand the impact of these issues, we were able to quickly schedule a visit that was convenient for us. At that visit, the issues were revisited with Ryan more closely inspecting one of the parts and determining it didn't need to be replaced at this time. They keep our 24 year old furnace running smoothly!
