Dwayne answered my frantic phone call at 11:00pm. Drain backed up in my 1st floor condo laundry room. Awful! He & his son were on a job downtown in Chicago. They arrived at 11:40pm & worked til about 1:30am to fix the problem. It was a pretty complicated task but they fixed the problem. Dwayne apologized about the midnight fee he had to charge me but in the end the cost was well below what other outfits would have charged. Thank you so much for your help! Very pleased with Best Price Sewer & Plumbing. First time ever using their service, I started to have issues with my shower drain. I started to do some research and came across Anthony I gave him a call and within 30 minutes he showed up I explain to him the situation he explained to me with details what’s causing this issue and how to prevent this in the future.. He got my shower up and running I really recommend this company I would definitely call Anthony in the future for more services.

I am very satisfied and happy with this company. I live on the first floor of a 5 unit condo. So when there was an issue with it backing up in my condo I called Tony. He rodded it out but knew there was a bigger issue and it would not last. He was able to come the same day which was very fortunate for me. Now a month later it was necessary to replace some of the main line pipe. He was able to start on the project the next day saying it would take 2 full days. It was fixed in 2 days. I can’t say enough of how knowledgeable Tony is. I highly recommend using him for all your plumbing needs. Courteous, on time and keeps you up to date with the process. Had follow up service with water jetting to really clean up the situation with the sewer and get on a plan for preventative maintenance to avoid costly weekend calls! I had an excellent experience with R. DiFoggio and Sam and Plumbing and Sewer Co on 1/12/26. I’m usually a DIY person, but when it comes to water and plumbing, sometimes I have to rely on the voice of reason. I purchased a reverse osmosis system to replace an outdated one. The directions made sense, but I could tell that one small mistake could cause big trouble. R. DiFoggio and Sam Plumbing was recommended to me and they were out within a few days. They listened to what I wanted, and we worked together in making the system work and drain in the easiest way. Of course, there was an underlying plumbing issue that was discovered and repaired. They had excellent communication skills, explained everything to me, and check that I understood. Cleanup was flawless and I was reminded that if I had any issues to call them back. I’m happy to say I love my new system and have a plumber that I can trust.

Solution plumbing fixed a sink 2 months ago and gave me a warranty. The sink is still leaking. Called to make an appointment. When he arrived more than two weeks later he never fixed the sink. He sent estimates for other things he wanted to fix that were never requested. What good is a warranty if he cannot show up in a timely manner and repair the sink. What great customer service.

This company has come through and helped my house some important situations I am extremely grateful for. They replaced an ejector pump, and replaced a cast iron drum trap. The prices are fair and won't break the bank. Trinidad is amazing at customer service.

I called and spoke with the Bob, he got his guys out the next day. They were on time. They analyzed the problem, told me a price and it was not robbery, very reasonable and affordable! My God, I couldn't believe it. I wanted to cook Joey, Michael and Alvin breakfast, lunch and dinner and bake some cookies! “Trojan Plumbing did an outstanding job at our home in 60652. They quickly rodded out both the tub and lavatory drain lines, supplied and installed a new Moen positemp valve to replace a leaking unit, and extended the copper riser for the shower head after the soffit was removed. They also extended the 3/4” copper pipe in the kitchen so it won’t be buried by cabinets and can be properly connected during trim out. The team was responsive, professional, and efficient, with no delays. Excellent service, clear communication, and quality workmanship — highly recommend!”

Better plumbing companies out there that actually respond and follow through. Check out my reviews, I found an amazing plumbing company that actually follow through and does amazing honest work. I reached out to Trojan Plumbing Inc, scheduled a day for them to come out and check out the leaking issues I was having in my home. They showed up, promised a quote and never heard back from them again. I even reached out via their portal after a week for an update with no response. Be a bit more professional and if you don’t want to take the job let people know. It’s understandable. Instead of wasting everyone’s time and having no communication at all. Everyone do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time. Better and more professional companies out there.

Hats off to Dan and Conner. I had an incredible experience with them. They did a great job installing a new kitchen faucet and tubular under the kitchen sink. In addition, they replaced the toilet tank flapper and handle for me. Both Dan and Conner were informative, thorough and professional.
