Called several other plumbers to have a water service leak fixed. Drainco came and did an amazing job. Very reasonably priced even with equipment rental they were still lower than previous quotes. Kyle explained what all needed done and told me he would let me know if anything else needed fixed before they did the work. They even hauled off mybold water softener for me! I would recommend them 10/10

These guys were great, courteous and professional. Everywhere else said tomorrow or overtime to get my drains unclogged. They went above and beyond and had it unclogged within 2hours. Thank you!!! Update 3/15/2023: Clogged again!! Called the fine folks again they moved some stuff around so I didn’t have to miss work and they were out within 24 hours. I called Drainco Plumbing and they were super super busy and I understand why they do a nice job! The two guys were very nice gentleman that came out and started working on my kitchen sink, my bathroom sink and fixed my washer and dryer connections that were leaking. These guys were fast they jumped on it and fixed it quickly and their price was very very fair, I respect good quality work done quickly and efficiently. I promised the owner that if he delivered good work that I would deliver a positive review and recommend them based on their work performance and let me tell you, babe delivered and I recommend them to everyone!! Had a fantastic experience with JZ plumbing. Both Zach and Jimmy were professional and honest. They came out to replace my water heater and a sink drain. We thought I was going to need to replace my entire shower fixture as well but they were extremely honest and found out it wasn’t necessary so they didn’t not perform work that I didn’t need which saved me money and was greatly appreciated. They also identified and issue with my sewage cleanout and was able to unclog for me the next day. I would recommend JZ plumbing to anyone who wants prompt, professional and honest service.

Zach and his team were fantastic. We had a washer line burst in the morning around 6a and I contacted JZ Plumbing. Zach answered and I explained what happened. He shared how he planned to fix it in detail, which made me feel confident, gave me the time he'd be there and assured me he would get us all fixed up. I was told a technician would make it to my house in the morning. A technician arrived at 2:30 which I understand. The technician had no clue why the issue at hand was occurring, so he called his boss. His boss never arrived or looked at this issue first hand. After talking to his boss, he gave me a $3500 estimate that could fix the problem, but they couldn’t for sure say what the issue was but that they think it should work. Told me that my toilet has always drained into my sump pump - not true. Would not listen to me. When the technician left, the horrendous smell continued. The water was coming into my sump pump at an outrageously fast rate (was not happening before he arrived). He said it should quit - did not. It ran for 20 hours. My backyard was flooded with sewage drain water. Ultimately, I was left with a worse problem than when he arrived. I did not feel listened to. The boss never spoke to me or asked what the problem was. The technician was not listening and could never diagnose the problem. Bud’s wouldn’t send anyone out after hours without charging $200 minimum to repair an issue they had made worse - water continuously circulating into my sump pump and flooding my backyard and neighbors’ yards. I had another company come out the next day. They found there was a drain blockage in the town’s side leading to water coming back in. Ultimately, costing me nothing. Again, did not listen to me when I was trying to tell them where water was coming from or how it worked.

I was in need of an inspection of an electric water heater to satisfy the lender. There was a tankless which I replaced myself and the lender required a licensed plumber to inspect. Two very professional plumbers showed up in a very timely manner. I'm beyond happy with the outcome and so is the mortgage lender. Office Receptionist is unprofessional if confronted with discrepancies. Work is sloppy and done with little to no care. Pictures of a $442 clean out installed. Did not want or need a clean out. Needed blockage removed to drain properly

Joel, Tom, and Brad & Grae combined to make a great team to work together , each skillfully working hard in their own areas of expertise, that all together created a updated and lovely new shower area for us. (and new fixtures for our sinks) We thank all of them, especially Joel, who was super to work with! We will use you all again in the future.

We used Alstadt for installing a bathroom and updating the plumbing after doing a massive mold remediation. While Joel was wonderful, we were left with a significant shift in our slab that now requires leveling and can no longer install flooring.. Things of note: - the floor had been thoroughly inspected before the company came and was completely level and ready for flooring. -The home was heated the entire time -The company was the only one to access the bathroom during the duration of the job. -There weren't any concerns that were brought up about the slab prior to starting work. We called in hopes that the situation could be remedied or a compromise could be made in getting the situation fixed. The manager was determined to keep repeating that nothing they could have done would have impacted the slab (while also sharing that he doesn't have the background to make such an assessment). We're so disappointed. We had really thought we had picked a company that would follow through with doing a good job. We should have checked their reviews online more closely. Now we're left with a delay, a significant additional expense and hoping that we can find someone who can remedy the situation correctly. If you could get just Joel, I would say you're in good hands, but I would not recommend this company for future jobs.

A $2,500 water heater replacement solved nothing—the real issue was a $12 shower head. I contacted this company because I was only getting about 10 minutes of hot water while showering. The technician inspected my water heater and told me the bottom heating element had failed and that there was a leak that had sealed itself. Based on that assessment, I was advised that replacing the water heater was the appropriate solution. Following that recommendation, I authorized the replacement, which cost $2,500. However, the very next day I discovered I was still only getting about 10 minutes of hot water while showering. I called the company again and an emergency technician came out. After evaluating the situation, he determined that the issue was actually my shower head using an unusually high amount of water per minute, which was simply draining the tank very quickly. In other words, the problem I originally called about was not caused by the water heater at all. It appears the fixture itself was the primary reason I was running out of hot water so quickly. I understand that my previous water heater may have had issues due to its age, but the specific complaint that led to the $2,500 replacement was never properly diagnosed beforehand. Had the water flow rate been checked initially, I likely would have addressed that first before agreeing to replace the entire unit. I’m sharing this experience so that others ask thorough diagnostic questions before approving major work. A simple check of water usage at the fixture could have prevented a very expensive decision. I would welcome the company’s response or explanation regarding how this situation occurred.

We had Brackett Heating & Air install our water heater last year, and they recently came back out for our one-year maintenance. Both experiences were excellent! Don was our technician and he was fantastic—friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and made sure we were comfortable with the process. The installation went smoothly, and we’ve had zero issues with our water heater since. Everyone we’ve interacted with at Brackett has been helpful, responsive, and competent. It’s such a relief to work with a company that shows up on time, communicates well, and does quality work. We truly have no complaints and would absolutely recommend Brackett Heating & Air to anyone in the Evansville area! We will use them again in the future when we need other things!

I have used their services on multiple occasions and have never been disappointed. The most recent interaction was by far the best. My husband and I were in the process of selling our home, and the loan company needed verification on some measurements. Multiple other contractors were called. None would verify the measurements needed, and some even caused more concern, saying certain other things would be needed "if." I called Todd at Joe Bolin Plumbing, but he was out of town. To say I was anxiety ridden would be an understatement. He called me at 7:02 a.m., was at my house by 10:30, and verified it met the necessary criteria for the loan company. New remodel, Upside down parts put on, Ro System not done correctly, made awful hissing until I got another Plumber to repair, didn't turn on the gas before leaving for the weekend. Broke new faucets, they leaked and ruined a new Fahrenbacher Cabinet Just an awful experience. I would not recommend!

Needed a simple sump pump install done, I had already bought the pump. Quote was $150 less than one of the major plumbing businesses in town. The installer was a kind and hard working man who was more than willing to talk through some other plumbing things with me, along with an opinion of the quality of the pump itself. Installed a quiet check valve too, which significantly reduced the noise, I wasn't even aware those existed. Great service, will be contacting them again with any plumbing needs
