Called Roto rooter out for a blocked sewer pipe that a previous company could not get cleared .Tomas showed up today on time and was very professional walked me through all the options I had and was very knowledgeable. He was able to clear the block and even went above to make sure everything was taken care of . After having Tomas here for the work I will be a Roto rooter customer from here on out and I recommend this company to anyone . Don’t call around just call Roto rooter . Great job Tomas . I chose this company from online reviews and testimonials, and I am so glad I called. Jordan came to assess the problem and provided options that included simple snaking, or in the event that didn’t work some possible interventions that were more extensive. On a scale of about $200 to $1600 quoted (depending on how extensive the work) the final cost was right about midpoint making me a happy customer. Jordan and Grant came to complete the work and after trying the snake to no avail, Jordan came up with a brilliant plan to open the drains without having to revamp all the PVC pipes. Jordan was knowledgeable, professional, and so friendly it instilled confidence that they would get the job done right. Upon completion the guys cleaned up and left the bathroom looking perfect. I will not hesitate to call them again and highly recommend their services to anyone seeking quality, reliability, and fair pricing.

Mike Stanton scheduled a time to come and discuss my kitchen drain issues. He arrived on time and listened closely as I explained the problem. We've had clogged drains, every couple of years, and have had different companies clear the blockage. No other company has been as thorough as Mike, and he worked to clear out all the grease blockage. I requested a camera view of the pipe, which added to the cost. I was able to view as he pushed it through the pipe, and Mike pointed out possible issues. He was very clean and careful and my water is flowing! Very pleased with his work, attitude, and price! I don't want any problems, but Stanton will be my first choice in the future for any plumbing needs!

I was very impressed with these guys. Had sewer problems, had 1 company tell me it's broken and then ghost me to come diagnose for real (A1) and another company who also said it was broken underneath a very big concrete slab, and quoted me 23,000. I reached out to see about pipelining and Justin was so helpful and kind. He came over with a camera for free saw we had roots and fractures in cast iron, and that he could line it. After a bunch of months he still remembered me and fit me in as soon as needed. These 2 gentlemen spent 10 hours lining my sewer pipe, I think bc they knew I had to go to my son's graduation out of town the next day. But they finished and I am so thankful. Idk the exact price but my quote was way lower than any others. You won't be steered wrong with this company.

Short story long, call Justin. Whether you think they can help you or not, call. We previously had the easiest and least invasive 8’ section of kitchen drain line replaced by another plumber. Old cast pipe was just completely collapsed. Thankfully the trench was limited to under the cabinets, dishwasher and refrigerator. Previous plumber finally found good pipe under the fridge to attach the new line without tearing up our laundry room floors (which wouldve led to kitchen/front room/hallway/bathroom floors). In anticipation of the potential for future issues I chose not to backfill the trench leaving an easy and obvious access point and outlet for water. Fast forward a year and a half and we notice a smell in the kitchen, followed by seeing the trench holding water. Here we go right, time to tear up the entire house. Multiple quotes for a traditional trench fix but I called Justin at FW Pipelining to see if we had any hope for a noninvasive fix. I was very pessimistic the entire time, expecting the rest of the pipe to look just like the previously replaced rusted and rotted out cast. Justin however, countered that with more optimism than I knew plumbers were capable of. Within 24 hours they arrived to inspect it. They ran into a blockage that prevented them from getting their camera through for an assessment. They got us on the schedule for the following Monday to return with the proper equipment. Justin was also already in contact with one of his contacts who would step in to help us out if lining the pipe was not an option. Monday arrives and so does the crew, clear the blockage and get a good look through the line. Turns out that was our only problem. The rest of our line was solid and serviceable. Talk about a sigh of relief. This was easily the best customer service Ive received, maybe of all time. They are friendly and competent and empathetic to your situation. They are not the type of contractors that make you uncomfortable being in your home with your wife and kids. There was no upsell, no pressure and a genuine interest in finding the problem and the best solution. I (fortunately) did not even get to experience their work but would not hesitate to use them again. We are now actually looking for our next home and I will absolutely be having Justin inspect the plumbing before purchasing. One conversation with him and you will understand. Even if you think your situation may be too severe for them to line it, call and ask. They will be more than happy to come take a look and give you the best advice on a path forward.

Teren and his team are amazing group of guys. Do you have a strong stench coming from your basement is your slop sink backing up when you drain your washer, is your sump pump constantly running and your pit full of water. If so you probably need a sewer main, clean out. I contacted FW Pipelining and with in a hour they were at my home and started to work and got the job done quicker then I expected. NOW MY PIPES ARE FLOWING. He and his guys are clean cut individuals and don't make a mess, very kind to my wife, children and even my annoying dog that barks at everyone. You couldn't ask for a better group of guys to come to your house and work on top of all that he's a VETERAN. So come on Fort Wayne we need to support our local veterans. Oh yeah super affordable. Before you mess around and call the other guy. Give them a try you won't go wrong.

Affordable Sewer Service Took a deposit Feb 23, 2017 of $1700 for tank repair. Never performed repair and refuse to refund deposit. Arrived for service Feb 23, was unable to perform work at that time. Asked for a deposit of $1700 to replace tank baffle and paid $1700 at that time. Later I realized I did not need the repair and called to cancel service and asked for refund, which they agreed to send. Called June 8, June 13, July 20 about refund. Talked to Brad July 20 he said he would talk to accountant and get it taken care of next week. Contacted Brad again August 29. He said he would check on it in the morning. Contacted office September 12, girl said she would contact me tomorrow. Contacted office again September 14 and different girl said she would contact me Friday. Contacted September 30 and Becky said she would have Brad contact me right away. Talked to Becky October 18 and she will leave yet another message for Brad. Talked to Becky October 30th. She said Brad wants to do a payment plan. I told her that's fine but I would like to have it closed out by the middle of next month (Nov). The company has never contacted me. Every time I contact them they apologize and agree that they owe me a refund and will contact me with details, but they have NEVER called me or sent any funds to me. The original bill was $1700 written as a deposit for future work. I have been incredibly patient with them but am getting no response so feel they are forcing me to file a complaint.

I had been dealing with this business for a couple weeks when we had back up. When we were put on the schedule, they didn't show up until after closing hours each time and we had to stay over. The workers that showed up for the job thought that we might have a main line issue and were quoting us on clearing all lines. When I called again to have services done again and to find out about quoting, my calls were ignored and the lady told me she was blocking me and hung up. This is a terrible way to conduct business. Yes, their rates are hard to beat, but that's if you can deal with the horrible customer service and communication.

Affordable Sewer Service was one of the best home based services I have used! Our kitchen drains were backed up, and after a fruitless effort on my part to fix it we decided to call a professional in to fix it. So I tried many different services in the Fort Wayne/Allen County area. All the estimates were right around the same, except for Affordable Sewer Service, after I called the main office I was actually put on the phone with the owner, his name was Brad Olson. He answered all of the questions I had with patience. I found him to be very knowledgeable, honest, and up front in his answers. One of my questions was how long they had been doing this, and when he informed me that they had been in the pluming game for over 30 years, and he also gave me an estimate that was below the other companies, I decided to schedule an appointment with affordable Sewer Services. Ultimately they came out at exactly when they told me they would be there. The workers introduced themselves, and could not been nicer people. They started by trying to run a snake down the sink itself. They tried about 15 times or more, but it would not work. The workers then decided to check (my home is a mobile home) underneath the house. It turned out that I don't have the ideal pluming set-up under the house so they cut the pipes, used a blow bag on them at least twice, and they ran the snake again, and that did the trick! They then put everything back together, glued the pipes back together, and cleaned everything up. When all was said and done our tough clog took them 6 hours to fix, because the blockage was that bad. I was amazed when they told me how much to pay, and it was actually below the estimate I was given! The folks from Affordable Sewer Services will get my future business if their services are needed! I highly recommend this company for anyone who lives in the Northeastern Indiana area, and finds they are in need of pluming services!

I called Gene’s on a Monday morning at 10:30 to clean a drain at my mother’s house and by 2:30 that afternoon, Josh arrived. All I heard from my mother was how kind and polite he was. They patiently searched for the drain in her yard for about 30 minutes (my mom had no idea where it was) and after clearing it, replaced it with a white cap so we’d be able to find it in the future. Given their very reasonable prices, quick response time, and how kind they were to my mother, I will definitely call Gene’s again when we need plumbing work. Thank you!!!

As any sewer issue, this was an emergency! After calling 6 different sewer services with no help, I finally called Gene's. They were able to have someone at my location in less than an hour. They were able to cure my sewer problem! Service was speedy, help was wonderful, price was way fair. I highly recommend this company!

Our whole house humidifier had stopped working. Zachary arrived from Korte as scheduled. He was very friendly and professional. After examining the humidifier he determined that the water source was clogged and needed to be cleaned out. Also, the water filter needed to be replaced. Once all that was done, water was flowing thru the humidifier again. The cost was $91. Since he needed to open the furnace while doing this, he noticed that there was a water leak inside the furnace due to a faulty gasket. He was able to replace the gasket which stopped the leak. This was completed at no cost under warranty. While no one looks forward to the need to have a repair person make a visit, we were very pleased with this experience and the result. :-)

We were tired of dealing with filling humidifiers with water all the time and our air handler is in the un heated attic. Dylan and Christian had to remotely install an Aprilaire humidifier and hang it in our laundry room so we now have a whole house humidifier. They did an excellent job, were very professional and thoroughly cleaned up. Dylan then went over exactly how it works and how to set the thermostat. Very pleased with our installation and look forward to a much better quality of life.

We are extremely thankful for A1’s service and help. We had a sewage backup and it was way worse than anticipated, A1 found a TON of roots growing through our pipes clogging it up and it was a tough job. Mark and Nate spent the day with a boring crew at my house yesterday to bore in utility lines for my new building. In all, they ran a sewer line, a water line, and two conduits for electrical service. Mark and Nate were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the whole process. They left a clean worksite free of debris. I had a good experience and would recommend them.

A. Hattersley & Sons just installed a new tankless water heater for me. They did an outstanding job. I highly recommend Mark and his well trained residential team for any project that needs done by real professionals. They were courteous and took special care to make my wife and I comfortable while doing their work. They truly are a 5 Star company!

Perfect Solution and Great People! Last year we had another company do a bathroom remodel to expand my shower and that other company recommended switching to a tankless water heater so create more room for my shower since they were next to each other. Soon we realized that the tankless system was inefficient. The tankless heater could not provide enough hot water for a shower, the dishwasher, clothes washing machine, and barely enough for a single sink. I'm talking about only using one of those at a time and the best we ever got was lukewarm water. I know several local companies that do plumbing and reached out to the owners at Flow-Tech because of their experience and longevity in plumbing and we are thrilled. Cameron gave us our quote after finding a thin enough electric water heater that our fit in the space which was now only 19 inches. And when Zach arrived a few days later, he was also exceptional and we are very, very happy with the work!

Corey was a life saver this past summer when our AC went out right before a heat wave right before we were going out of town for our wedding. He was able to fix it right before we left so all our cats would be safe and not baking in the house. This past service he also went above and beyond. Flow tech is awesome.
