Expert Drain Cleaning in Terre Haute, IN

Truly awesome company!!!! My sewer line was backed up from the main line all the way into my house. I call multiple companies for help no one in town acted as if they want to even come out and look. The techs came out from Precision (Harrah) told us exactly what we where looking at and gave us a price to fix the problem which was very reasonable! Which is a blessing in it self for a family with 8 children. They where on they where on their way to another job and said we have a schedule appointment but we will come back as soon as we are done a there. Knowing that my father worked HVAC for 30 plus years I knew that service techs have tight schedules and was grateful that they stop by to figure the problem out. We thanked them and said ok. The techs came to my home at 5:30pm on a Friday night in the rain to insure my family didn’t have to deal with the sewer line backed up. You guys Rock and will have customers for life!!!!!

I have owned my home for over 20 years and needless to say have had numerous plumbing jobs done over the years. This company is by far the best !! Very professional and polite. They installed a garbage disposal in less than an hour and even cleaned up the work area after the job was done! Unheard of service! And the price was very budget friendly. They are extremely honest. Showed up when they said they would. Wish more companies ran their business with this much professionalism and courtesy towards the customer. I won't do business with anyone else!

We had an appointment today March 8; 2019 for Harrahs plumbing to come and fix our issue as we cannot use our kitchen sinks or laundry washer. I am very upset and disappointed as nobody showed up. Therefore, had to call and get someone out here tomorrow on a weekend which will probably cost us more being a Saturday but we have no choice. I woill never recommend this plumbing company again. You evidently cannot depend on them. Would have been nice to have at least received a call that they weren’t coming since my husband left work early for this.

Bill and Jeff did awesome job replacing my drain line to sump pumps and gutter! They went above and put my yard back like it wasn't worked on! I will be calling Mccalisters anytime need plumbing work done! Thankyou!!!

If you ever need any septic work done, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dick McCalister & Sons. Billy & Jeff are amazing guys, they fixed the issue that we was having. Marty is a very nice guy too. They are very reasonable. Thank you all very much.

These guys are fantastic. I have decent plumbing skills for a weekend warrior, but when I couldn't unclog my sink, I had to call for help. I called another plumber first. They came with their tools and big machine and worked for about an hour. They declared it impossible to unclog and recommended I tear out the wall and replace the pipes behind. I called another plumber who actually recommended McCalister & Sons and they came with their small power tools and had in unclogged in 10 or 15 minutes. Thank you McCalister & Sons!

Beverly Blue Fox always does a fantastic job anytime we need them! Steven and Randy did great work getting our drains unclogged. Joe did great work helping us get our boiler back up and running. Ron got our well back up and running when it went out on us and now it is good as new.

Replaced valve/ drain box in utility room. Awesome job.

One of your marked service vehicles cut directly in front of me on Highway 59 while I had my two small children in the truck, forcing me to lock up my brakes to avoid a collision. The driver was impatient, reckless, and visibly on his phone. If this is how your company vehicles are operated, it’s dangerous and show how your quality must be on your work. Given the number of 1-star reviews, this appears to be a pattern

We hired B&S to install new forced air, including a central air unit and gas furnace. The house had never had forced air so new duct work was also included. Their price was better than the other 3 companies we had estimates from. The workers that did the work were always on time, friendly, and professional. The finished product was perfection. Bryan and Scott were very easy to communicate with, always responsive, honest, and straight forward. I would highly recommend B&S and would definitely use them again.

The installers were very polite but some of the work is unacceptable. The installers never bothered to check in with me, instead just called it good and left. When I contacted the company they were very understanding and assured me that they would make it right. The pictures show how they chose to run the gas line, keep in mind the siding and downspout is or was brand new.

Had a great experience today with Bassett Services. They responded quickly and had a technician here by end of day. Our Technician Shawn was fantastic, super friendly, and went over all options with us to ensure we were well informed to make a decision on next steps. Great company!

Communication with this place is amazing; they were super fast and their technician Rae was professional and kind. Problem solved in less than an hour in my house. Absolutely worth the price, 10/10 would call again. I’m not a helpless homeowner but I’d tried everything I knew and I was having trouble getting someone to come out so soon; Bassett had to send someone from a crazy distance but they still got here faster than anyone else said they could. Rae was cheerful and nonjudgmental and more technicians should take a page out of his book. I’m just so grateful I can get back to picking up the pieces after the holiday without worrying about essential household functions.

Amazing people, incredibly friendly and professional. We had a clogged drain in our bathtub that had been there since we moved in . I spent so much money on drain cleaner that only helped the problem for one day at best. Finally, I broke down and called Jim Marshall. He came out with his crew, and they had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. I can not stress how friendly and professional they all were. The problem has been fixed ever since and it only cost me $75.00. I called other places first, and the bigger companies wanted to charge me an assessment fee of around 40 dollars just to see what the issue was and give me an estimate. I promise you this place is by far the best place to call when you need a plumber. You will not be disappointed, and you will get to skip the assessment fee and get right down to the problem.

They are super nice men and very knowledgeable! They came and fixed some things but never came back to fix the big issue we actually needed done. They never answered or returned my call after. Super disappointed in them after that.

Called several plumbers to fix a drain leak, one charged us to look at but would never return our call for repair. The other came out to look but would never answer call to return for repair. John and John came out the same day we called and repaired the leak at a fair price. They will be our go to plumbers from now on! Thank you John and John plumbing.

I want to express how impressed I was with John & John associates! Customer service is top notch, friendly and communicate well! The fellas worked diligently and in a timely manner getting my pipes unclogged that had been an issue for 4 years!! I hadnt been able to do laundry and it was so inconvenient without it! They were so kind and efficient and didn't make me feel ashamed for waiting so long. The price was very reasonable considering all they had to do to replace some pipes. Now, the water drains with ease! And i can wash my clothes and not worry about it over flowing. I have tears of joy! Thank you! Thank you!! 😭😭 JJ is highly reccomended!

John provided emergency plumbing service for my mom today and was fantastic! He arrived in less than two hours, was professional, efficient, and very reasonably priced—especially for a Saturday call. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs!

Steven and Randy were excellent! We called at 8am, and they were at our house to make the repair before noon. They took the time to wrap the wheels on their machine with tape so it didn’t track dirt and gunk on our carpets. They were quick and efficient clearing the clog in our line, and provided overall excellent service. If we ever have another issue, we will request these two techs for our service needs.

Fast service and quality work! Joe did a thorough job inspecting my 20 year old furnace and determining what was keeping it from running well. He showed me photos of the dirty components before and after cleaning and WOW what a difference he made! Thanks to Joe’s diligent work my kiddos have heat in their bedrooms. Had to have water drain and sidewalk leveled because water was leaking into my basement. He came one day gave me the estimate, which was a very reasonable price & affordable! The next day came and started working, job was completed in 2 days! I would definitely recommend!
