Expert Drain Cleaning in Richmond, IN

I was having problems with gurgling toilets and backups, so I decided to call Roto Rooter. Thought we had a plugged line but unfortunately, we found out different. Words I really didn't want to hear, they found I had a broken sewer line. I wanted to cry, actually I did, lol. Ben Stephenson came out to go over everything with me and so ..... I would like to personally Thank Ben for being so informative and taking the time to explain everything to me. He is such a personable and friendly person .... I would also like to thank all those who came out .... Kaleb, Cameron, Rodney and his crew, Steve and the restoration crew. I Greatly appreciate all of you. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and very professional. I can't say enough good things about them. I had a clog that I couldn’t fix. I had already cleared the trap, the pipes, and the sink, but the clog persisted and was clearly beyond the trap, probably under my cement foundation. The Roto-Rooter service man, Gage, came out right in time with no waiting needed. He then fixed it in less than five minutes. It’s a little embarrassing to have spent hours the night before just to have someone fix it in literally a few minutes, but I did, and he did exactly that. He also gave me some helpful information and I learned quite a bit from him. Gage was great at explaining what he did, and why it worked, and he was incredibly nice as well as knowledgeable to boot. If I ever need someone to come out again, I’ll ask for Gage specifically - but if Roto-Rooter service people are half as nice and respectful as Gage, then I will be happy regardless. It ended up a reasonable price for the job, but I think I got what I paid for more through what I learned than the service he provided.

first time calling roto rooters, Was referred by my neighbor and I am so glad I did! I put the request online late Sunday night and first thing Monday morning I already got a call that someone would be out in a couple hours! My technician, Cameron, was awesome too! He was very nice, very knowledgeable, super considerate around the house, and ended up putting a new pipe in for me right away so things are now draining right. Was really surprised how quick and professional it was. Also love that he wore little booties everywhere around the house so he didn’t get any dirt anywhere. I’ve had both carpet cleaners and other plumbers in the past that never wore booties and got my carpet dirty from their shoes. Really love the booties! Thank you, Cameron and thank you, Roto-Rooters!! I got an estimate on something else so I’ll be calling you soon for that! 10 stars!!

I called Farley Sewer & Drain on a Saturday morning. Water coming out of my basement floor drain. He was at my home in an hour and determined it was my sewer line. He spent approx. 90 minutes working on my tree roots. I had called my mechanical service company for the last two years and spent easily $600+ with them taking my $$ with no permanent fix. Mr Farley determined in 20 minutes what a local mechanical service could not. He was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend.

Quick, affordable, and professional! Came out same day on a Saturday morning to save the day. We had drains that were plugged up and in need of clearing out and he was able to meet and get the job done in no time. He was literally at my house in less than 30 minutes of speaking with him. He was very friendly and professional, charged a very affordable rate, and got the job done in less than an hour. Highly recommend.

Mr. Farley came at the close of day when most businesses told us they could not come or they would need to charge us time and a half for services. He was quick, efficient, friendly and did not overcharge us. Will definitely use his services again and recommend him to everyone needing a drain cleared.

Jason came right on time and was very friendly! My drains were backed up and he quickly found the issue and cleared out the drain. Friendly to talk to and he helped me understand what was causing the issue. Good value, too!

Did a good job cleaning out the drain, But I only wish he put something down so all the sewage didn't splatter and run off his snake. I had to clean up someone else's sewage off my floor, which is so gross. I do have to say that the estimate was on point.

The guys were so super nice. They kept me informed every step of the way. This was for my elderly mother-in-law and she really enjoyed how pleasant they were. They got the job done and even went a step further just to be sure. I’ll be using them again.

Very responsive. Asked for pictures to ensure all materials were acquired ahead of time. Took the time to talk through projects to ensure we got exactly what we needed. Great customer service before work even began. All work was done quickly and well. Cost was under what was estimated which is always nice.

Had my sewer line replaced. Benny was affordable, efficient and meticulous in his work. He did not needlessly tear up my yar and left no more mess than was necessary (sounded dirt that will take a few months to properly pack back down).

They were very concerned with my issue and came up as soon as they could to try n get my issue resolved. And we're fair on the cost involved. I recommend Benny's to anyone with plumbing or drain issues.

Had DB Plumbing come out to replace a shut-off valve. During the repair, the pipe was damaged and they cut it out and installed a compression fitting on an old galvanized pipe. About a year later, that fitting failed and the pipe separated, forcing me to shut off the water to my entire house. In my opinion, this was a sloppy repair and not a long-term solution for galvanized plumbing. I expected a professional repair that would last, not a compression fitting that ultimately failed and caused a major leak. Very disappointed with the quality of the work and the situation I’m now dealing with.

When I flush my toilet, the hot water turns on. When I turn on faucets for cold, at full blast, the hot water turns on. I won’t even get to how the water is routed to the kitchen…. They may be able to fix what’s broke, but obviously can’t plumb a whole house.
