The team at Noah's Plumbing & Water Heaters is always friendly, polite, and ready to lend a hand. Randall in the office was easy to talk to and made sure my plumbing issue was handled quickly. Jaxon and Brantley, the plumbers who came out, worked together well. After a long day, I had a busted water pipe in my basement. I shut off the main valve to stop the flooding, and they arrived soon after. They quickly isolated the problem pipe so I could still have water in the rest of my house. Even though it was late, they made sure everything was safe before heading home for the night. They returned the next day and finished the repair, and now everything works perfectly. i called a local plumbing company and spoke with Seth in the office about swapping out my old tankless water heater for a new one. seth gave me a clear quote over the phone and set up the installation within just a few days at a time that worked well for me in Louisville. The new Rinnai tankless unit was a nice upgrade from my previous heater, and the total cost for the water heater and labor was much lower than other plumbing quotes i received. Jaxon, the plumber, installed the new tankless water heater carefully and securely, hauled away the old unit, and made sure everything around the work area was protected. He paid close attention to the plumbing connections, gas line, and overall setup to make sure the job was done right. jaxon was friendly, professional, respectful, and very thorough. The workmanship was excellent, and he took time to explain the installation, answer my questions, and go over the temperature setting so it would be safe and comfortable for our household. As a senior, i really appreciated his patience and the extra care he showed throughout the whole service visit. I called Maeser And got same-day service. They called 30 minutes before arrival time and sent a picture of their representative. They arrived during the timeframe. They said they would. Tyler was excellent. He fixed my pipe in a timely manner and was very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Maeser And would definitely use them again!

This plumbing company is AMAZING. Cole was my technician, and he was friendly and professional. Additionally, he charged me substantially less than was originally quoted, because the job wasn't as involved as they initially thought. This company could've easily charged more and I never would've known. Also, I had an issue after they left (and it had nothing to do with anything they did) and they came back immediately to help. Customer service is great as well. Everyone is friendly, and they fit me in quickly when I needed help. Will recommend them to everyone I know!

They were able to come out within a day and fix my issue within 2 days of the first call. They worked with us when it came getting things done right and Jacob was very nice and knowledgable! And the other kid that was with him. I forgot his name. They got things done and didn't leave until my pipes were unclogged. They also have 1 year warranty on their work which is an added plus!

Jacob Allen came out for my service appointment for a clogged drain. They were earlier (not a complaint) than expected, knocked out the work, and we're out the door in under an hour. He was well spoken, up front, and honest. Which was appreciated. The 4 stars is more so about the price rather than the service, seriously Jacob was great, I would have rather done 4 1/2 stars tbh. While I get that some people probably enjoy having 3 options given to them, I simply wanted the drain taken care of and did not need to hear about 3-4 thousand dollar projects.

Charlie did a very thorough job. Work done required much patience, probably more than my wife and I have left in our middle seventies! Our new kitchen faucet looks extremely nice, and hurrah! It’s hard to explain just how amazing Jerry and his team were, but they are literally the best repair team I have ever worked with. As a homeowner, discovering that you have a very significant plumbing issue is a scary and anxiety-inducing situation, especially when you discover this major issue only 3 weeks before your first baby is due to be born. After calling his team to come do what we thought would be pretty routine sewer snaking, we discovered that our old cast iron pipe system in our basement totally rotted out and it quickly turned into a major project. However, Jerry was extremely helpful, understanding, and kind when it came to helping us determine the issue, make a plan, and execute it - all at an extremely great rate for the size of the project. He fully explained everything he was doing, his team did excellent work totally replacing and updating our cellar basement piping, and they actually ended up leaving our basement the cleanest I have ever seen it! From quote to job completion Cody was amazing. Very personable and highly knowledgeable. While for my pockets sake (this is a joke, the prices are fair) I don't need more work in the near future when I do I will be calling these guys. The quotes are fair and broken down in an easy to read way and they do a great job at explaining everything. I was able to get them in and my water heater replaced within a day.

Last night I found a small leak under the kitchen sink coming from the garbage disposal. I turned off the water at the sink, cleaned it up a bit and called YSOP Plumbing this morning at about 8:15 am. It was fast and easy to setup an appointment to get a tech out here for repairs. They kept me updated via text and Tanner called to say he was on his way. (We appreciate calls beforehand). He was here pretty quick, was professional and polite, and he gave us a reasonable price to repair it all (Garbage disposal replacement and both water lines repaired like new). He was faster than expected getting new disposal and had it installed and everything fixed by noon. I'm really glad I called them and I'd recommend YSOP Plumbing to anyone looking for Professional Plumbing.

Dwight and Daelyn solved a year long issue with our lines backing up and spewing sewage out of my shower! I've have multiple plumbers and septic companies come and look and thank God we finally have a solution. It was fixed within 24 hours of our first visit. Ian did a great job and was nice and respectful. He asked plenty of questions to ensure that the job got done correctly the first time for what I was looking for, for the installation of a new tub and shower surround. Daelyn came by today to replace a 20-year-old toilet that was well past its prime. He was a pleasure to work with. He gave me several options to save money. I bought my own toilet and he had it installed in no time. Left the workspace very clean, which I really appreciated. I'll be calling these guys again in the future when I need serious work done.

Tech was scheduled between 10-2 he showed up around 3:40 no communication what so ever on being delayed except when I called numerous times wasn’t able to complete due to supply house about to close at 4. Tech said he’d be back at 10am next day didn’t show up until almost 3pm and still charged full price. And still no communication what so ever on being late 2 days straight and being charged full price.

Both Jeremy and Eric came to our house today and did a great job repairing an irregularly with our water pressure and water heater. Jeremy found our PSI to be high, around 120-130 psi where the normal range is supposed to be around 60. He then helped us determine whether or water company or builder had installed a PRV. After some time we were able to find out we did not have a PRV and he also highly recommended we get a water heater expansion tank which would help prevent any failure of the pressure valve. Through all of this process he was extremely patient and understanding due to our many questions. Overall he was amazing and I find him to be an excellent employee and an asset to the Dauenhauer team. Once Jeremy assessed the issue and developed a plan of action he passed our case on to Eric. Eric arrived on time and had already reviewed Jeremy’s notes and was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. Before even unloading he went and studied the area and evaluated everything. Once he knew exactly how he wanted to perform the install and had his action plan, he began his work. He was very meticulous and proficient. He was knowledgeable and patient with the questions I had for him. Overall both men; Jeremy and Eric performed an excellent job and were professional, polite, and proficient in their jobs. I booked an appointment this morning because I was having issues with the water temperature in my bathroom. I was able to book an appointment for them to come within 2 hours. The technician, Jonathan D, was great! He was very communicative, nice, and respectful. He quickly fixed the issue and did not charge me an arm and a leg which I was worried about with plumbing. Highly recommend Jarboe's and will definitely go back again if I have any issues.
