Started dialing plumbers from a google search for a clogged drain on a Saturday morning when a couple of the other businesses didn't answer. He said he would come out but gave me some advice to try which saved me money and gave me knowledge going forward. So happy the other 2 places didn't answer. When one of them called me back I was so happy to say problem solved!

Highly recommend Tyler and his team. Came to pump tank in single digit weather. He knew I had two tanks and I was willing to pay to pump both. He pumped first and realized just needed to break up clog in main and second did not need to be pumped. He is an honest businessman as could have pumped both and I would not have known difference except for paying more. Appreciate his honesty and recommend him to all. Thanks Tyler

We had QPH install all of our new plumbing fixtures in our remodeled bathroom. Cory did a great job and was very professional and courteous. Then this week we had a “sewer problem” 😳. I called Sam Verbosky immediately and he quickly dispatched Cory (again!👏), Kaleb and Blake. Again, they arrived on time and quickly got to work. They completed the job in less time than I thought it would take. We appreciated their enthusiasm, professionalism and cleanliness. I highly recommend QPH for any of your HVAC needs!

This company was outstanding. Travis came out to give me a quote on my water leak under my slab. He didn't try to upsell me in anyway and was patient with all questions I had. I scheduled the repair, which they we able to schedule the work quickly. The technicians showed up to do the work promptly at the scheduled time. They fixed the leak, even fixed another issue while they were at it, then cleaned up the area. They were very professional and explained the whole process to me as they worked. Tyler, Nate, and Brady were top notch! I couldn't be happier. Honesty, integrity, and quality all the way! Thank you guys!

We experienced a sewage backup in our home and it was incredibly stressful Nate G and his team responded quickly, took control of the situation and handled everything with professionalism and care. They explained the entire mitigation process clearly and made sure our home was cleaned, sanitized and safe. Their communication attention to detail and respect of our property really stood out. The Roto-Rooter people were easy to contact. The guy who came out was very polite. He called and let me know when he would arrive. When he got here, he did a quick job on my flooded basement, for which I'm very thankful. Good service all the way around.

Cody and Nate came to my home and provided the best customer service I could have asked for. They fixed everything and truly went above and beyond. Mike was incredibly misogynistic as he came in, complaining that he had to check in with us. Incredibly unprofessional and disgusting behavior, and as it seems from reviews this isn't the only situation where this has happened. Absolutely revolting.

Gardner Plumbing was recommended to me by an employee of the water company when a leak was detected in the main water line. Mike responded to my call before the end of the day. There were a few days delay in getting the work started due to all the rain we were having at the time. They dug a 4’ square by the water meter, ran the new line, installed a new shut off valve in my basement & were done in 3-3.5 hrs. No damage whatsoever to my landscaping. I found Gardner & Berry It crew to be helpful & knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Gardner Plumbing to anyone.

They have been nothing but helpful and kind! Troy Link was the tech to clear my drains and he was SO HELPFUL. He was respectful and did the job very well. He made sure I understood what was going on and what would need done, going the extra mile to make me feel better about the situation. All the guys that have been here today were wonderful and our experience has been great! Highly recommend for sure.

Very professional! Came on time and had my drain problem fixed in minutes. Also very friendly and explained everything to me. I called on a Saturday evening late and they answered the phone and was there the next day. Would have come sooner had I not used liquid drain cleaner already. Will definitely use them again in the future. They also offer drain and plumbing related animal rescue for free. These are great human beings that care about animals and people!

We had to call the company out last night as we were having issues. Parker turned up to assess the job, and despite the time of night, was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He explained what was going on and possible actions to consider. Roto-Rooter is a great company to do business with.

I had a sewer line issue at my home, I called All Pro Plumbing to come out and assess the issue. They discovered that the issue was due to some cables that had been run in the neighborhood. They located and marked the sewer line,so the company that ran the underground cable could do the necessary repairs to it. Terry, came by to check on the progress through the entire repair, even though he wasn’t obligated to do so! I will recommend All Pro to my friends and family.

Having lived from coast to coast and abroad, I mean this when I say, I have never seen a more professional plumbing service than All-Pro. From the technical expertise and fast diagnostics all the way to the final rapid and clean deployment of solutions. If I were still in the Army I’d recommend them for an award. Above and beyond. Professionalism and efficency at it's best. From the initial call with the office staff, to the plumber(s) that came to do the service call and subsequent repairs, it was nothing short of a positive experience. I was not "upsold", it was just here are our recommendations and I felt so at ease about the entire process. I have had some bad experiences with repair companies over the last several years and All Pro Plumbing has restored my faith in good, and honest work ethics and a job well done. They provided me a timeline from the time of the quote and the work (several projects) were done in the same day as promised even though they encountered some "hiccups" along the way, I would have never known! I would definitely contact them again for future plumbing needs and would highly recommend to anyone needing this type of service.

I called 2nd Shift Sewer & Plumbing and they added me to the list to take care of my problem. They arrived on time and started right away. They didn't get problem solved that day but wanted to come back and fix it. They are very polite and I trusted everything they done. Sure enough they solved the problem. Everything is working fine in all rooms. If you need plumbing or Sewer work done this should be your 1St choice. Thank-you so much!

2nd shift sewer and plumbing came out to install a new tub faucet. Not only did they supply high quality materials the extra thought and effort that went into the install was above and beyond. I am throughly impressed with the little details that made such a huge impact on the aesthetics, such as the supply lines. The old supply lines were hanging out and risked getting pulled off. Shane wrapped the new supply lines so there was no risk of damage to them. You can clearly see the visual differences in the pictures.

A company that abandons their own family will abandon its customers. The actual work they do is- decent enough. But buyer beware. They are honest when its convenient. I witnessed them sell and replace an underground water line repair for thousands of dollars- that they said was leaking... that I personally verified... wasnt leaking.

Dylan did a great job for us... again! He has been servicing our equipment for the past few years and we always ask if they can send him. He understands our system's quirks and gets it right. He always tests his work before he leaves and we appreciate his work ethic. He is courteous and explains the service plans to be sure we know what we need to do with future maintenance.

Dylan Howell arrived very timely on a Saturday to fix a gas leak. I was impressed with how quickly he was able to get on site. He proficiently diagnosed issue and was able to remedy the leak. Knowledgeable, skilled, and professional, great job Dylan and a huge thank you. 5 stars never more deserved.
