Full Service Plumbing Pros
2227 Dunewood Pl, Indianapolis, IN 46217, USA
(463) 279-5206We called Full Service Plumbing Pros after noticing slow drainage and bad odors coming from our sewer line. They arrived quickly, did a full sewer cleaning, and showed us a video inspection of the cleared pipe. Everything was handled professionally from start to finish. The plumber explained what caused the blockage and gave us tips to prevent future problems. The difference was noticeable immediately. The price was fair, and the service quality was exceptional. Full Service Plumbing Pros has definitely earned our trust and repeat business.

3 months agoDutton Plumbing, Inc.
2630 US 31 S, Greenwood, IN 46143, USA
(317) 938-8969When our waste discharge backed up, I looked on local social media to find a plumber. Dutton Plumbing had an extremely high number of five star reviews, so I sent them a message. Nick came out the next morning and, after spending a while in the crawl space, emerged with a set of photos which led him to the tentative conclusion that the back up was in the exterior waste discharge pipe between the house and the sewer. He recommended using a pressure jet to attempt to clear the clog and a video probe to inspect afterward. I approved that procedure and the next day, Gavin came and performed these procedures. Unfortunately, the video feed showed what Nick had deduced, the clog was exterior of the house, and worse yet, it was not a clog, but was a deformed pipe. The only "cure" was a new pipe. Gavin assured us that the existing pipe would serve, albeit at a reduced flow. We could shower and use the toilets, but should forgo things like washing machines. All this happened just before Thanksgiving. Dutton arranged for expedited buried utility marking and on Monday morning, Gavin and a small crew arrived with a backhoe. They did a careful dig and worked steadily all day on a very cold day. Late in the day, the ditch filled in, Dutton gave us the green light to resume full use again. Throughout the process, each step was fully explained, complete with associated costs. I will confess I was surprised how expensive the excavation was, but believe it was fair and equitable. I've got Dutton Plumbing's number in my Contacts and will call them next time I need a plumber.
6 months agoMick & his son were prompt and did an excellent job. Mick talked to me while he was working so I would know what he was finding & how he would fix it. I actually had to have them come out twice for two different issues. The price was affordable and fair. I will need to have re-piping done in the future & I'll definitely use Dutton Plumbing to do the work. Thank you, Mick & Tristan!
4 months agoI had a hot water heater go out two days before Christmas and I needed help fast. I had 3 quotes and two were absolute price gouging me. But From calling in and speaking with Chelsea, to Nic coming out and providing a thorough explanation and the craftsmanship of Patrick and his assistant, this is the kind of company and service central Indiana people need! Great job! My future plumbing needs are in Dutton Plumbing’s hands
5 months agoACME Plumbing, Drain & Septic Service
3702 Shadeland Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46226, USA
(317) 423-7289👏 👷 Huge props to pro plumbers David M. and Layne D. No cut corners - Layne located sewer line was only inches from our water pipe! Other techs did not spot that and would've broken it. David was expert with eqpt, double-measured tight tolerances, detailed in checking everything. Layne expertly handled multiple heavyweight machinery. Both were courteous and respectful, showed me their work, didn't resent my questions. They left to get hydrojetter - I suggest requesting hydro be brought when they first arrive to avoid work delay or traffic. The only star missing is price 💰 - a lower quote or discount makes a difference to people responsibly taking care of their only place to live, because with usage comes property maintenance!🏡 Problem was Sewer line backup in basement. They had the tough job of removing a 35-foot coil stuck in our sewer pipe Involved exactly locating and jackhammering and sledge hammering a section in the concrete slab and cutting pipe to reach twisted coil. Did standard camera check of sewer line with huge powerful snake line cleaner machine unlike all the other technicians, and snaked line full length of front yard to cut clogging roots. Best part was the massive hydrojetter that power-flushed the sewer line out to the street. Nothing left to clean! 😃Whole house water restored. Toilets react too - treat them nicely!🚽 🪠 🧻
3 months agoACME was amazing. They had a great response time, answered all of our questions, and explained things well. The man was very pleasant and I loved the way he presented our options. This is our second time using their service ( once for septic issue and another for water issue) and we plan to keep using them.
4 months agoACME plumbing is honest, they know what they’re doing and price the jobs fairly. I recently had a tenant that reported a water leak that ended up being under the porch after the curb-stop shutoff valve. ACME plumbing was quick to respond and had the new water meter pit installed in less than 4 days after calling them and putting down the deposit for work! That meant minimal time without water for my tenant! I have used ACME multiple times in the past, and they have always treated me fairly on the jobs I’ve had them do for myself and my business. If you have a plumbing problem that needs fixing I highly recommend their service! They will treat you right and won’t jerk you around.
6 months agoPlumb Doctor
5508 Elmwood Ave #304, Indianapolis, IN 46203, USA
(317) 306-9343Dustin was incredible! We had 6 visits from another plumbing company (over the course of 3 weeks) who couldn't identify the issue completely. Dustin fixed our clog and then diagnosed and fixed our broken sewer line within a matter of days for a fraction of what the other company wanted to charge us. He's such an honest, personable, and kind man to work with. We would definitely recommend to anyone!
4 years agoThe office personnel was so very understanding and compassionate. She was trying to get the best appointment and kept me informed on the status. The two repairmen were excellent. They went about their job and was very efficient. They removed and installed the new one in record time. I was very impressed with the company and would recommend them to anyone. I would have liked to have a new drip pan but that is a little thing.
4 years agoWe found a leak coming from our washer water hookup and wanted to replace our outdoor water faucets at the same time. They came out that day on time (actually early, but he called to make sure it was ok). Dustin was fantastic! He said that all we would have to do is tighten something to stop the leak and there wouldn’t be a charge for that. We opted to replace the whole thing because it was old anyways. The outdoor faucets look great and work fantastically. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and very honest. He also did not talk down to me, which is very important to me. The prices for Plumb Doctor are also very reasonable!

310 West Main Street Suite 202, Greenwood, IN 46142, USA
(317) 210-5327Matt was great. Personable, friendly and got the slow dream fixed. It was bio around the drain stopper causing slow drain. An easy fix that I thought I had fixed with baking soda and vinegar. Guess that DYI fix didn’t get it. It would be nice if the company supplied technicians with a pipe brush to fully scrub out the bio out between the sink and p-trap so he didn’t have to use wrench handle to try and remove (pic attached.). Also, a small brush to fully clean bio off drain stop instead of having to use a paper towel that left much bio. Just a thought.
4 months agoI had Mr plumber make an annual check of my homes plumbing system including draining and checking my water heater for optimal performance. In addition, my water softener was checked by testing the water quality testing the hardness of the water. My Technician Caleb, Who’s Perry kept me informed of? He was checking it all time. Reviewed all the results and was very work conscientious and completed his tasks and in a timely manner. I thank him. Gary Baker Fishers Indiana
3 months agoHad great experience with Josh from Mr. Plumber. He arrived early/on time. He was very personable and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the possible causes and solution to my issue. He looked over everything. He was very thorough and made sure there were no other issues. He provided two detailed estimates on the spot and did not pressure me to decide right there on my course of action. Very transparent with options and pricing. Would highly recommend.
4 months agoCiriello Plumbing Co
5715 Churchman Ave Bldg D, Indianapolis, IN 46203, USA
(317) 787-5391Hello, I wanted to share our experience with Ciriello, over the last year or so. We hired Ciriello to re-pipe our entire crawl and re-set one of our toilets. The re-pipe took all day and once finished they informed us they removed our main water shutoff and could not get the press fittings to stay on the new main shutoff so they would be leaving us without one. This didn't sit well with us, and even the manager admitted he didn't like that fact, but nothing was done to rectify the issue and this is also against code. First issue arose immediately, water hose was hooked up to hot water, they came out and fixed it, next day. Then shortly after, we noticed the dishwasher was not hooked up to hot water. They came back and corrected that as well. The refrigerator fitting that was used to connect the fridge waterline blew in the middle of the night and without a water shut off inside we had to turn the water off at the outside meter. In the morning, we called and it was very difficult to reach someone, as it was a holiday weekend and no one was answering the "24hr" line. My husband luckily had one of the previous plumbers numbers and was able to reach someone through that contact. Eventually, they came out and capped the fridge waterline so we could turn the water on. We ended up hiring someone else to install a proper box for the fridge waterline so we could use our fridge water once again. We also paid someone else to place a water shut of inside our home. Shortly after my husband noticed leaks in the crawl and one of the lines to assist with the furnace condensate drain was not lined up with the drain line and the furnace was draining into the crawlspace, directly. They came out and corrected this, as usual. Right before this repipe we had a small house fire and had recently moved back into our home. This was at the beginning of summer, so this may be why we didn't notice our hot water heater under preforming until winter. We did take into account our hot water heater was 10 years old and most likely needed replace. We hired someone to install a new hot water heater only to learn it was hooked up backwards and cold water was filling from the top instead of the bottom and we bought a new hot water heater prematurely. Not to mention the increased cost to our gas bill. At this point a manager was involved, which he did agree to reimburse us for the water heater, and the manager himself came out and only fixed the issue at the water heater and not in the crawl. We insisted someone else come take a look and inspect the pipes at this point, they came out when we were not at home said everything looked fine but someone would need to be home to run water to confirm. I shortly noticed my fridge water was hooked up to hot water and the fridge had been cooling it. I only noticed because the washer was running and I had filled up 2 large tumblers, so it used enough water to finally notice the fridge was hooked to hot water. After talking with the supervisor again, they were going to check the lines and looks for leaks, as we noticed wet spots in the crawl. They came out, again, corrected the fridge line and tried to leave, I mentioned they were also there to test the waterlines and fix a leak, the guy acted like he didn't know this information and tried to say it wasn't their work. I told him to talk with his "supervisor" and find out why he was here, He just fixed what he thought was leaking, a toilet, apologized and left. Did not run any water or flush any toilets to check for leaks or confirm everything was on the correct waterline. In the following days, we could still hear something dripping, and there was a wet spot in the crawlspace. So they came out again, said the leak is from a pipe inside the wall, and there will most likely be a charge, but weren't sure. We ended up hiring someone else to do the work, instead. Had they tested everything as we requested multiple times previously, this could have been remedied much sooner, reducing the damaged the leak had on our dry wall and floor. Alycia and Alex Morgan
4 months agoI have a small hair studio and my water pressure was very poor. My technician was able to find and fix the issue so quickly! The price was reasonable and my wash sink has amazing pressure now.
3 months agoOn the coldest day of 2026 we discovered we had a gas leak. Citizens Energy tagged us and we wouldn’t have any heat or hot water until it was all fixed. Ciriello was the third plumbers we called and they said they could come right out! No one else seems to sense the emergency of no heat at 0*. Zach was here within a half hour and had everything fixed in about hour. We SO appreciate the immediate service and Zach’ professionalism. We will definitely be using Ciriello from now on.

886 N State Rd 135 Ste A, Greenwood, IN 46142, USA
(317) 859-9999Peyton Myers did a great job servicing my water heater. Arrived on schedule and went right to work. Left not long after. Appreciate Carter's very much and will always call them first. Thanks to Mark for reaching out to make sure I was satisfied with the recent visit!
3 months agoI called Carter's My Plumber to see if they could install a vanity with a sink in our half bath...on a 5 min call I had them scheduled. Upon arrival the gentlemen reviewed the items that I had, measured the bathroom, and reviewed with me the item level details of price and why it was needed. They promptly got to work and reviewed everything again with me prior to any changes of the plan. They were very professional and I will be calling them when we are ready for our next projects.
4 months agoCarters is hands-down my favorite. I’ve used them several times over the past few years, and the service is consistently excellent. When you call, a real person always answers, and they’re usually able to come out the same day or next day—which is such a rarity these days. Today, Miles came out and fixed my toilet in literally 10 minutes. He was communicative from the start, clearly explaining the two approaches he would try, which I really appreciated. I’ve also had Gabe out previously to install a sump pump. It was freezing, wet, and required getting under the house, and he never complained—just got the job done. I truly love this company. From the first phone call to the finished work, Carters consistently demonstrates what great service looks like. In an age where customer service often feels like an afterthought, they set the standard. They are great at displaying greatness!! Thank you.

5950 W Raymond St, Indianapolis, IN 46241, USA
(317) 680-7064We cannot say enough good things about Pristine Plumbing. They replaced our main sewer line and went above and beyond in every possible way. Their crew was respectful, thoughtful, and the hardest-working group we’ve ever had at our home. They dealt with one of the worst sewer lines they’ve probably ever seen and never once cut corners. They worked through every challenge and kept us informed the entire time. They even dug up flowers and trees with care and replanted a tree when they were finished. And now we have the most perfectly working sewer line ever! Top-notch work and even better people. Highly highly recommend!!
3 months agoI had an incredible experience with this plumbing company. They truly went above and beyond in every way. The owner personally stepped in and even offered free labor to help resolve the issue, which saved me thousands of dollars. Not only were they honest and professional, but the quality of their work was excellent. They took the time to explain everything, worked efficiently, and made sure the job was done right. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers the way they do. I am extremely grateful for their help and integrity. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and trustworthy plumbing services.
2 months agoScott and Carter were both absolutely exceptional. Very respectful. They didn’t lag on the job. They both were very hard workers If we ever have to have any plumbing or line issues in the future, we will definitely be calling Pristine plumbing I highly recommend this company above and beyond any company I’ve ever used

Common Drain Issues in Greenwood, Indiana
Hard Water Mineral Scale: Greenwood residents often deal with Indiana's notoriously hard water. Over time, calcium and magnesium deposits build up inside your pipes, narrowing the passage and making it easier for debris to cause a complete blockage.
Tree Root Intrusion: In the established neighborhoods of Greenwood, mature silver maples and oaks have root systems that frequently seek out moisture in older sewer lines. These roots can penetrate clay or cast iron pipes, leading to recurring backups that a simple plunger can't fix.
Kitchen Grease and Grime: In suburban family homes throughout the 46142 and 46143 areas, kitchen drains take a beating. Heavy grease, fats, and food particles from daily meal prep often solidify in the cool underground pipes, creating 'fatbergs' that stop your sink in its tracks.
Sump Pump Discharge Issues: With the heavy spring rains common in Central Indiana, basement floor drains and sump pump discharge lines can become overwhelmed. If these drains aren't kept clear, Greenwood homeowners face a high risk of basement flooding during the next big storm.
Seasonal Drain Maintenance Tips for Greenwood, Indiana
Spring: Check your basement floor drains and test your sump pump before the heavy Indiana rain cycles begin. Clearing out any sediment now can prevent a backup when you need the drainage most.
Summer: With kids home from school and more frequent use of the garbage disposal, remind your family to avoid putting fibrous vegetables or pasta down the drain, which can swell and cause clogs.
Fall: Clear fallen leaves and debris away from any outdoor area drains or trench drains near your driveway. This prevents basement window wells or garage entries from flooding during autumn downpours.
Winter: Cold Indiana winters can cause grease in your pipes to solidify much faster. Be extra diligent about wiping pans with paper towels rather than rinsing grease down the drain to avoid a holiday plumbing emergency.
Average Drain Cleaning Costs in Greenwood, Indiana
The cost of drain cleaning in Greenwood varies based on the location of the clog (secondary line vs. main sewer line) and the technology required, such as traditional snaking or high-pressure hydro-jetting.
