Dale was excellent. I called him this morning due to sewer issues at our medical practice and he came within half hour of me calling him . Very pleasant , super efficient and got the problem resolved . Very reasonably priced too . Needless to say all my staff was super impressed with his promptness and efficiency. Highly recommend him with no hesitation.

Called first time, answered the phone right away. Had a major main line sewer back-up in a large strip mall. Dale and Ted worked through the problem with little to no knowledge of the drain layout. Created a game plan, made light work of what could have unfolded into a major situation. Took care of the of the clog in no time. Very knowledgeable, professional and all around great guys! Dale has been out to my house a handful of times and is always the nicest and works to find the cheapest option for you!!! Customer service is 5 stars, prices are 5 stars! We will probably never use another plumber again. He always tries to work around his schedule to fit you in and gets the job done quickly.

DJ Plumbing and Heating responded the same day we called for service to the backed up drain line to the septic tank. They showed up with state of the art equipment and quickly fixed the drain. The workman and work woman showed up with clean cloths, the work site was left clean and their language was clean!! We would not hesitate to recommend DJ Plumbing.

Fast friendly service. Answered all the questions we had since we just bought the house and had no idea about our A/C unit. Gave us recommendations to have our furnace looked at in winter. Definitely will be using them-again.

I was very worried about getting "ran up" price wise with a backed up sewer line. Nonetheless I went with these guys. They were prompt to respond (2 days quicker than their competitors I put in requests with). They were very transparent on pricing even before they were at my house, then were transparent with options I had when they were at my home. Not to mention the gentleman who did the service (Matt? I think?) was super friendly and kind. He also busted his butt to help solve my issue. I greatly appreciate it.

Juan did an amazing job! They had Juan out to my house within the hour. He got the drains cleared and fixed some leaking pipes as well. Fair prices and excellent service!

Juan was amazing for us! He went above and beyond trying to make it so we wouldn’t have to call in the future! Gave us tips and pointers and explained everything as he was doing it. With all of that service it still took him less than 90 mins so I got back to work before I thought I would. Thanks!

Very professional and well done. Didn't just jam a pipe snake in there and hope for the best...used a camera to find the problem and then open things up. Very accommodating with my schedule and Tom was on time as well as being very personable. Will definitely call again if we have problems in the future. Thanks again for your help.

Fas & friendly. Even ran cameras to be sure the clog was gone and gave a free quote on pipe repair, if we keep having the problem In the future. Guaranteed for 30 days or they come back out and clear it again. Understood I needed help immediately and didn’t put me on a waiting list till next week, like the other two companies I called.

Biggest waste of my money for a service call. Couldn’t actually tell me what was wrong with my water heater, but gave me options to “fix” it with service ranging from basic to platinum service and ranging from $885-$2600. Details presented to me didn’t have “the issues/problems” defined just had some generic wording for fixing it. Money grab is all it made me think. Then offered to replace it instead (saying it was at least 15yrs old- heads up it’s not. It’s only 4 yrs old). If I pd the $4k-$6k to replace it and got on the schedule he was going to work free miracles to fix it that day to make sure I didn’t go without hot water. Will never recommend due to paying him a service call fee and still have no clue what was wrong with it when he left. I had to pay another company to come out to inspect it. It ended up being a total of $200 (a $80 part and $120 labor) Insane how mechanical man employees can sleep at night knowing what they are doing to their customers. DID NOT END UP USING MECHANICAL MAN TO FIX OUR ISSUES!! Pd $99 for HIM TO BS his way through an appt of someone in need of help from a professional.

Marcelo was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. We have had our Navian boilers for our radiant heat system and hot water for several years. W had never had them serviced and they were way overdue. He took the time to break down what parts were needed to get them to top efficiency. He also helped us pick a service plan that best fits our needs for future maintenance.

We have never had a bad experience with Mechanical Man. The work and the products are excellent, the prices are reasonable (and customers are given several levels to choose from), the people are always courteous and friendly.

Gabriel did an outstanding job clearing my main drain. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing from the moment he arrived. He took the time to make sure the line was fully cleared, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and left the area clean when he finished. It’s hard to find someone reliable and honest, but Gabriel absolutely delivered. If you need a plumber who shows up on time, does quality work, and takes pride in the job, I highly recommend him. I won’t hesitate to call him again for any future plumbing needs.

Gabriel was very thorough in his work and explaining the details to me. Showed me the pieces he took out. Also looked into what it would cost to fix the tub adapter for the faucet in the shower. Told me two different prices on the easy fix price and the not so easy fix price. Came out today 12/12/25 To replace tub and shower valve. Gabriel was very thorough everything looks great! No more drip drip sounds lol.

Josh was great! Summer's same day is no joke! My other company couldn't make it for another week. I needed the job done quickly. Very satisfied. Explained the issue, fixed my furness and AC efficiently. Made some other recommendations. Will use again!

Honestly, I am suggesting Abe’s to anyone who ever asks me about a plumbing service again. My mom was coming home from the hospital and her toilet base cracked. We got a toilet and Abe’s came out today and replaced it. Even though they had a really busy and very long day. They were so kind and Matt the technician that came was absolutely wonderful. The bill was very reasonable and I had to add a tip. I was so impressed and very happy with everything. Quick, friendly, efficient, no mess, and great pricing! Very friendly, very professional. They used the hydro jetting technique & said we should be able to go about 2 years before we have to have it done again. A little pricey & he even said he was compared to what we paid last year with another company but they didn't cost us the price of medication so it was worth it.

Chris was recommended to us by family friends and boy am I glad they did. He was quick to respond and was able to come out the next morning. He was extremely nice and professional despite being harassed by our cat while trying to work! His prices are fair and made sure to get the job done.
