Thought we were going to have a $6,000 issue with our drains and Zack came out and fixed it within 20 mins. Super professional, down to earth and easy to talk to. Do yourself a favor and call them first!

Would and will recommend! Showed up within an hour. Cleaned our sewer drain out, removing clog. Professional yet down to earth. Pleasant. Efficient. Equipped with all needed tools. Listened to us. Cleaned up after. Gave us good info to help prevent another issue in the future and all at a more than reasonable price. He did this right after another company left who didn't have the tools, couldn't unclog the line BUT wanted to charge us $297 for what they couldn't do PLUS another $450 to try something else 3 days later. Hoosier Drain Cleaners more than exceeded my expectations and I definitely recommend!

I recently had an amazing experience using johnson Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. I called on Sunday to schedule a plumber to come to the house to look at a small water leak I noticed that morning. They weee able to schedule a plumber for Monday Afternoon. Jake showed up right on time and called in advance - plus as we have dogs. He quickly found the leak and was able to fix on the spot. I had a few other small projects (remove and water heater and replace a bathroom sink drain piping). I asked about while he was here and he was able to get to them as well. No push back or need to schedule later. Jake was friendly and worked fast. His work was very well done and the price was competitive with other plumbers I had quoted the projects with. He cleaned up after himself and no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. He also took time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I can’t thank him and Johnson’s enough. Highly recommend! Quick response, great service & workmanship, polite, and no surprise charges.

During the coldest nights, our pilot light would go out leaving us with no heat at night. We called Johnson to come look at our boiler system. After the tech worked on it, the pilot light wouldn't come back on at all. He told us it was a valve he had to overnight to us leaving us with no heat for 4 days in below zero temps. After finally receiving the part (which was a $1000 valve), he installed it but the system still didn't work. The tech tried to tell us it was the heating element at $6000 or we can just replace the entire system for $9000. We told him to put the system back together and leave. After a couple of days, we hear a loud banging in my pipes and then my heat turns back on. After researching ourselves, we realized this tech at Johnson couldn't figure out that we had frozen condensation in our pipes which prevented our heat from working. Id also like to mention that bf this tech began working on our system, he had told us that he had just come from another call that he couldn't fix, and had to sell them an entirely new system. I'm believing now that this is their goal. To sell new systems, not fix the problem.

We just replaced our 20 year old heat pump last Friday after the fan motor went out. Johnson Heating and Cooling offered quotes for both a repair and replacement of the system. Don, our comfort specialist was very friendly and did not pressure us at all. We decided to go ahead with the replacement on a Thursday evening, and they were able to do the work the very next day! Clayton and Garret were the installers. They were very friendly and did a great job!

We had Peterman Brothers come in and do a full HVAC change for us. I have to say some of the BEST work I’ve seen and I tour houses for investors I’ve seen a lot! Absolutely amazing job. We had DAVID and JOHN as our team. Professional from the moment the pulled in. BOTH EXTREMELY knowledgeable made sure my wife and I both understood the new system. Clean up like they never were here! Oh and did ALL this while working in 5 degree weather. My family and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts David and John because of your hard work and sacrifice my family will be warm. Ben did a great job working on our unit. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and got things done in a timely manner. I was very impressed with how he kept me updated on how much longer things would take and then gave me several options when it came to working on my unit.

I had an excellent experience with this company- very professional and quickly responsive to an emergency water backup. John the technician was excellent, and I appreciated the honesty and guidance from Jeff who organized the repair/cleanout for the plumbing situation, and also communicated quickly. I would highly recommended this company if you are looking for an honest group who will take the time to get to the cause of your drain/backup issue.

We had two other sewer cleaners (companies) out to the house in September. (I’m a bit late posting this). Neither could break thru the blockages. Legends uses a water jetting process to clear pipes. 4000 psi. Steven was friendly and professional and answered all our questions. He was able to clear two major blockages within two hours and we were able to watch the entire process on the camera. He mapped out the exact location of our line and the depth. Our sewer lines have never been so clean and more importantly, we know exactly what the sewers really look like - cracks and all - and what our options are. Best route to go!

Better than Amazon same day delivery! Well, I was fortunate the good Lord provided perfect timing. Jason was literally driving on his way past our house from a Saturday morning service call and he offered to stop by my place to check out why we weren’t getting hot water. The problem was our anti-scalding mixing valve/tank extender setup had gone bad. He literally solved the problem in about 30 mins and saved me a lot of effort had I tried tackling this on my own. I don’t normally call for service work but our to do list this week is quite long and this was just too easy and fairly priced. Will be recommending Jason to others based on our experience. He was very friendly and appreciated him even taking off shoes without asking coming into the house.

Had an emergency back up of sewage in my house. They answered quickly and got me help very quickly. They did everything they could to help resolve my issue at a good price I cant thank them enough for the help!!! Very satisfied customer here, will recommend andnuse again! Mickey and Noah were absolutely wonderful. We came home from vacation to a leak. They came out at 9:30 on a Saturday night. They diagnosed the problem and came back Sunday morning to fix the problem. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. It’s a great family owned business.

Service Technician Logan came out and fixed my problem perfectly. He was extremely friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, knew exactly how to solve my problem and did it with efficiency. I highly recommend for any plumbing needs you have. These guys are awesome and well worth the money!

Calked said he would be here around 4pm showed up about 5pm told him. The problem stopped up drain and making bad sound .he did not have hearing aids in so he would not hear. He went under house to check it out did not bring right stuff to run down drain .so he did not charge the $100. Only $50 but did not work here about 20 minutes only talking ..Will not call him again

I called Bruce Hess in the morning with clogged drains. He came out within a couple of hours and took care of the problem for a very reasonable price. He was very professional and friendly!! Tried them out because of the good reviews. Have no regrets at all. Incredibly professional and they know exactly what they are doing. Affordable and will explain everything in detail. Bruce has never failed to answer or return a call in a reasonable time frame. Most plumbers will be scheduled for days, if not weeks, in advance. Always goes above and beyond for their customers and are really easy to talk to. I have used them for the last 3 plumbing issues and they are my go-to guys every time from then on. By the way, this is the only company I’ve ever bothered to review, if that says anything. Awesome work.

Lohmeyer Plumbing came out and inspected my sewer and let me know it needed replaced out to the city connection. I was having some water backup, so there was an urgency to get the job done. They came out the following week and completed the job in a day. I appreciate that they got me scheduled as quickly as they did so I didn’t have to worry about water in the house. They also did a good job putting my yard back together considering it’s January. Thanks for the great work!

So I’ve used Loymeyer two times in the last couple of weeks. They are professional and do good work. They are extremely expensive. I understand that when you have a professional you are paying for their expertise and not so much their time. I was originally charged 850.00 to replace a single spigot on the front of my new home. They did reduce it to 650.00 Then in a pinch after finding another plumbing issue. I had to call them on a Saturday morning for service. That work was over 1100. Replace two cartridges in the showers and replace a faucet in a bathroom. I purchased the faucet. Again good work, but just very expensive. I would recommend them if you’re in a pinch. Just go in expecting a hefty bill.

Brandon did an awesome job rerouting some pipe and installing a sump pump for me. His prices are extremely reasonable and he ia very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you may have. Thanks again!
