Chris was amazingly helpful from an original jetting of our drain that was clogged and flooding, all the way to the follow through of the inevitable repiping of that section of our house. All Cornwell employees were very helpful, professional and transparent in their communications, pricing and explanations of the work they believe needed completed. Would recommend.

When I called, it was easy to schedule. They showed up right away on Monday to resolve the problem. I had a Clogged toilet a solid obstruction was dropped in there a candle. Blake was my technician. We got our water softener installed today, it was an extremely tight area, but Brian did a fantastic job, tying it in and altogether and making it fit. Brian And his apprentice were extremely personable and extremely knowledgeable and the field. Explain everything to me impeccably and set up the machine to run as needed. We have been remodeling the main bathroom in our 100+ yr old home, and during the course of our work, our cast iron sewer line broke open. The GOAT was able to send a technician out the next day to assess the work and give an estimate. The following day, another technician arrived to complete the job. The damaged line was cut out and replaced within about 5 hours, and everything looked great. About a month later, we realized that the technician had accidentally cut into our sub pump drain line, and it was leaking. Again, The GOAT sent a technician out to cut out and replace the damaged pipe, with no additional charge. I was very impressed with the swift work, and even more impressed with their willingness to take accountability and fix the damaged sub pump pipe. We’ll be calling The GOAT again if we have any plumbing issues that are out of our DIY comfort zone.

Alec South is a very honest and hard working employee. He shows up with a great attitude! He is very thorough with his work and doesn't slack off. If there is a problem, he can fix it. He has showed up and found the probably almost immediately and got it done quickly.

I had a pipe that was leading from the house outside to the irrigation system leaking. Alex did a good job fixing it. The only issue was when he initially came to assess, he needed a part that he didn’t have with him. So I had to wait another two weeks before they could come back and fix it, as their appointments were filled up. Alex explained details of the work that he did, and answered any questions I had. LD Smith replaced our clay tile sewer line via pipe burst in Jan 2026. This is a high-functioning team. Great service, communication, and very competitive pricing. Sewer Line Assessment Joe conducted a thorough assessment of our sewage system, showed genuine curiosity in understanding some peculiarities (which no plumber had done before), and even got in both crawlspaces with me to answer some of my questions. In addition, he was knowledgeable (from my viewpoint), and straightforward. Fielded my follow-up calls, questions, and requests with patience and detail. Great start. Estimate No pushing, no BS. The estimate came in far more reasonable compared to the other local competitors. I was shocked. Sewer Line Replacement A 3-person team (Trevor, Mark, and Russell) conducted the work. All were on-time, communicative, courteous, and professional. I appreciated Trevor on his own initiative called out the utilities again to verify their path was clear. No issues to date with the new line.

We cannot say enough good things about Pristine Plumbing. They replaced our main sewer line and went above and beyond in every possible way. Their crew was respectful, thoughtful, and the hardest-working group we’ve ever had at our home. They dealt with one of the worst sewer lines they’ve probably ever seen and never once cut corners. They worked through every challenge and kept us informed the entire time. They even dug up flowers and trees with care and replanted a tree when they were finished. Spoke to the owner and he said this is normal $4,000 for a job that the employee said that would only take an hour and a half if they'd had the parts and the parts couldn't have been but about $500 but we were charged $4,000 to my 81-year-old mom an elderly that's on a fixed income who this company took advantage of. Look at the pictures the before and after that I'm posting this company is a rip off be aware. They sat and waited on parts for two hours. They may be installed a 3-ft piece of pipe. Even the neighbors looked at it and says wow you got ripped off.
