Expert Drain Cleaning in Warner Robins, GA

2 stars for prompt appointment. They were able to come out the next day. And the receptionist Brittany was courteous and informative. The appointment however was a huge disappointment. I was charged $105 for a ‘diagnostic’ fee. Which I don’t generally mind paying. However, the tech’s only equipment he used was a flashlight. I told them I believed it was a clogged or backed up drain pipe when I scheduled the appointment. I was told they would have proper equipment to check for this. They ran some water down the kitchen sink and ran the dishwasher (after almost leaving and talking to the back office and being told to run the dishwasher first). No other equipment was used to check and see if we had a backed up or clogged pipe. They said it ‘might’ be garbage disposal, dishwasher or old pipes under sink. Recommended to replace and place a pressure regulator at the main meter. I asked for an estimate and was told it would be emailed to me. Never had a company leave without giving me the estimate first. It took 2 days before I received the estimate and it didn’t even have everything we discussed (no I don’t expect them to replace the dishwasher). I chose this company based off the good reviews I read. Now I will have to pay another company to come and find what actually is the issue with my pipes because I know there is more going on. I don’t want to waste money replacing all my appliances on a ‘maybe’ diagnoses when the only tool used was a flashlight.

Update: so July 2025 had some plumbing issues related to the sewer lines, it's the only area that had not been touched in my fully remodeled foreclosure. The first time they came out was not the best experience related to this incident but they showed their true colors and how good and reputable of a business they are. They called me up, they came out again gave me extremely good pricing as always and fix the problem I'm not going to say it was cheap but it was a lot cheaper than most places would have charged. Also, I have the knowledge that the work was done right the first time and it's quality that will last for a long time. I can't say it enough this is a wonderful company to do business with. Also, it's good to see a company where there is a low overturn of staff. I know they're good to their employees because the same ones keep coming out. One last thing Aaron is the best plumber and one of the most honest up front individuals I've ever met in the trades field if you need a plumber if you call them for no other reason but how honest and upfront they are you won't regret it. I bought an older house with outdated Plumbing and they have helped me bring everything up to code. Their prices are fair and they're staff is extremely professional. Update I have had to use them again for an additional update to my home's plumbing system and once again their prices were phenomenal and the service is beyond reproach. Aaron has got to be the best plumber I have ever dealt with. My latest project was a pot filler and a new garbage disposal. Latest update I had my water lines cut from the concrete slab and installed in the Attic they did a wonderful job and cleaned up behind themselves.

Called after hours for a repair. They called me the next morning and let me know that a technician would be out that day between 2 and 4. I agreed with them to have the technician come on out even though I was at work. The technician was great. Spoke with me before work began to confirm what the issue was and quoted me the price. Did all the work flawlessly. Very happy with the service, repair and professionalism. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful experience after others let me down and quoted extreme pricing!! Affordable, friendly, & professional service. I had to have a main line replaced and the work was stellar & affordable! Paid to shop around and I'm glad I found The Plumber Guy! Blake & the crew went truly above & beyond, even working late hours to get me going again! With a toddler in the house this was crucial! OUTSTANDING service!! Our toilets wouldn't flush. I called The Plummer Guy and the lady who answered the phone was so nice. She put the call into dispatch and within minutes Robby called. He was here in literally 6 minutes. There was a $100.00 fee but he said he wouldnt charge to just take a look. However, he said...if I work I have to charge lol!! Great guy! Polite, knowledgeable, and easy to talk too. He gave tips on how to prevent clogs He did have to work, but the pay was worth the fix. 10 out of 10 customer service!!!

Only plumbing company I will ever use. They will get the job right the first time. After a certain pink gnome heating and air company posing as plumbers failed to fix a leaking shower drain in our upstairs bathroom, The Plumber Guy was on site the next day and fixed it in no time. They also did an amazing job replacing the drywall in our downstairs bathroom that had been damaged from the leak. Danny, Dusty, and their team took care of all of our problems. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about All American Septic. The septic tank was backing up into the house. I called them and they were out the within 24 hours to pump the tank. Two months later we had a clog and the tank was backing up again. They recommended a drainfield replacement. Thanks to their caring and professionalism, they will be my first call going forward!

Septic tank was backing up into the yard late Saturday morning, I called and they were onsite within the hour. The drain had grease in it and was clogged. Tank was also full of water due to a toilet slowly leaking/rain. The tank was only half full and they were honest about it but I had them pump it since it was already dig up and open. Very honest and responsive especially because it was the weekend. I will only be using this company moving forward and highly recommend these guys. Thank you.

I called American plumbing on a Tuesday, the young lady that answered the phone almost made me call someone else. But, the office manager jumped on the phone and save the day. She seem to know what she was doing, schedule my appointment for the following week. In the interim, Chris and Wayne showed up at my house within 48 hours. We had a septic tank line that looks like it was failing, however after further investigation we realized we have a toilet or two leaking in the house. Chris and Wayne could not have been any more formidable and educated on what we were up against. Heavily recommend these guys and all American… look forward to doing business with them in the near future once we are able to get our toilets to stop leaking.

My drain on the basement floor was plugged. After attempting to unclog the drain on my own for a considerable amount of time without any result, I placed a call to Kathleen Plumbing, and they responded promptly. Our drain was unclogged in one hour by the expert after they arrived on time and did their work. He was both nice and knowledgeable.

Kathleen Plumbing is excellent. A plumbing issue left us unsure who to contact. Thankfully, my husband discovered this business. They arrived promptly and well behaved. They resolved the problem and advised on prevention. Their technicians are the best. Professional and simple to work with! If we have any troubles in the future , we'll definitely use them again.

Avery came out the day after Christmas due to my clog that I've been dealing with for a week. He was the kindest gentlemen and very professional. He stayed until he fixed the clog. Avery was an excellent technician. He was very professional and efficiently diagnosed and fixed our sewer blockage issue. Don’t leave many reviews but this one is worth it. I’ve had 6 plumbers plus a city worker to come out and tell me things that I didn’t need and charge outrageous quotes. Found this company on Google when quote shopping to get a service that was recommended but wasn’t needed obviously. My technician was Matt! Kudos and many blessings to this man! Very knowledgeable about the scope of work and literally fixed the issue within 20 minutes. Was told I needed a sewer line clean out install that would’ve costed $2750 by a prior contractor but he found the buried cap in 2.2 seconds. Had this issue for two months and he fixed it with no hesitation and urgency. Thanks also to Josh! You were very knowledgeable of the job before Matt arrived and it gave me the reassurance that the job will be done right! Grateful that they were able to come out so quick before the holidays!

I had water flowing in my basement bathroom like the river Jordan and also sewer water coming up the shower. I got an estimate from another company, not to be named, to put a camera and snake out the line for $595 with a possibility for it being more. I called Affordable Plumbing Solutions they initially scheduled me for 3 days out but called the next day with availability. Matt came out, took a look and quoted me $289 to run a camera and snake out the line. I told him to go ahead. I watched as he put the camera down the line and I was able to see the blockage. I had lots of questions and Matt answered every one, he was very personable and professional. The handle on the toilet downstairs needed to be replaced and he also did that as a courtesy, no extra charge. I would absolutely recommend Matt and Affordable Plumbing Solutions, they are now my go to plumbers. Thanks again to Matt for relieving a big stress.

I just wanted to say thank you! Matt came to our home around 3pm today and did a clean out. He was professional, and showed my husband everything he saw in our pipes with his camera. Able Plumbing Was At Harbortown Condominiums doing work . They took a water hose hooked it inside the condo and was draining dirty water/ debri from the toliet / water heater from 226 into the front yard of 224 . A professional plumbing company would have drained the dirty water / debris into backyard going into the woods . The owner of 224 was not happy . She called the owner to let him know what happened . Instead of solving the problem and apologizing he came to the door of 224 and started an argument. He did not care about her property . The Owner Was Very Aggressive And Unapologetic. Based On This Experience, I would not recommend Able Plumbing . Professionalism , Respect for property , and basic customer service were clearly lacking !!!

Very unprofessional handling of a legitimate concern. A hose from another unit was placed in my front yard to drain plumbing waste. I asked that it be removed due to sanitation concerns and the safety of my small puppy. My request was reasonable and clear. When I contacted the company, I was dismissed. The owner later confronted me at my home, became combative, told me to “get a life,” and made inappropriate comments toward both me and a neighbor. Regardless of the plumbing work itself, the lack of professionalism, respect, and basic courtesy makes this a company I would not recommend.

He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was fixed properly. You can tell he truly cares about his work and his customers. This company is awesome. They have the knowledge & experience to service all your plumbing needs. Once more they treat their customers like family. I moved into a 124 year old house that was said to have new plumbing & I had issues arise starting with the cities line. The owner, James Childs advocated for me with MWA, they replaced the Lateral Sewer Line from my house to the cities sewer line, installed a Clean Out Drain & installed a Vent Pipe in my ensuite bathroom between the toilet & shower that the rehab plumber failed to do. Their pricing is competitive, in fact I interviewed several plumbers & no one could meet or beat their pricing & they responded quicker than any of the other companies from the first request for an estimate. Their crew is great as well, Steven Austin is a young master plumber who learned well, his skills extend to include consideration & manners.

James has always taken care of us in all of our jobs. We have done multiple jobs together and he communicated well and actually does what he says he will do. That's hard to find in this day and age. Pictures are just one of the many projects we have worked on together.

James and his team are great! They respond quickly to get your appointment set up. They send text messages letting you know they are on their way. Austin was super polite when he came out to put in new faucets for both my bathrooms. He took his time to make sure nothing was damaged while removing faucets that have been there since 1979. He did a great job! I would recommend them to anyone!

I am very impressed with Ronnie Avant - Your Plumbing Specialist. I had two water heaters that had to be replaced. Jacob Avant explained what he was doing and why. The same with a leaky sink facet and bathroom leak. Jacob researched the problems and found out what was the problems. Jacob is very knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend Ronnie Avant plumbing specialist.

Avant Plumbing replaced the wax seal on the base of our downstairs bathroom toilet. On the day the repair was scheduled, Jacob called me 30 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on the way. Once at our home, Jacob and Josh, his helper, completed the job in about 1 hour and 20 minutes, reinstalled the toilet, checked, for leaks, and cleaned up their work area. Jacob and Josh were very polite, courteous, respectful, and professional, and they did a great job. I was very pleased with their work and the cost of repairs was reasonable. The 5 stars is only applicable to the service tech. I would like to understand if I’m paying for a monthly maintenance plan, why do I need to purchase a filter that is grossly over priced? Yearly maintenance should include the filter. I have also request for someone from you office to call me and it’s been two hours and have not heard back from anyone

Reliable Heating and Air did an excellent job with our vent installation. The technicians were punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the process clearly. The work was completed efficiently, and they left the area clean when they were done. Our airflow has noticeably improved, and everything works exactly as promised. I appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail and would definitely recommend Reliable Heating and Air to anyone needing HVAC or vent work.
