Expert Drain Cleaning in Carrollton, GA

Good service, the owner sent one of his guys out the next morning after I called. He arrived 16 minutes early and was gone within 40 minutes. After quickly finding the problem, the clog was cleared, cost was half of what was originally quoted (which is always good). My only issue is, after reading a review from a few months ago I went with these guys because it said they cleaned up after themselves. Not sure if it was a bad day, but I was left with 2 rooms full of puddles, even though we left a mop in the restroom from our previous fiasco that I figured would be used after the toilet spilled over during the troubleshooting. Would still recommend them despite that, but keep in mind your mileage may vary so I'd be prepared to do some cleaning after they depart.

I called Cox Plumbing after having had a failed service call with another company that cost me $275 to be told that repairs would cost me up to an additional $2225 to complete. The main sewer line at our rental property was clogged 120' from the last clean out, but the first company that I called couldn'ttell me that. The first company's equipment could only go out to 80' so their proposed solution was to bring in a tractor, dig a hole, break the sewer line, run their equipment another 80' to see if they could reach the blockage, and then repair the break. This is not meant to be a sleight against the first company that I called. They are highly rated and could have serviced more than 90% of the plumbing calls that I deal with. One of the things that puts Cox Plumbing on another level is that it has equipment that can reach blockages beyond 400'. Their service was fast (under 24 hours), thorough, priced well, and professional. They left the property cleaner than when they arrived. Thank you John. I appreciate your expertise and so do our tenants.

Cox Plumbing is the best in Carrollton and I'll never use anyone else. They show up quickly and do the job for a reasonable rate and you can tell they're good people. Absolutely 5 stars! I used Ragsdale in a pinch * once * and it was a huge mistake. They quoted a price $161 higher than Cox to install a faucet - including the bogus service fee where their plumber performed no service other than to tell me the leak was due to 'splashing water while doing the dishes.' Thank you to Cox Plumbing for being honest and caring about your customers.

Our kitchen sink clogged on the disposal side on a Sunday so Monday morning, first thing, I called 4 plumbing companies to see if one could come out that morning. Go Rapid Plumbing was the only one who could get a plumber to us that morning. Jan in Go Rapid's office was very helpful and kept me advised as to arrival time. Gary Dixon showed up before lunch and quickly go to work. He was pleasant, methodical and very skillful in identifying the problem. As Gary fixed it, he was careful to avoid spills under the sink and pleasantly explained what he was doing. The charge for the service was very reasonable and I would very much like to see Gary again next time we need a plumber. Go Rapid will be my first call in the future.

The people at GoRapid are top notch. They came to change out a tankless water heater in a small space. The work was professional, clean and the 3 plumbers i met were Amazing. Great customer service and great work. Aiden was outstanding in Every way as Well as the Owner and front office. Jack and Jacob were very helpful throughout the process. Jacob and his tech crew did a great job. They were very responsive in all communications (no matter who I spoke with) and were excellent in discussing all options. The refreshing thing one was that they looked at the situation from homeowners perspective. The tech's that came on site were excellent. They tackled the work efficiently and effectively explaining the situation along the way. I would definitely use GoRapid again and recommend their services.

Brad came out the same day and fixed out clogged kitchen sink. Grease had built up in the pipes and it needed to be broken free. Fast service, great attitude, and an extremely knowledgeable plumber.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. This is the second time I’ve given them my business. They were clean, kind, patient, and professional. They were willing to communicate via text which was a huge plus for me. Prices were reasonable and the work was done quickly. They went above and beyond to tighten a few fixtures and give tips for fixing things we could handle on our own. I felt safe being alone with them in my home.

Today my husband accidentally broke the spout/faucet straight out of the wall, and water began spraying everywhere. In the chaos, we couldn’t locate the specific shutoff valve, so we had to turn off the water to the entire house. We called Integrity, and although they weren’t able to come out the same day, they were incredibly helpful over the phone. They took the time to help us narrow down the location of the specific shutoff valve so we could restore water to the rest of the house while waiting for service the next morning. Thankfully, our neighbor was able to help us fix the issue, but I truly want to highlight how attentive, courteous, and supportive Integrity was during a stressful situation. Their customer service was amazing, and we will absolutely use them in the future for our plumbing needs and highly recommend them to others.

I want to thank Shawn so much for his service! He called him the night before and as we had a sewage backup and overflow in our bathtub! He answered and came out the next day! He cleaned out our pipes as there was an obstruction from a root! He showed me the debri and roots that came from it! He gave us an estimate the same and is coming back out Friday to fix the obstruction! He is such an amazing person as he cares about the people and understands daily life struggles and just wants the best for people. He goes above and beyond and actually cares!

You ever need a phenomenal plumber at phenomenal prices then you need to call Steve Shadrix at Shad’s plumbing!!!! They are amazing. They installed a hot water heater in my camper. My hot water heater went out in my camper and I posted on Facebook. I needed a dependable plumber. Immediately post Recommended Shad’s plumbing. I called them and he said he had a job that day he would be out first thing the next day And he definitely was he was patient with me and gave me time to order me a hot water heater. He said he could order one but I had one already in mind when I receive my hot water heater I texted him and called him. He came out the very next day to install it. I called on Wednesday afternoon and had a new water heater in less than 48 hours. Steve apologized that he couldn't get to me until Friday because he was already booked up for the next day. He picked up the water heater from Home Depot, saving me the delivery charge, arrived on time, did the job quickly and cleaned up after himself. Can't ask for any better service than Shad's Plumbing. I had a pipe break on Christmas Day and flood my crawl space under my house. I called Faith plumbing the next day and they came out and fixed the break. These guys were awesome and I would highly recommend them. Affordable too when prices everywhere are high.
