We bought our home new in 2021 and had issues with clogged plumbing within the first year, and almost every year since. Four different companies came and cleared the problem, but never provided any insight or recommendations on the cause of the problem. Within a few minutes of looking at our drain piping, Nick identified the problem and told me what needs to be done to fix it. He worked without stopping for hours to clear the blockage that was caused by improper installation during construction. It is realky hard to find good, honest tradesmen these days. On the day after Christmas, we woke up to find a leak caused by a rodent chewing through plastic water lines installed during a recent remodel (if you live in an area prone to rodents do NOT use these for supply lines). RX Plumbing did a great job on recent service calls to our house. We had a clogged drain, an ejector pump issue in our basement, and a burst pipe in the front yard. Taylor & Eric were excellent professional technicians, answering our many questions and explaining our options clearly. They didn't push for the most expensive solutions to our problems. An amazing place with an amazing owner! I very rarely write reviews, but after doing business with this company it's the least I could do. My family's finance is very tight, and we are going through difficult times with regards to medical issues. Our water heater went out, and we couldn't find a place that could fix it within our budget. When I thought we would have to deal with cold water until next week, I came across this company, and I'm so happy I did. The owner of this company, Nima, heard us out and made sure to take care of us. One of his plumbers, Gary, did a fantastic job and double checked everything. He explained every step he was doing and made sure we understood. He also gave us troubleshooting advice on our water heater. If you want a company that not only does a good job but will do whatever it can to take care of your budget's needs, then you found the right place. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would.

I had six or seven companies come out for quotes on various work. I have history in plumbing adjacent industries, and have an ok bs meter. In general, most were nice enough but overpriced. Some were less nice, more pushy and still overpriced. Azerplumb easily had the best people to deal with in every position(u know who u are), sales, service , and administrative. Also, best pricing by far. There's nothing like feeling good about choices made with your hard earned money, and I feel amazing after choosing them over their competitors. They feel like a unicorn company these days... Reasonable pricing, quality work, ethical business practice.

We were pretty worried when we smelled natural gas in our garage where the water heater is located - Deshawn arrived an hour after we called and was very thorough! He was able to detect the natural gas leak and confirm it was coming from our 10 year old water heater. We ended up going with Quick-Pro Plumbing to replace the water heater which Deshawn came back and completed the next day for us without issue! Everyone we spoke with was so helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process - knowing we have young kids in the house and were very concerned, they worked incredibly quickly and their pricing was on-par with other searches we conducted briefly online.
