1 month agoRooter Pro Plumbing GA
840 Pine Manor, Marietta, GA 30066, USA
(770) 299-3707We made an appointment on Monday to investigate a septic tank that would not drain. On Tuesday, Tony and Mickey showed-up inside our appointment window with all the tools needed to evaluate the tank, dig up enough to expose the lid and open it to find that the drain line leaving the tank was completely clogged with roots. They pumped the tank to expose the drain, cleared the roots at the opening, then jetted the line a couple of hundred feet to verify that the drain lines were flowing properly. They and supervisor Jay Akers were great at explaining all the steps and keeping me informed throughout the whole process. When finished, they returned the dirt where it belonged, closed and locked the gate and were gone about two hours after they arrived. Considering it was septic tank service, it was actually a really great experience. We're glad to have found Rooter Pro through TrustDale.com!
4 months agoWorking with Rooter Pro was a real pleasure. I needed a new water heater and pressure-reducing valve, as mine were over two decades old. They were able to send out a technician on a Friday morning for an inspection and a quote. The technician, Andy, was very polite, professional, and punctual. He walked me through the process, answered all of my questions, and recommended quality upgraded replacement parts with installation, along with an extended service warranty at a very competitive price. Once I approved the quote, he was back out here on a weekend in less than 24 hours. I’m very happy with the clean results and the care taken to get the job done right. If I have any other plumbing needs, I will definitely give Rooter Pro a call. Thanks again!

1 month agoParamount Plumbing
2131 Moon Station Dr NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144, USA
(404) 400-4444I wanted to take the time to send a shout out to the guys at Paramount Plumbing. We purchased our home when it was stripped down to the studs. While some plumbing was still in place, it was old black pipe with visible cracks, past leaks, and multiple patch repairs from prior owners. We received several estimates and ultimately chose Paramount Plumbing — and we’re so happy we did. Paramount completely re-plumbed our entire home with 100% new plumbing. They also installed sinks, showers, drains, toilets, vanities, hose spickets...everything. We had changed the floor plan significantly, added multiple bathrooms, an additional kitchen, a pantry with a sink, a main-floor laundry room, and ended up with five bathrooms total. They also jetted our main sewer line, which helped us avoid having to jackhammer the slab — a huge win. They recommended and replaced our water heater, repaired and replaced gas lines as needed, and even ran new gas lines to our 60-year-old fireplace. Their recommendations were greatly appreciated, and the quality of work was excellent. They also reccomended ways we could save on cost which is a really big deal when you have to do that much remodeling. Out of every contractor involved in our remodel, Paramount Plumbing was the only one who showed up every day, on time, and completed their work efficiently, timely and correctly. They took the time to do things the right way, and it genuinely felt like they cared about the quality and long-term reliability of their work. We built a large custom shower with four independent fixtures, and they executed it perfectly. I sleep better at night knowing the plumbing was done right. They were also the only contractor on our entire project who passed county inspection quickly and without issues. After the challenges we faced with other trades, Eric, Aiden, and Ferman from Paramount were the best part of our remodel experience. Highly recommend the guys at Paramount.
1 month agoNick and Aiden from Paramount Plumbing were great to work with. They quickly figured out the potential causes of my washer drain pipe overflowing in my high-rise condo in Midtown and fixed the issue efficiently. Both were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what was going on and how to prevent future problems. I really appreciated the small details too — they wore shoe coverings and gave helpful tips for safely leaving a condo unattended. Highly recommend Paramount Plumbing!
2 months agoHIGHLY RECOMMEND - Overdue review as I've used this company for over 1.5yrs - it's a hard world of "who can you trust" yet Paramount Plumbing is the best. I've been extremely pleased by their professionalism, expertise and overall kindness in handling one emergency, and a few service issues. Fermin uncovered and fixed an HVAC blockage that SLAM Plumbing recommended I spend $1000 and go into the wall to "fix" but wasn't sure if would fix it or not. Unreal. Fermin and Jason deserve special shout out and recognition for their overall knowledge, expertise and how they helped in the various situations. Thank you all for being easy to schedule with, quick to action (at least in my experience), great to work with, trustworthy, and overall fantastic company!

5 months agoSpecialty Plumbing and Drain, LLC
190 Crabtree Dr, Roswell, GA 30076, USA
(770) 597-4141This is the second time we’ve used Sean and his team, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. They came out the same day we called with our issue and were extremely patient and thoughtful in walking us through the available solutions. They completed a major sewer line replacement in just two days, cleaned up all debris, covered the work area with pine straw, and even repaired a broken irrigation pipe, despite it not being part of their responsibility. It’s hard to feel confident with a large plumbing repair, but Sean and his team went above and beyond to earn our trust. From clear camera footage explaining the problem, to a warranty they stand behind, to an incredibly fair price, the entire experience was excellent.

2 weeks agoProfessional Drain Cleaning in Sandy Springs
Sandy Springs residents know that living in one of Georgia's most vibrant communities means balancing the beauty of our wooded neighborhoods with the maintenance needs of high-quality homes. From the established estates near the Chattahoochee River to the modern developments around City Springs, a clogged drain is more than a nuisance—it’s a disruption to your busy lifestyle. Finding a plumber who is actually available when you call can be the most frustrating part of the process. That is where our specialized verification service changes the game. Instead of you spending your afternoon calling through a list of local contractors only to be told they are booked for the week, we do the legwork for you. We maintain a robust network of certified plumbers across the Sandy Springs area. When you reach out, we immediately filter by your specific zip code and personally call the technicians to confirm they have the tools and the time to handle your specific drain issue today. We ensure a pro is ready to go before you ever pick up the phone to talk to them.
Common Drain Issues in Sandy Springs
The 'City of Trees' is famous for its lush canopy, but those expansive root systems are a primary cause of sewer line backups in Sandy Springs. Fine root hairs infiltrate even small cracks in older clay or cast iron pipes, causing persistent blockages that standard chemicals can't touch.
Many neighborhoods in Sandy Springs feature homes built during the mid-century expansion. These aging plumbing systems often suffer from internal corrosion and scale buildup, which narrows the diameter of the pipes and leads to frequent kitchen and bathroom clogs.
North Fulton County's heavy red clay soil is notorious for shifting during periods of intense Georgia rain. This movement can cause underground pipes to belly or sag, creating low points where sediment and debris collect, eventually leading to a complete stoppage.
With Sandy Springs' high standard of living, many homes are equipped with high-end appliances and garbage disposals. We frequently see issues where modern luxury kitchens are bogged down by fat, oil, and grease (FOG) accumulation that requires professional hydro-jetting to fully clear.
Seasonal Drain Maintenance Tips for Sandy Springs
Before the North Georgia winter temperatures drop, ensure your outdoor spigots are disconnected and drains are clear. Even a minor clog in an external line can lead to trapped water freezing and bursting pipes during a cold snap.
Spring in Sandy Springs brings heavy rainfall. Check your basement floor drains and area drains to ensure they are free of debris so they can handle the runoff from those frequent afternoon thunderstorms.
As the foliage changes in the fall, keep your gutters and outdoor perimeter drains clear of leaves. When the heavy autumn rains hit, clogged exterior drains can quickly lead to water backing up into your crawlspace or basement.
With kids home for the summer and increased household activity, your plumbing system works harder. This is the best time to schedule a preventative camera inspection to ensure no minor obstructions turn into emergency backups during your summer gatherings.
Average Drain Cleaning Costs in Sandy Springs
Standard drain snaking for sinks or tubs in Sandy Springs typically ranges from $175 to $350. More complex issues, such as main sewer line clearing or hydro-jetting for stubborn tree roots, can range from $450 to $650+ depending on the accessibility of the cleanout.

If you have recurring clogs caused by heavy grease or stubborn roots—common in North Fulton—hydro-jetting is often the most cost-effective long-term solution compared to repeated snaking.
