We made an appointment on Monday to investigate a septic tank that would not drain. On Tuesday, Tony and Mickey showed-up inside our appointment window with all the tools needed to evaluate the tank, dig up enough to expose the lid and open it to find that the drain line leaving the tank was completely clogged with roots. They pumped the tank to expose the drain, cleared the roots at the opening, then jetted the line a couple of hundred feet to verify that the drain lines were flowing properly. They and supervisor Jay Akers were great at explaining all the steps and keeping me informed throughout the whole process. When finished, they returned the dirt where it belonged, closed and locked the gate and were gone about two hours after they arrived. Considering it was septic tank service, it was actually a really great experience. We're glad to have found Rooter Pro through TrustDale.com!

I wanted to take the time to send a shout out to the guys at Paramount Plumbing. We purchased our home when it was stripped down to the studs. They took the time to do things the right way, and it genuinely felt like they cared about the quality and long-term reliability of their work. We built a large custom shower with four independent fixtures, and they executed it perfectly. I sleep better at night knowing the plumbing was done right. They were also the only contractor on our entire project who passed county inspection quickly and without issues. After the challenges we faced with other trades, Eric, Aiden, and Ferman from Paramount were the best part of our remodel experience. Highly recommend the guys at Paramount.

This is the second time we’ve used Sean and his team, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
