Chris called me back quickly and was able to come to my house the same day for a drain clog emergency. He called again when he was 20 minutes away so I knew when to expect him. When he arrived he communicated the expected cost for his service and promptly began diagnosing the cause of the clog. He cleared the clog that had been caused by a tree root then removed the roots. I highly recommend Chris at Connor Plumbing!

Highly recommend!!!! I’ve been dealing with a complicated water shut-off issue for the last 2 years. Mr. Connor handled it quickly. He responded promptly to my call and request. I wish I’d known about him and called sooner! Mr. Connor was clear and direct. He fixed what needed to be fixed and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Some folks try to take advantage of homeowners, especially in the midst of complicated issues like mine, but Mr. Connor showed honesty and integrity. No nonsense. No gimmicks. Call him first!

If you want a plumber who really knows his stuff you gotta call Chris to fix your issues. He is clearly upfront about pricing, issues that he may encounter and doesn't pressure you to make every repair you don't want to repair. He does a thorough job and communicates about the whole process. I am happy with the price and the problem is resolved and have peace of mind so I know what is going on with the plumbing and there won't be any surprises. Be nice to this guy because he is nice back!!

I want to say how awesome working with Roto-Rooter was. Has a pretty big problem that then turned into a major problem when the 1 collapse in my kitchen drain line became 4.... But the techs they sent to my house, Anthony and Brandon and the other 2s who's names i don't remember were awesome! They answered every silly question I had when I didn't understand what a part was, or the direction we needed to go cause it just seemed like everything wrong in a concrete slab drain pipe went wrong at once. But working from home and starting a new job I was worried about noise level among other things, but man aside from the tile hammer the first day, could barely hear them! And that isnt a fault in the tile hammer, work was kind enough to give me off that day since we knew it would be loud! But they really came in clutch and helped me with a massive problem I was having and prevented me from spending a bunch of money just to have the same problem again! 100% the entire team I worked with was fantastic! Can't recommend enough! PS: before someone says they didn't restore my concrete out front I requested they not as I plan to remove that walk way, makes it easier if its precut!

Greetings! Thank you so much for promptly attending to my urgent call Sat, Feb 7 at 8pm. I was shocked to find water draining from the ceiling of my master bedroom. I called around but Rotor-Rooters was the only company able & willing to respond. Trevor arrived and kindly greeted me at the door wearing shoe booties (which I reallyappreciated). He asked to see the issue & immediately wanted to gain access to the attic. He spotted the leak within a minute. He diagnosed the problem (squirrel gnawing on my water pipe creating a hole in the pipe), provided an estimate of the cost (which was very reasonable), performed the work, collected the payment and emailed the invoice receipt before leaving the premises. He was in & out within 45 mins or so. He was very friendly engaging in casual conversation with me as he worked. I pray I never encounter this ordeal again but if I do...I will specifically ask for Trevor. ~ Again, thank you ~

I've had the pleasure of working with several Stark plumbing employees. They are all fantastic. They do great work at a reasonable price and actually let you know when they will arrive and do the job. Melvin did most of the work but I also worked with Skyler, Curtis, and Devon. My repair was a big job - replace sewer line in a slab and repair the outside sewer line that was blocked in the middle of the yard. I highly recommend Stark for any plumbing needs.

We had Billy from Southern Plumbing come out and address a situation with a plumbing vent pipe just hanging out open in the attic. Billy was very professional and efficient. Had our problem solved quickly. Very good work and we are happy! Definitely recommend.

Right on time, professional, right price, and of course quality work. I’ve tried maybe 3 companies within the 30907 area - this is probably the best one! I had my leaky garden spigot replaced they changed the whole thing and mounted it to the wall perfect work!

Jordan came to the rescue and finished a big project for me that included replacing all drain lines in the house and installing all bathroom fixtures, faucets, and lines to include the kitchen faucet and soap dispenser. In the kitchen, he reconnected my Aquasana for me after the replacement was complete. This was my last major project of the renovation, and he made it easy. Thank you so much. I highly recommend Jordan’s work to anyone looking for someone trust worthy and detail oriented. He’ll laugh, but his caulking lines are impeccable. The little things do matter, and I appreciate that immensely… so does this little old house. I was happy to pay the inspection and estimate fee which was added into the total job price. He spent good time inspecting the job and giving me a real run through of what needed to be done. He should be paid for spending his time with any customer. His work is WORTH it!

I would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs. We got a new washer and ran into issues with the water connections. They answered my call on a Sunday when others didn't and I'm happy it turned out that way. Jordan was personable, gave me honest pricing upfront, clearly explained what needed to be done, and did great work. In just a few hours he replaced the outdated valves and outlet box and had the washer connected and ready to go. This company will definitely be my first call for any plumbing work in the future.

We initially called with what we thought was a simple concern about water hammer with pipes in the attic and also to have the hot water heater checked. Scott came out to troubleshoot the issue and discovered several underlying issues that the original plumber (not Benjamin Franklin) left behind during the 2020 water heater install. Scott was very transparent with options available and ultimately we decided to have him install a new hot water heater. He was very professional while working his rear end off to drain/remove the old water heater from the attic, fix the piping issues and install a new water heater. He answered any questions we had along the way and we really appreciate his hard work, detail-orientation and friendliness throughout the process.

I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing yesterday and spoke with Monica. She is probably one of the kindest CSRs I have ever encountered. She even asked me “How can I make you smile today?” WOW! My technician was Jeff (they even sent me a picture of him) and he was great about explaining everything and made sure I understood what was to be done! He worked efficiently and cleaned up after himself. I had a great experience and would gladly recommend them to others. No one likes the price, but I would remind all Seniors to ask for the Senior discount!! Good job, Benjamin Franklin!!

The Technician Austin was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job. The only negative thing I could say. Is the price $$ I had to pay for the service. Also, they don’t repair the sheet rock in the wall. I will need to have someone repair it. I did have same day service which was a plus.

Hunter & an associate arrived just shortly before appointment time. They worked diligently trying several troubleshooting the issue of water draining back into our dishwasher possibly relating to using to garbage disposal.

Did a great job solving the problem of location a PRV when the county could not find it. Installed a high quality water filtration system, relocated the water lines for the laundry, and did numerous other smaller fixes. Really pleasant workers, too. Highly recommended!

Greg showed up within an hour of us talking to the office. He was very nice, professional, and got the job done quickly yet efficiently. He came out for an estimate, but was able to go ahead and do the job right then and here. He did a great job and the toilets work perfectly. He also sealed the toilet base beautifully. I was impressed with his work overall. To be honest, I was a bit off put at first because to uninstall, haul away, and install 2 new toilets with 2 new flanges (one of which was complicated due to the stacking of fittings to make a connection to the toilet) the estimate was a little over $4,000 ($600 for one and & $2,000 for the complicated one, the rest of the cost was not specified but maybe labor?). I know the price is probably not fully up to him, but that is quite expensive and $4,000 is by far not just a drop in the bucket. Luckily, we did not need either flange replaced. It ended up being a total of $838. We were happy with that considering he handled everything, hauled away the old toilets, and took the new toilet packaging/boxes. If we need plumbing work again we will definitely call these guys. Top tier quality work!

I highly recommend Meetze plumbing and you’ll be lucky if you get Andrew to help you. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Andrew went out of his way to help quickly and efficiently and didn’t get annoyed with the 1000 questions I asked him. The quote was given upfront and there was no room for confusion after he explained everything so well. 10/10 I think Andrew should be running his own company with the knowledge and professionalism he carries! Meetze plumbing is VERY fortunate to have him.

Alex Romero was my plumbing specialist and he was outstanding! Clear in all conversation and did a great job repairing a slab leak. He had a lot to do with drywall cutting, jack hammering, pipe repair and pouring concrete. Excellent repair and left the work area clean. Alex was impressive!

John showed up on time for appointment. He inspected my hot water heater, was thorough and truthful on his findings. My wife and I decided to replace the unit, we scheduled an appointment. John arrived on time! He installed the new tank, checked to ensure everything was in working order. If there were 10 stars I would give a 10 star rating. My initial contact with Mike and then the installer of my bathroom vanity, Brian, was amazing. Both men were very knowledgeable, professional, yet very personable. Brian replaced the pedalstal sink with the vanity cabinet. I am feeling very grateful for the service Ricky Jay Plumbing provided. Also, Kim the office representative whom I spoke with on several occasions could not have been more kind and accommodating.

Quest just left our house after doing a wonderful job replacing our garbage disposal. More than that, he was so kind and patient and was so great with my 7 year old wanting to help.
