From my first phone call to Drain Masters they (Charity) were attentive, responsive and clear in terms of options and costs. They got us on the schedule quickly as well. Great communication during the entire process. The techs, Devin and Eric, clearly knew what they were doing, easy to talk with, explained things clearly and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company. (Just for context, this was a commercial call to a relatively old church building, so a little more complicated, I'm guessing, than a residential call.) We did need a follow up visit, and I'm happy to say that it was taken care of efficiently and professionally, just as the first was. I'm very happy with DrainMaster.

Parson's Drains and Plumbing were magnificent. Matt and Trevor showed up at the time stated in the email, and the call. They were eager to get the job accomplished as well. As the job got started Matt and Trevor would explain each step if necessary. They were polite, and knowledgeable about their profession. The job took about an hour and Matt and Trevor had me come down to examine their work. They explained in detail how the new Hot water heater worked; thus, stated if there were any issues just call. Matt and Trevor then cleaned up the job over and beyond. I'd recommend Parsons Drains and Plumbing. Matt and Trevor were A class. Upstairs Shower/tub was pouring water through a light fixture below and ceiling. Called Parsons they came out same day. Matt was amazing! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Diagnosed the problem area in the shower drain and was able to cut a small hole right below to gain access and fix the problem all in about 2 hours total only! And reasonably priced! Matt even was able to salvage the piece of dry wall he cut so we can reuse it in the repair/paint ourselves. Thank you Matt and Parsons we will definitely use guys for any plumbing needs.

Arriving right on time—or perhaps a few minutes early—Jeromy and Eloy replaced our hot water heater. Although I am not a plumber, they seemed to be quite competent and were really friendly and professional. They took the time to complete the work right, closely making sure our house was not negatively impacted as they drained and then hauled away the old leaky hot water tank down stairs. They were more than happy to answer all in great detail when I asked them several questions on how the system ran as well as some broad ones like shutoffs. I will most certainly recommend Columbus Plumbing to friends in real estate and property management around here. They were exactly the finest!

I recently hired Eco Plumbers and felt that I paid a higher-than-average price with the expectation of receiving higher-quality work. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t match that expectation. Instead of removing the old piping and installing new lines to properly fit the new water heater, the technician retrofitted everything onto the existing setup, which led to work that didn’t look as clean or well-planned as I had hoped. A few weeks later, I noticed my wood trim was warm to the touch because the water heater had been placed directly against the wall. When I requested a follow-up visit, the technician was argumentative about repositioning it. I even shared photos of a neighbor’s nearly identical layout where the heater fit properly, but the technician still pushed back. He eventually adjusted the unit by draining it and pushing it forward, without reworking the piping that should have been addressed initially. This left the pipes bent and angled awkwardly going into the heater. For the price I paid, I expected a more professional finish and a smoother experience. Additionally, during installation I was told by their HVAC technician that I needed a completely new flue. However, when the city inspector arrived to approve the water heater, she informed me that a new flue was not required. This left me feeling uncertain about the guidance I received. Overall, based on my experience, the work felt rushed and not as thorough as I expected given the cost. I hope the company takes feedback like this seriously, as quality workmanship and clear communication make a major difference for customers.

Parker was very pleasant to talk to. He came in, reviewed the project, asked if I had any questions about the job he was going to do? He laid down a drop cloth roll from my door, down the stairs and over to his worksite. Afterwards, Parker brought his tools and supplies in, then went to work. Parker was very thorough. He cleaned up to the point where I kept saying I'll get or do that. Parker didn't listen 🤣 I liked his workmanship and his work ethics. If I did plumbing work again, I'm definitely calling Eco. If I can, I'm going to request Parker. Good job Parker and Eco.

I don’t like piercing saddle valves. I don’t trust them. Recently moved into a house with saddle valves for ice maker and humidifier and another that was abandoned. The Local Plumber replaced them with proper piping and valves. They were very prompt on their estimate, scheduling the service call and completing the work. Pictures are before and after.

She called half an hour in advance of her scheduled arrival, showed up right on time, communicated clearly, and worked with me in exploring various options for fixing my plumbing issue. All my communications with 1-Tom-Plumber were good experiences, which I very much appreciate, and stands in stark contrast to what I have come to expect from other contractors I have worked with in the area. The only downside to my experience was the hourly labor price, which seemed very steep to me. That said, my overall experience was positive, and head and shoulders better than it has been with the 3-4 other plumbing companies in the area I had previously tried. I will definitely reach out to 1-Tom-Plumber again for future jobs.

We have found our new go-to plumber! 1-Tom-Plumber is one of the best service providers we have ever encountered. Our pipes burst late at night and the next morning Marquez and Brindy were at our house ready to repair and restore our water service. They were prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and such a pleasure to work with. Not only did they replace and upgrade our burst pipes, they installed our new touch kitchen faucet. The price was fantastic for all of the work they completed, and they even gave us a complimentary plunger and a tennis ball for our dog! When we called other providers, an A.I. assistant would answer the phone and run us around in circles. When we called 1-Tom, an actual human answered the phone (even late at night) and set everything up for us - just awesome!! Highly, highly recommended.

I needed to have a new kitchen faucet installed. Waterworks was recommended to me by a friend. Just to be sure I checked out their reviews online, which added up to 4.7 out of 5 stars. I called at 7:45 a.m. the day after New Years Day (a Friday morning), and an actual human, who spoke understandable English, answered. I explained my problem, and she checked that day's scheduled openings, of which there were none. That didn't surprise me, but then I was happily surprised when she offered me an appointment Monday morning. I happily booked it, and, sure enough , Kameron showed up right around 8:30. After some show and tell on my part, he quickly, efficiently, and professionally got to work. He found that I needed new hot and cold water shut-off valves with new 1/4-turn angle stops for improved serviceability, which I authorized him to do after showing me the problem. He was most polite, personable and respectful to me and of my home, and knowledgable, finishing the job in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction. I am putting Waterworks (and Kameron) on my speed dial for any future needs. Can't recommend them highly enough!
