Did a fantastic job. Had a sulphuric smell anytime I ran the hot water and a partial clog in the upstairs tub. The technician came cycled the water in the hot water heater and unclogged the drain. Everything is working as it should. Thank you Henry plumbing for great service at a reasonable price.

I made a call to Mr. Roto-Rooter on December 31st. (Early in the morning because I had a crowd coming over in the evening) and I needed to know if I needed to cancel the party we were hosting. Jay & Austin answered the call! So glad that they did!!! They worked my toilet for 30 minutes and it was like brand new!!!! They told me I had a 30 day guarantee that my toilet would not back up or clog. They finished up and we had a fabulous New Years Party all because they did a great job and work quickly & efficiently! I decided not to leave a review initially because I wanted to see how close the 30 days would be if I needed to call them back out or see if I had anymore issues. Well, luck would have it that I needed to call them back out to my house because I had another clog(not their fault my toilet well installed in 1993)...these two guys are awesome, quick to get to work, very hospitable, very knowledgeable, and VERY Professional. These two deserve a raise!!! They took care of my problem very quickly and they were awesome!

We had an urgent need at 1:30am and needed help immediately. RR was the only provider to actually answer the phone and said we would receive a callback within 30 minutes. We did and also got a text from the plumber as he was on the way. DYLAN arrived and was very professional and resolved the problem that we never could have on our own. Great service for an unexpected emergency.

Excellent experience with Rob and his team. Sunrise did a re-plumb for me at my rental property after we found a slab leak. They completed the job in 3 days, to include moving a drain line for me and doing some work on my gas line. Excellent plumber. They have done some difficult 100 year old plumbing repairs for me and diagnosed and fixed several toilet and drain issues. They come same day or next day and everything they worked on was done correctly the first time.

Saturday morning I awoke to water running in my upstairs bathroom, the facet in the shower/tub wouldn’t turn off! Pull up google looking for plumbers in my area, I called the first 3 listed, big name companies…no one was available for an emergency visit. Turn to my community page, and Sunrise plumbing was recommended frequently. I SEE WHY! Called Rob he was at my house in 30 minutes, diagnosed the issue and scheduled the repair for Monday morning! No hidden fees, he charged exactly what he quoted me Saturday and it was extremely reasonable. He arrived on time, extremely knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. He showed me what he did, asked if I was happy with everything and cleaned up afterwards. His company is like finding a diamond in the rough. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I am the owner at Shear Elegance Salon and had a clog in one of our shampoo bowls. Benjamin Franklin plumbing made it a very easy and fast experience. I called and they came out the next day! The plumber was very polite and professional. He was in and out in under an hour and left the area clean and the clog fixed. The pricing is very reasonable. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I was extremely happy with the service they provided. My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 a.m., and they arrived at 7:55. They were very upfront about the total cost and clearly explained the scope of work. The installation was quick, efficient, and done with care. Mark, the owner, even stopped by to check in, which I really appreciated. This was my second time using this company, and I’ll definitely continue to do so in the future as they have earned by trust.

Water leak in bathroom. Called at 8:30 am, Adam arrived at 9:30 and diagnosed the issue. Gave us a quote, cleared his schedule, and went to work. Only had to remove 1 tile from the floor because he was confident where the leak was. Made the repair, cleaned up the area, and was gone in less than 6 hours. Adam was excellent. He kept me informed throughout the repair and did an excellent job.

I wasn’t satisfied of how it turned out at first with the other plumber. A day or 2 past and it wasn’t sitting well with me so I reach back out and talked to the manger/owner of the company. We talked about it and he asked how could we make you happy then we set up an appointment. He came out and made the job right. He worked with me he didn’t try to screw me over like other companies would do. I am satisfied of the results now.

I was very satisfied with the plumbing service that I received from Canady. I was experiencing low water pressure in one of my bathrooms. The technician, Tim Belsches, was very professional and arrived within the time stated. He performed a thorough diagnostics to determine the cause and explained what he was doing. I was pleased with the results as well as the price for the service. I will be using the company again and recommend them to others for plumbing service.

Our Plumber, Ka Lee was excellent, today! He is knowledgeable, patient, polite and professional. Ke Lee was methodical when investigating our leak. He provided us with our options and clear and understandable estimates for what needed to be done. Ka Lee explained everything and worked diligently, alleviating our stress. Ka Lee and Screven worked well together and worked hard for hours and left the area perfectly clean. We can't thank them enough! Canady's services are expensive but it is worth it when the job is done right the first time by professionals like Ka Lee and Screven.

I can’t say enough good things about Dependable Plumbing. We woke up this morning and discovered that our water heater had sprung a leak. The water was leaking into the linen closet in the hallway. The wallboard and ceiling were wet and there was some mold. I contacted Dependable Plumbing and they were at the house within an hour. They diagnosed the problem and installed a new water heater in about two hours. Fantastic tradesmen and customer service! Thank you Dependable - you certainly live up to your company’s name. 👏👏👏

Hose came to our house to give us a hot water tank quote. This resulted in two hot water tank installs & disposals(same day). What stood out immediately was that he wasn’t a sales guy — he’s the one who actually does the work. Hose is professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. The work was completed smoothly, and the area was left clean. The experience was so good we’re planning on upgrading our kitchen sink and shower with Thompson & Thompson. Highly recommend.

I'd just like to say, thank you. Mr. Milton came, saw and defeat the problems. He removed and installed our garbage disposal. He took the time to explain the whole process; which was great. He examined the job, got the needed parts and installed the unit. It wasn't the easiest thing possible to do. But he did it. He even got us to aquire a yearly service program. No pressure applied either. I just wanted to take the time to thank Him and the company again. The service was excellent in every way.
