I love working with Palette! This organization always over performs and provides a great service. I worked with Armand Leone for this particular project and he was amazing. He got there on time and solved all the requests and went above and beyond to solve other challenges around the house as well. He fixed a clogged drain, a leak at the water supply at the street, replaced the water hose line and spiket, and then executed additional findings along the way. He was true professional with experience and used the appropriate petite rooms to keep my home clean while working. I love working with this organization and plan to use them for a future project (addition) as well.

JJ/J does a good job. They did two jobs for us fixing our shower system and the plumbing for our kitchen sink. They take their time in doing their work and I appreciate them giving us a discount. The only thing is that I wish they patched out wall back up but they had another job to get to.

Our toilet flooded at Prestige Jewelers a couple days ago. We contacted Cody with Garrett Mechanical yesterday, and he came out first thing this morning…on a Saturday and on Valentine’s Day!! Called yesterday got appt today👍Plumber were John Massey and co(sorry forgot his name😢) liked that I received text w photo before arrival. Both guys introduces themselves and were very polite and professional and answered all questions and went over all they were going to do. Had 1 toilet rebuild and the other full toilet install. They got both work done quickly,cleaned everything up afterwards and it looked great!

Krum is the best! He came out for my home inspection during due diligence and came back out to provide the service. This was a full days of work with a partner. They moved my water shut off out of crawl space, reworked my pipes for crawl space access, reworked pipes of of a leaking sink with missing parts, and switched my water temp faucet things (because it’s hot on left and cold on right), and definitely more. (The hole was mistakenly patched up by a separate handy man, thus their removal.) AND Krum got my Dekalb plumbing certificate delivered to my email within a few hours. While I don’t know much about plumbing, I can see the new pipes have been installed sooo cleanly, very satisfying. I mostly appreciate their empathy and kindness, because I was kinda *losing my mind* this morning with the general cost of homeownership. 🤣

I contacted Atlanta Plumbing & Drain Co due to water leaking from my ceiling. A member of the team was dispatched the same day. I was given a 4 hour afternoon appointment window & they arrived within the first hour of the quoted window. They were professional & courteous locating the source of the leak very quickly. The repair was made before the appointment window time expired. Very impressive! I now have a go-to plumber in the event that I ever need services again.
