William at Atlantis came out and did a sewer scope as part of the home inspection, and was very helpful in explaining the issues. We also used Atlantis for several interior plumbing issues—big shoutout to Eric and Allen!! These guys worked for 2 full days and were incredibly communicative and patient throughout the whole process. I’m not a very handy person, and they took the time to explain things to me. Called yesterday got appt today👍Plumber were John Massey and co(sorry forgot his name😢) liked that I received text w photo before arrival. Both guys introduces themselves and were very polite and professional and answered all questions and went over all they were going to do. Had 1 toilet rebuild and the other full toilet install. They got both work done quickly,cleaned everything up afterwards and it looked great!

The service tech , Rahmell did some testing and quickly determined that my prv valve was faulty and needed replacing. Rahmell replaced the valve and the issue was resolved in a quick and timely manner. He did an excellent job. And the pricing was fair and reasonable. I will definitely be using this company in the future and will recommend to others.

I noticed a bad smell and slow drains in the house and Atlanta Plumbing came for a sewer repair. The tech found a broken section in the line and repaired it quickly. He was professional and made sure the job site was spotless before leaving.

The service tech did fixed the toilet; however, he wouldn’t give us a warranty on the part he replaced because he said the water pressure was too high. We didn’t have him come to check the water pressure; we wanted him to repair the toilet. Then he wanted to change out the Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) for $700. He wanted additional signatures to say that his service was great. I normally don’t write negativity about anyone or anything but his character and his ethics caused me to give him a 2-star.
