There are those moments in life and home ownership that you dread. When the hot water heater suddenly gives out … that’s one of those moments of silence. When I tell you that this was the worst possible time for this curve ball in my life, I am truly telling you that’s an understatement. I know that there’s never a great time for that news, but I know there certainly is a worst time. And this- this was the worst time. So the ancient (omg 2003) hot water heater finally gave out I was pretty scared and overwhelmed. I feel beyond thankful that I found these guys! Literally this was the biggest blessing that I could have asked for. Kyle arrived within about an hour or two. He was so pleasant, helpful, kind and compassionate. He understood our dilemma and Kyle truly helped us navigate to a solution that made this replacement possible. We opted to pay more to have quality work done and for turnkey solutions made possible by their partners in carpentry. The new setup was upgraded to code and even used innovative models according to company owner’s high standards.
