Bruce (the owner) and Preston (the technician) went out to assess my question about installing smart water shutoff valve. They were able to provide me honest feedbacks about the pros and cons of installing water shutoff valves (Moen and Flo). They were able to replace and reposition the expansion tank and support it with mounted straps for longevity. Bruce used the drain snake to show me the current condition of the drainage piping outside my home and how to shut off the water valve outside the house for my prepareness in case of problems inside the house. I appreciate their honesty and willingness to educate new homeowners like me. I think their pricing is reasonable and the work was done in relatively short time. I’d read the reviews on Google and Yelp, plus received a personal reference. They were not wrong! Bruce and Preston gave me the best plumbing service I’d ever had AND they were on time. Not only did they unclog my toilet and remove the obstacle that 2 other companies could not, they saved me hundreds by repairing instead of recommending I purchase a new toilet as the others had done. Bruce told me the options for the work and explained how each worked. They immediately got to work and cleared the object from the trap. They are professional, worked quickly and left the area clean. Bruce even gave me a leak detector to place near the sump pump. I’m very satisfied with their work, the reasonable price and the knowledge they shared. Changed out a couple of valves under the house and replaced outside spigot. They were absolutely great! Showed up on time, very informative, good people. Didn’t leave any old parts or trash behind. A stand up company. Will definitely use them again when needed and will definitely recommend them.

Called at 7:00 PM for a water leak behind my bathroom ceiling. Call center set me up for next day 8 AM - 12 PM arrival. Zach showed up 8:10 AM, completed a thorough evaluation with me and explained options. We decided to start cutting drywall and see what’s going on. Found the leaking pipe and replaced. Zach was complete and left the area cleaner than when he started. Out the door by 9:30 AM. Drywall cuts were smooth and minimal to ease the wall repair. Very pleased. I’m thankful for my neighbors for the recommendation.

Great Service, Most Professional I needed a plumber for (2) gas issues, I could not be happier. From my initial call answered by Maria to the call by Anthony letting me know he was 30 minutes out. Anthony was very professional and had an apprentice along with him (smart career path, young man). Anthony was outstanding!! In my opinion their price was reasonable. Dear Fitzgerald and Sons Plumbing Company, ( THIS COMPANY HAS NOT WRONGED ME BUT THE WORKER HAS) As I read all the great reviews here written by many people that has received excellent service from this company. My heart is saddened to leave such a review, but unfortunately you should know the people that works for you. Coming from McDonough Ga This truck has followed my car for over two months always waiting to get behind me driving so fast on my bumper, flashing their lights, speeding, while harassing a woman in the middle of the morning! It’s scary and dangerous. I’ve reported this to the Newton County Sheriff Office by calling on this person once last month and the month before that but I didn’t have tag number. This is harassment in its purest form, waiting for someone every morning is stalking them. I am not sure of what this will do but here’s a little light of what is happening to customers in the community that your business service. This occurs often between the hours of 5:00-5:45am why did I choose to come here in service color doesn’t matter you service everyone. This company was on my list to call for plumbing issues, but this morning after finding out that the person that has been harassing/stalking me for months works here. I had to speak of it.

Had a problem that I just did not want to deal with. Office staff was excellent. The repair crew (Joe and Ethan) phoned me exactly when promised. From the estimate to the repair, Joe and Ethan were professional, courteous and clean. They explained every step that they would perform and took photos to show the work along the way. Thanks Guys.

The day after Christmas our kitchen disposal stopped working and our sink backed up—terrible timing. We called Fitzgerald and Sons first thing in the morning, and someone was at our house within 30 minutes. They first tried to repair the disposal, but it was simply too far gone. They then gave us a quote to replace it, we approved the work, and they got everything taken care of quickly and professionally. After the work was already done, they let us know—without us even realizing—that the disposal had originally been installed by them almost a year prior and was still under warranty, meaning the service and replacement were covered. That level of honesty and integrity is rare. On top of that, they were incredibly friendly—engaging with our family and even taking time to talk with our kids. Fitzgerald and Sons Plumbing is the absolute best. Worth every dollar. Highly recommend them and would never use another plumber.

We called at 8am and explained our Rinnai tankless water heater was not heating the water and were told they would send someone out the same day, in the afternoon. Within 30 minutes we were called back and they said someone was on the way! Gerald and Derrick arrived and were very professional and very knowledgeable. We’ve had Brad out several times now because he’s honest, professional, dependable, knowledgeable, anffordable and gets the job done! He’s replaced our shower stem in our master bath and came out today to replace our PRV that was starting to fail. We noticed our water pressure increasing and went ahead and replaced before any major plumbing issues down the road. We also had him check our expansion tank just to make sure it was ok, better to be safe than sorry! Brad is always super friendly, very communicative (even taught me how to shut the water off in the event of an emergency) and leaves no trace behind when he’s finished.
