Andrey arrived on short notice and did an excellent job unclogging our sewage system, as the whole house was backed up. There was a difficult clog in the plumbing at a y junction and had to use a camera to identify the clog location. Andrey patiently answered all my questions, explained the camera pictures and advised me on my options for future needs… as we have an 18 yr old house. Andrey with Mr. Express was very efficient. He called prior to coming out, listened to our concerns and went right to work. We live in a 30 year old home so we knew we needed new plumbing soon. Had a slow filling toilet (for months). I called Alliance plumbing and Drain based on great reviews on the Next Door App. I called at 9:00 am… they were close by and got here in less than 30 minutes…fixed the toilet and left by 9:52 am. My toilet fills now in 20 seconds instead of 10 minutes. What a great experience. Really nice folks too! I highly recommend.

Cannot say enough great things about David & his team. We were out of our house for 2.5 months while we had extensive repair/renovations going on. Once we came back, we started having major plumbing issues only to find out we needed our entire main sewage line replaced (50+ years old) as well as our main plumbing in our basement (existing was back pitched). David and Sean did a phenomenal job explaining everything to us, coming up with a solution that was better than we expected, and quoted us reasonably for the work being done. Awesome company! They are the best plumbing company I have ever worked with in 40 years of using plumbers at my home. Their customer service, expertise and work quality are outstanding. Super friendly people who work there. They installed an exterior gas shut off valve, brought the hot water tank up to code, repaired bathtub drains, removed a tub surround and installed a new shower insert. They went the extra mile with the city of Commerce to submit all the paperwork related to the gas shut off valve. Commerce made it difficult, but Showtime was there to navigate the city's burdensome bureaucracy requirements. Special shout out to DJ and Eric who made the trips to our home and who did the work! These guys are great!

I called Showtime plumbing to come out to check out my outside faucet that has nevered worked. Scott came on-time and couldn't find the problem. He told me he would return with the owner (Chris) to help him with finding the problem. The next day both Scott and Chris came out and worked together to find the problem and solution. As a business owner I can appreciate the attention to detail. Chris went out of his way to try and find the best option for the best price and he did delivery excellent results for a great price.

Showtime Express did a GREAT job replacing my water heater! The original WH was nearly 22 years old, so things needed to be brought up to current code requirements (thermal expansion tank etc.) and they had all the necessary supplies and tools to get the job done in a very timely manner. Not having hot water is not something you want to deal with for long, so I appreciated their quick availability. In addition to a good price, customer service, and attention to detail! Cannot ask for a better service! I highly recommend these guys for the job! Oh! And they also fixed a bathtub faucet that had been slowly dripping for months! Other companies told me I would have to cut into the wall to fix it! But Showtime Express knew exactly what the faucet needed and included it in their service call. Thank you guys SO much!!

We had an amazing experience with Gwinnett Plumber Pro. We had a few minor leaks and other issues that needed to be addressed and they were able to get someone scheduled within 24 hours.
