Expert Drain Cleaning in Kennesaw, GA

We made an appointment on Monday to investigate a septic tank that would not drain. On Tuesday, Tony and Mickey showed-up inside our appointment window with all the tools needed to evaluate the tank, dig up enough to expose the lid and open it to find that the drain line leaving the tank was completely clogged with roots. They pumped the tank to expose the drain, cleared the roots at the opening, then jetted the line a couple of hundred feet to verify that the drain lines were flowing properly. They and supervisor Jay Akers were great at explaining all the steps and keeping me informed throughout the whole process. When finished, they returned the dirt where it belonged, closed and locked the gate and were gone about two hours after they arrived. Considering it was septic tank service, it was actually a really great experience. We're glad to have found Rooter Pro through TrustDale.com!

English is not my first language, and I moved to the United States about two years ago. When we first bought our house, we discovered a serious plumbing leak. At first, we hired another company that spoke our language, but they could not find the problem and only worked on the floor for four days without fixing the leak. Then we met Jerimey from Rooter Pro Plumbing GA. He quickly found the broken pipe and fixed everything in just one day. We didn’t need many words — he is clearly a true professional. Later, when we decided to replace our water heater, my husband and I didn’t hesitate to call Rooter again. We were glad to see Jerimey again. His experience and skills really show in his work. He is very professional and trustworthy. Now we feel relieved knowing we have someone we can rely on for our home. We are very thankful for the care he showed while repairing our house.

I highly recommend them due to their honesty, timely work and going out of their way to make sure the job was done right! 1st time we used them, Kenny came out to put in a new part for a dishwasher installation. I called them because of Yelp recommendation and they came out within hours. He accessed the problem, gave us an estimate and was not pushy about doing the work. But he impressed us by his professionalism and demeanor that we asked him if he could install it then which he did and even helped by giving us a few tips to make sure that when the installers came, we would not be surprised by some other things that could hold up the work. So, later, when we had a leaky faucet and clogged drains, we called them again and they were nice enough to send Kenny again because we liked him so much. During the unclog a mistake happened that we saw after he left and we called him and he advised us, after requesting a video, to not use the sink till he came back to see the problem which was the next day, because it was so late when we called. He came and fixed the problem, and went a bought a new part and fixed it and showed us what the damage done and how he fixed it. And no charge!!!! He made it right and made sure we were happy with the repair before he left. Great customer service!! That’s honesty for you and how to please a customer!!

The Clog Dawg company are great, we had a back up in our backyard, coming from our neighbors clean out.Steve and Kenny showed up ,hydrojetted the line,problem solved.While running a camera through mine and the neighbors line ,both lines being 60 yrs old,we decided to replace them with pvc.The job was great. Very very expensive for what they offer. We had 2 other bids at $1000 and $1500 to do this exact same thing. They charged us $2000, A manager of ours handled the call because the business owner was out of country, and these guys took full advantage of the situation, this happens when you are a small business owner, these companies, easily abuse you. Beware and make sure You shop it around. I’ve noticed more pricing increases amongst plumbers with commercial service services because they usually aren’t doing commercial and are used to doing Residential. Also 4% credit card fee to get paid the same day.

I contacted Atlanta Plumbing & Drain Co due to water leaking from my ceiling. A member of the team was dispatched the same day. I was given a 4 hour afternoon appointment window & they arrived within the first hour of the quoted window. They were professional & courteous locating the source of the leak very quickly. The repair was made before the appointment window time expired. Very impressive! I now have a go-to plumber in the event that I ever need services again.

Alema was great! Our PRV self destructed today, and he was able to come out same day to install a new PRV and get us running water again. I already knew what the issue was, but Alema was very clear about the different package options and what was included with each one. He had to leave for a while to get some parts, but with just on site labor he had us up and running in about 30 minutes. Since our water had to be off due to 120psi pressure at the garage bibb, I called a bunch of places to find someone to come out same day and Atlanta Plumbing & Drain CO was the only one that was able. Well,this old house is at it again😌. Toilet and wash sink valves started leaking,other's wouldn't turn. Called Atlantis, they were able to send tech the next day. Very professional ,came in checked water pressure, valves and got to work. Had to remove some old metal piping ,valves and lines. Thanks again for rescuing me..lol. I can't wait to remodel, I know who will be doing the rest of my plumbing needs. Happy Holidays

Willie was awesome, one man unit got the job done fast and efficiently. Had a water heater pretty much flood our laundry room, got him out with an emergency call. He replaced the 40 gallon heater, in and out. Highly recommend him!!!
