This company’s support team and office staff are excellent as they are also personable, responsive and efficient. Sean and staff were always punctual and immediately responded when necessary. They are courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable and proficient at their trade. Their vast and specialized array of tools and equipment is extremely impressive. They have always been successful in diagnosing any problem and fixing it when other plumbing companies could not. Their pricing is beyond reasonable for their accomplished and highly specialized plumbing services offered and provided. I contacted Atlanta Plumbing & Drain Co due to water leaking from my ceiling. A member of the team was dispatched the same day. I was given a 4 hour afternoon appointment window & they arrived within the first hour of the quoted window. They were professional & courteous locating the source of the leak very quickly. The repair was made before the appointment window time expired. Very impressive! I now have a go-to plumber in the event that I ever need services again.

Well I had to use a service that you normally dread. I live in Alpharetta and had to have drain placement . Matt was so professional and patient. He would explain things in terms I could understand. Just had two fantastic experiences with Peach. The first time Gabrielle, our technician, articulately and skillfully walked us through what was wrong with our water heater and related systems. He explained several options and answered our questions—providing the needed context and making sure we understood everything. This was stellar service—not selling! Then, once we picked an option, Richard and Bryan (or Brian) came and did the needed repairs and replacements. Peach Plumbing has been great to work with the past few years. The office staff always communicates, and Doug in particular has always been extremely helpful. He has been out to the house a few times to fix toilets and outdoor spigots. He even did a walk through the first visit and explained what needed to be addressed first and shut off the water when I left town for me. My house was flooding from my water heater and called in a panic. Normally I don't post peoples names but Becky answered the phone and really put me at ease letting me know someone will be on the way right away. I had a kitchen faucet that was leaking and I though I could fix it myself but it was more than I could handle. They responded quickly and gave me the estimate up front. Once I got the new faucet he got me scheduled for the next morning. Alex and Daniel showed up when expected and were quick and professional. Would recommend them and will use them again if the need arises.

When you need a plumber, you usually NEED one! Peach Plumbing has handled my plumbing work on multiple occasions, showing up on time and completing the repairs professionally and quickly. Timeliness, performance and a fair price, usually you have to sacrifice one of those three, but not with Peach. This company came to inspect small leak at rental property. They disassembled the piping and did not want to put it back without charging me $700 to replace pipe. I personally drove 5 hours to fix this and all that was needed was a bead of silicone and a pipe extension. Spent $20 max with 30 mins of work. Don’t waste your time and money they are shady and manipulative. From one business owner to another, a 1 star review isn’t worth a few hundred bucks.

Excellent from start to finish. Replaced 1 toilet with Washlet and repaired another toilet. Technician Billy was the best - and I am very picky. Used them before to replace some faucets, did a great job then so I went back for more. You will not be disappointed - ask for Billy to do the work.

Cannot say enough great things about David & his team. We were out of our house for 2.5 months while we had extensive repair/renovations going on. Once we came back, we started having major plumbing issues only to find out we needed our entire main sewage line replaced (50+ years old) as well as our main plumbing in our basement (existing was back pitched). David and Sean did a phenomenal job explaining everything to us, coming up with a solution that was better than we expected, and quoted us reasonably for the work being done. They were able to complete the job in a day, left our property looking like nothing ever happened, and made us feel taken care of throughout the entire process.
