Freedom Plumbing Pro Rooter
3912 Hidden Meadows Dr, Gainesville, GA 30506, USA
(770) 977-9300Josh and Chris came to our house to unclog a drain. I can tell you that these guys went ABOVE and BEYOND, and if you saw what they went through you would certainly agree. This drain clog was one for the record books, and was an absolute disaster, but Josh and Chris hung in there to the end. They both had a great can do attitude through the whole thing and finally saved the day. I'm really glad I came across their contact on Google. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a drain problem at their house or business. Thanks guys! I would post some pictures, but I can assure you that you don't want to see them.

1 year agoI called for an estimate on a water heater replacement and was given a price quickly. Dylan came out the next morning and replaced the water heater and cleaned up some sloppy piping. He was very knowledgable and had the work done in a very timely matter. Thank you and I will not hesitate to call if needed again.

We encounter issues with reinstalling new cabinets with existing plumbing. Blake and the team from Remedy did an absolute phenomenal job beyond our expectations and at a very respectable reasonable price. My company will definitely be doing business with Remedy again. !!!!
8 months agoWhen the plumber drilled into the studs he over drilled and made the holes very big. I had to get another plumber to come out and fix the studs and also the hot and cold water lines that go underneath the vanity were very flimsy. I had to hire another plumber to fix those as well so that the vanity we want would fit them. Plumber didn’t ask me for any of the measurements of the vanity. He just winged it.
5 months agoBlake is personable and professional. He is quick and thorough with the job at hand. He has been servicing my house for several years now. If I have a plumbing need, Blake is who I want taking care of it.

It was up too high hard to change the filters they came out and relocated it also had a valve that if it detects a water leak will shut off the system and put in two gauges for me inlet and outlet pressure did a nice job you can see from the picture at the same time. They found out that my water pressure was extremely high and replaced my regulator valve that enters the house and also had to replace the expansion tank on top of my hot water heater. Did a great job. Thank you very much.

3 months agoWe had an excellent experience with Luis and Josh. They were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain not only the issue they came out for, but also what another problem in our home could possibly be caused by. Their honesty and willingness to educate us instead of just pushing unnecessary repairs really stood out. They arrived quickly, were respectful of our home, and made the entire process feel stress-free. It was refreshing to work with a company that genuinely cared about helping us instead of trying to take advantage of the situation just to make money. We truly appreciated their integrity, transparency, and fast service. Highly recommend Luis and Josh to anyone looking for trustworthy and reliable help!

3925 Oakwood Rd, Oakwood, GA 30566, USA
(770) 616-8590Tim is a great guy. He is our go-to plumber whenever one of our customers (or us as a company) needs a plumber. It's important to have someone you trust and someone that you know is going to go to great lengths to make sure your customer is satisfied at the end of the job. Especially when putting a referral out there with your name behind it. And Tim and his team nail it every single time, we've always had good experiences with him and his guys, they have always been punctual, fairly priced, and had great communication. Highly recommended.
6 months agoi had a double water heater situation that needed attention and someone referred premier plumbing to me. tim and tobias were very friendly, very nice to talk to, they explained a lot to me that i did not know. they didn't try to overcharge me and they were down to earth. they did an excellent job installing a new water heater and replumbing the one that was already there. i had more hot water than i have ever had so the person that did it before, did not do it correctly. tim was available after the job was done for some follow up questions. these people care about the customer and not the bottom line. i recommend them to everyone! sincerely, andy
5 months agoCan’t say enough good things about this company. Tim Moose is highly knowledgeable in his trade, and he will be sure the job is done right. He’s helping us fix some issues before we sell our house - it’s an old house with old house problems - and he has stayed until 9pm last night and until 10pm tonight. We will only trust Premier Plumbing with our plumbing needs.

5 months agoProfessional Drain Cleaning in Gainesville, Georgia
Gainesville is more than just the poultry capital; it's a bustling hub on Lake Lanier with unique plumbing infrastructure that ranges from historic downtown estates to modern lakeside retreats. When a sink backs up or a sewer line fails, you don't have time to call a dozen different companies hoping someone is actually on duty. That is why our specialized service is designed to take the stress out of your plumbing emergencies in Hall County.
Our process is different from your standard directory. We don't just provide a list of names; we actively scan our network of certified Gainesville plumbers and filter them by your exact zip code. Most importantly, we pick up the phone and call them to verify they are available to solve your specific drain issue right now. This means you avoid the frustration of leaving voicemails for plumbers who are already booked solid or don't service your specific neighborhood.
Whether you are dealing with a minor kitchen clog in a 30501 bungalow or a major main line issue in 30506, we ensure you get connected with a pro who is ready to work. We verify 24-hour availability so that Gainesville residents are never left stranded with a plumbing disaster, regardless of the time of day or night.
Common Drain Issues in Gainesville, Georgia
Hard Water and Sediment: Given our proximity to Lake Lanier, many Gainesville homes experience sediment and mineral buildup within their plumbing systems. This 'scale' can narrow the diameter of your pipes over time, leading to frequent slow drains and stubborn clogs that retail chemicals simply can't fix.
Invasive Tree Roots: Gainesville is famous for its lush tree canopy and beautiful oaks. Unfortunately, these thirsty root systems often seek out the moisture in your sewer lines. Root intrusion is a primary cause of major backups in older Gainesville neighborhoods, requiring professional-grade equipment to clear properly.
Lakeside Drainage Challenges: Homes built near the shores of Lake Lanier often deal with unique hydrostatic pressure and drainage issues. During heavy Georgia rains, the high water table can impact how your home’s exterior and basement drains function, leading to unexpected backups if the lines aren't clear.
Historic Piping: In the Brenau University area and downtown Gainesville, many historic homes still utilize older cast iron or clay pipes. These materials are more susceptible to corrosion and grease solidification, requiring a delicate but expert touch to clean without damaging the integrity of the vintage plumbing.
Seasonal Drain Maintenance Tips for Gainesville, Georgia
Spring Rain Readiness: After the heavy North Georgia pollen season, ensure your outdoor area drains and gutter downspouts are clear of debris. Silt and organic matter can easily wash into your main line during spring thunderstorms, causing basement backups.
Summer Lake Season: With increased guests and family gatherings during the Gainesville summer, be mindful of your garbage disposal. Avoid putting fibrous vegetables or grease down the sink, as the heat can cause grease to solidify further down the line in the humid summer months.
Fall Leaf Management: As the leaves change in Hall County, keep your driveway and basement stairwell drains clear. Decaying leaves are a leading cause of clogged exterior drainage systems during the wet autumn months.
Winter Pipe Protection: While Gainesville winters are generally mild, sudden cold snaps can put pressure on your pipes. Ensure your main drain line is clear before winter starts; a clogged pipe is under more internal pressure and is more likely to crack if the temperature drops below freezing.
Average Drain Cleaning Costs in Gainesville, Georgia
The cost of drain cleaning in Gainesville depends on the location of the clog and the equipment needed. Simple snaking for a single fixture is typically at the lower end, while main line clearing or hydro-jetting for tree roots falls on the higher end of the scale.
