Woke up to main water leak outside house. Dmitriy was able to get guys here early afternoon. Outside underground connection had separated due to use of improper connection fittings causing water leak. They were able to repair outside house with proper fittings avoiding replacing the pipe that cut through the house foundation with significant savings. Also upgraded main line inside basement by replacing the fittings and pressure relief valve. I have used Alliance over the last 5 years for various plumbing issues. They have always provided quick responses, reasonable prices and excellent work. I highly recommend them. Great communication.

Alema was great! Our PRV self destructed today, and he was able to come out same day to install a new PRV and get us running water again. I already knew what the issue was, but Alema was very clear about the different package options and what was included with each one. He had to leave for a while to get some parts, but with just on site labor he had us up and running in about 30 minutes. Since our water had to be off due to 120psi pressure at the garage bibb, I called a bunch of places to find someone to come out same day and Atlanta Plumbing & Drain CO was the only one that was able. Thank you for being able to come out and for getting us back up and running quickly.

Cannot say enough great things about David & his team. We were out of our house for 2.5 months while we had extensive repair/renovations going on. Once we came back, we started having major plumbing issues only to find out we needed our entire main sewage line replaced (50+ years old) as well as our main plumbing in our basement (existing was back pitched).
