I called them because of Yelp recommendation and they came out within hours. He accessed the problem, gave us an estimate and was not pushy about doing the work. But he impressed us by his professionalism and demeanor that we asked him if he could install it then which he did and even helped by giving us a few tips to make sure that when the installers came, we would not be surprised by some other things that could hold up the work. So, later, when we had a leaky faucet and clogged drains, we called them again and they were nice enough to send Kenny again because we liked him so much. During the unclog a mistake happened that we saw after he left and we called him and he advised us, after requesting a video, to not use the sink till he came back to see the problem which was the next day, because it was so late when we called. He came and fixed the problem, and went a bought a new part and fixed it and showed us what the damage done and how he fixed it. And no charge!!!! He made it right and made sure we were happy with the repair before he left. Great customer service!! That’s honesty for you and how to please a customer!!

First will start with I highly recommend working with clog dawg for your plunbing needs. They are professionals. We worked with Kenny Moultrie who is a professional and knows his stuff. More context: There was a smell coming from the basement space where our sump pump is housed. Originally contacted a different plumber, who showed up diagnosed the issue,wanted to do it same day, we shared not same day but in a few. We then reached out to said plumber to continue the discussion and plan, he ghosted us. We then reach out to clog dawg. They answered right away, scheduled a day and time. Kenny Moultrie showed up on day, evaluated the situation, and shared plan to resolve. He did not press to resolve the issue. Instead we discussed timing, price, and that was it. The professionalism sold it for me. I called the following day to reschedule the time to start the job, and it was smooth. Kenny showed up, got the job done, was a professional, and shared details on what’s been done, and things to keep in mind around house plumbing.

Steve did an amazing job quickly clearing a 40+ year old section of black corrugated downspout pipe that was clogged full of roots and debris with the hydrojet! Having the right equipment and the skill to use it made this look easy, and didn't damage the old pipes. I then asked him to jet several other drainage lines and the main sewer line as preemptive maintenance. I'm very happy with Steve and Clog Dawg's prompt service and great price, I won't need to worry with these again for many years. Thank you Steve!

We were having some issues with our bathroom drain lines from the shower and the sink. Tony came out very quickly and gave a very in-depth explanation as to the work that would need to be done. When he came out to do the work, he did it quickly, cleaned up after himself, and only cut the wall that he needed to cut. He answered all of my questions to an in-depth degree, was polite, and extremely knowledgable. After all the work was done, the price was very fair to the current market. There was a small leak afterwards and he came right back out, fixed the fitting, and everything is right as rain. 10/10 If I ever have any issues with my plumbing again, I would love to have him come back out to fix the issue. Tony is the man!

We had what I can only describe as "one of those once every few years" type of blockages. Mr Sandy has to be one of the most professional, and courteous plumbers I've ever had the pleasure of being service by. And if you check my reviews, you'd know that within 6 months time from now, I've dealt with 2 other major plumbing companies. Atlantis has to be hands down the best in business. Well,this old house is at it again😌. Toilet and wash sink valves started leaking,other's wouldn't turn. Called Atlantis, they were able to send tech the next day. Very professional ,came in checked water pressure, valves and got to work. Had to remove some old metal piping ,valves and lines. Thanks again for rescuing me..lol.
