We just moved into our new home and needed the septic tanked pumped. They had to locate the tank and dig up a section of the yard in order to get to it. They installed a lid with a built in riser for easier access with future pumping. Dillon and Chandler did an amazing job. They are super kind and were careful with our property. They even had to take down a piece of our fence in order to bring in their digger and when they finished they put it back. We will definitely be using them in the future.

I have used Chatta Rooter Plumbing for both septic, plumbing, and drain issues and have been very happy with their service. They do excellent work! I will use them again in the future for any plumbing needs!

Chatta Rooter came out on a weekend when I had a septic emergency. Not a drop of water was leaving the house anymore and I had several inches of septic water in my basement bathtub. My septic had never been pumped and the house is 30 yrs old. They jumped right on the job and took it in stride. It was so clogged up, when they undid the clog, they had a 2 foot geyser of 💩. They had to locate my septic because it was 5 feet under ground, but they had the maps and it didn't phase them. Another company came prior to them and were overwhelmed and said they could potentially flood my basement with 💩. Chatta Rooter knew how to fix it without that happening. They had to dig up my yard and remove a tree, but they cleaned up the mess at the end. They are family owned and I'd use them again 1000%.

They installed a new faucet for us 11 days ago, we have had a small leak since then. When I called him the next day he said someone would be out to repair it tge next day. No one never showed. I have called Hunter repeatedly since then and his mail box is always full. You can't even leave a message. I would never recommend them. When I first talked to Hunter he was very nice and professional. Not anymore.

This company was recommended by a local Facebook group. We looked them up and decided to schedule an appointment for helping us stop what we thought was a small, easy to fix leak. Well, it turns out that the previous plumber that had been out several years ago performed work that was absolutely sub par to say the least. Hunter and Austin were at our house 16 hours. Yes you read that right, 16. They found several other leaks or shoddy work that was caused by previous plumbing contractors. Needless to say these guys saw the repair through long into the night and stayed to finish up properly. I would recommend Grace Plumbing to friends and family. They will be our new go-to plumbers.

If you need a company that is affordable, knowledgeable, and capable of handling the job this is the one you want. We have used them in the past and were very satisfied with the job. We had our septic tank pumped and they were able to get to the job the same afternoon. We will definitely use them again.

We called the Drain Doctor this past Saturday as my son’s kitchen/washer were not draining. The technician came to his house yesterday at 2 pm as promised. The drain issue was completely resolved! Great communication and professionalism! I would most definitely recommend!!

Drain Doctor came out late on one of the coldest nights of the year and saved me from a plumbing emergency. My pipe broke due to freezing temperatures and Drain Doctor arrived within 20 minutes and repaired it on the spot. I am extremely thankful I didn’t have to go without water overnight and the service fee was very reasonable. The plumber was a super nice guy and I’ll definitely use this company again.

I recently had some commercial plumbing work done by Highmark Plumbing Service and I couldn't be happier with the results. John Brown was the manager who gave me a quote and did the all work pictured. He was here for a few days and worked very hard to make sure I was happy with the results. They installed 85 ft of 4" sewer line, connected to Dalton Utilities sewer, installed a Grease trap and 4 commercial sinks. The price they gave me was better than 3 other plumbing companies in Dalton. Not to mention these guys were more than happy to do the work. Another company straight up told me they didnt have time to make $7000 that they quoted me. (Which was insane to me!) I also spoke to David who is the owner, very nice guy and very knowledgeable about plumbing codes. He took the time to go over the work that was being done and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. David and John made this experience 10x better due to their hard work, knowledge and great personalities. If youre in the market for a good reputable plumbing company, whether it be commercial or residential, I highly recommend Highmark Plumbing services.

This morning we woke up and very little water was coming out of the bathroom sink faucet, so I went down to the basement to check the water heater. Oh my God, I was in for a big surprise! We didn't know what to do. My wife was at work, and I only had 30 minutes to get to my job. We didn't know what to do. I texted my wife, and she searched on GPT chat to see which plumbing company could help us. Based on that, she recommended this company. They were very quick to respond and were at our house in 30 minutes. Cliff Gilland helped us; he was very kind and respectful, and the price was very reasonable. We thought it was going to be more expensive, but it wasn't. He replaced the water heater and was very clean. He always had his tools organized and clean. We had a great experience with High Mark Plumbing in Dalton. When I called, someone answered the phone right away, and they were able to send a technician out within just a couple of hours to give us an estimate for installing a yard hydrant. Cliff Gilland was the technician, and he was excellent to work with. He took the time to put together a detailed estimate and clearly explain everything. When the initial quote ended up being more than we were prepared to spend, he didn’t just leave it at that—he walked us through alternative solutions that could accomplish the same goal at a much lower cost. Even better, he was able to diagnose and fix our water pressure issue on the spot by adjusting a valve that had been set extremely low. He brought it up to a safe level and didn’t charge us anything for the visit. Everyone we interacted with at High Mark was responsive, professional, and genuinely focused on helping us find the best and most affordable solution. We really appreciated their honesty and customer service and would definitely recommend them.

The Rooter Bros Plumbing associates are skilled & experienced. It was a two day job to solve my issues (inside toilet replacement + repair & reconnect pipes to sewer in crawlspace under the house.....in the cold !!). I am very happy with their work. They are the best, so give them a call.

Time was taken to obtain filed plans, explain our entire system, where everything is, how to maintain things that we can safely do ourselves, recommendations on improvements - if desired and very clear, verifiable, pros and cons prior to any work being performed. After interviewing many, This company is my “go-to” for plumbing needs in Chattanooga. I very much appreciate the time, care, and effort! I also truly appreciate that this team said they prefer true feedback with actionable items over requesting any particular number of stars on Google. Great group!!!!

Timothy of Rooter Bros repaired my plumbing problem quickly and efficiently. He was able to come check the issue very promptly. Once he checked out the problem Timothy gave me options on the repair. His pricing was incredibly reasonable . My Daughter recommended his company to me and I am so glad she did. Now I can recommend Timothy at Rooter Bros to you !

All in all a great experience. Setting up an apportionment was easy, they found my septic tank and asked if I wanted to dig it to save some money, (of course I do). He came back with the truck 3 hours later and had the tank pumped in 45minutes. Made it very affordable, the office staff and the project manager Adam was great to do business with.

TLDR: Super knowledgeable and helpful, but WAY overpriced I'll try to be as fair as possible, because I'm not one to leave negative reviews. For context, I requested service to replace two outdoor spigots that were leaking. Technician came out, assessed the damage, did a quick look over the entire plumbing system for any other signs of issues, and then provided several quote options. Most of these included extra/optional work that I politely declined and they, fairly, did not push on me. I felt even my basic quote to fix the two outdoor spigots (~$1,250 total for parts and labor) seemed quite high for two spigots and about an hour of install time. However, I had no frame of reference and regrettably hadn't done enough homework on this myself beforehand. After quickly price checking parts & other vendors and consulting a few contractor/plumber friends, I came to the conclusion that I probably WAY overpaid for this service. I called Metro after to politely request a more detailed invoice including price of parts, hourly rate, etc. but they said they charge flat fees for services (how it was represented on the invoice/bill I received). I expressed my frustration that it seemed quite high, but conceded that I had already signed off and paid for it so wasn't going to unfairly blame them for me not doing enough research. They didn't offer anything in consolation (not even a "sorry you don't feel satisfied with blah blah blah"....?) Some pros on the service that I should not leave out for the sake of fairness: - Technician was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful on general tips, recommendations, etc for other plumbing areas, so I put no blame on the professional that came to do the job - Was easy to schedule and they sent someone out a day after I requested service Bottom-line: I take responsibility for paying more than I probably should have and not soliciting additional quotes elsewhere, but would definitely not recommend Metro if affordability is important to you.

I had an awesome experience with Metro Plumbing, Heating and Air staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly , polite and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered with patience, understanding and details of the work that was being performed. I was impressed with each person that I talked with. The staff maintained professionalism during the entire time they were at my home. The work done was thorough. I am beyond pleased. Excellent service. I would recommend Metro to anyone looking for the services they provide. Robbie, Richard, Josh, Will, Fred and the two young men who assisted thank you all for your kindness and respect.

Rick came in immediately accessed the problem and went to work. My drain was clogged so bad but he kept rooter rooting and finally got it cleared. Most would have quit and went on to replacing And redoing pipes adding $$$ but Rick was persistent that he could get it and HE Did. Very pleasant to talk to and cleaned up the mess Job well done and I will call him for any future problems. You can to. You want regret it. Marge

I needed an Insinkerator Instant Hot Water machine hooked up, so I called Dayspring Plumbing. Rich came out the same day & got everything hooked up and working fine. He even was able to troubleshoot an electric issue for me that a "Handyman" wired up for me. Dayspring Plumbing is definitely a great company that will give you Five Star service. Thank you Rich!

Rich Smith came and fixed my water leak at the meter. I appreciate him so much super nice man!!! Even gave me a discount because I really needed and updated meter he got with the water department and they replaced the old meter with a new one. I would recommend him to everyone!! I will be calling him in the future with any plumbing work I need. Thank you Rich you did a great job!!!

Friday afternoon hot water heater issues -ugh it needed to be replacement I thought it would be an after hrs call or an emergency fee - Nope Jeremy and Dylan to the rescue so nice, professional and efficient. I will request them in the future when I need work done

I contacted this plumbing company to fix my garbage disposal, and the experience was very unprofessional. Instead of coming out to inspect the issue, they immediately quoted me $500 or more and said they “don’t buy cheap parts.” The plumber even mentioned he lived over an hour away and didn’t want to come just to look at the problem. How can you assume what a customer is willing to pay without even assessing the situation? The issue could have been minor, but they didn’t take the time to find out. This company wasted my time and showed no respect for professionalism. I do not recommend them.

Tony went above and beyond working on my homes water heater it was like it was his own home.

Mitchell was my tech and he was awesome. He showed up on time, was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to work with. He was able to fix several issues for me in a timely manner. I highly recommend him and this company.

I’ve had the same guy, Mitchell, come out 2 different times now to tighten a couple appliances through my new construction home warranty. Both times he’s been extremely professional and quick, and cleans up the area he’s worked in like he wasn’t even there. He’s kept me updated on how jobs are going when they’ve been more than 20-30 minutes, and explains what he did to fix said issues. I definitely recommend this company for quick, attentive service and professionalism.
