They pumped the tank to expose the drain, cleared the roots at the opening, then jetted the line a couple of hundred feet to verify that the drain lines were flowing properly. They and supervisor Jay Akers were great at explaining all the steps and keeping me informed throughout the whole process. When finished, they returned the dirt where it belonged, closed and locked the gate and were gone about two hours after they arrived.
