Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Fayetteville did a great job handling a sewer line issue at my home. They first came out to inspect and locate the problem, which turned out to be a separation in the backyard line that was causing sewer backups. They clearly explained the issue, provided a quote for the repair, and were professional throughout the process. When they returned to complete the repair, they fixed the 4-inch sewer line connection to the main, used the proper adapters and shielded band connections, and made sure everything was properly bedded with gravel and backfilled. I appreciated that they took the time to do the repair correctly and to code rather than cutting corners. Overall, the team was courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The communication was solid, the work was completed professionally, and the peace of mind was worth it. I would recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Fayetteville to anyone needing sewer line repair or plumbing work.

Richie Lara was great! He explained the costs upfront. With the camera he made the problem visible and transparent. There were two loose items blocking the line. Using the camera he was able to push the objects out of the line into the septic tank. That obstruction is what was requiring us to get the line rooted more than once a year and the other services charged a lot and did not solve the problem! Thanks Mr Rooter and Richie!

Kitchen sink drain blockage Friday afternoon at 1:30. Aaron showed up at 3PM, gave us a firm price, and had us unclogged before 4. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely call them the next time.

These guys really knew how to unclog my pipe. They did it better than anyone ever has before! I was so impressed at how great they did the job. I’ll never call anyone else to unclog my pipes. One lady that referred them to me said she was amazed at how well they layed the pipe too. Another boasted on their UNBELIEVABLE abilities and how it was the best service she’s ever had. This is the only plumber I’d recommend to anyone that has issues with their current pipe or anyone that needs some new pipe.

We needed a plumber to run new plumbing to our kitchen sink, add a new garbage disposal, hook up the dishwasher, new faucet, water filter etc after remodeling our kitchen, and I’m SO glad we found EPCO Plumbing! He came out to give us a free estimate and we were happy with the price so we agreed to have the work done. Nathan ordered the parts and picked up the supplies. Then he came back a different day to run the new plumbing and we were so impressed with his knowledge of plumbing codes and high quality of work! Nathan shared with us that he’s from California and they have WAY MORE plumbing codes than Arkansas. We felt confident in his work and wow, he did not disappoint! We needed a septic pump replacement over the labor day holiday weekend, Tony as the only person that could make it out that day to diagnose our issue. Got it diagnosed and had a temporary solution in place until he could get the pump ordered. Was very professional, friendly and had very reasonable pricing, we plan to use them again if we have any plumbing needs.

Tony properly diagnosed the multiple problems with my septic system. My septic system was poorly designed and installed with sub standard parts by a man that was more of a pig farmer than plumber 14 years ago. I was truly fortunate to obtain the services of Tony. He is an intelligent and highly skilled man that repaired my failed septic system. Also installed a functioning alarm system that will warn me of any future problems. Tony's skills allow him to perform any and all jobs that require a master plumber. He is on speed dial in my smart phone now.

Drew was prompt, professional, friendly and thorough. He verified the drain blockage was removed by checking the yard clean out and running water for over 15 minutes. He completely cleaned up the little residue created while scheduling his next appointment and giving an honest opinion on the current state of Razorback football. We had a master shower that wouldn't shut off as the valve cartridge must have broken and having the problem occur Friday night late caused headache. They called back immediately and explained what the possible solutions would be and how quickly they could get there in the morning. With that information, we were able to have the parts available when they arrived in the morning to swap the cartridges out. No other service called us back that Friday night and what they did was beyond helpful because we could actually understand what we could do to help the situation as we awaited them to arrive. The technician assigned to my plumbing need was extremely knowledgable and diagnosed the issue immediately. He then arranged a plan of action and began to repair the issue immediately. When I had to leave for work, however, he agreed to return the following day and did so promptly and finished the repair. I would highly recommend this service based upon my personal experience.

My wife and I moved to Rogers from San Antonio 21 months ago. We had extensive remodeling done in our home which required numerous different trades. Master’s of Disasters has been, by far, the most responsive and punctual service that I have received since moving here. Tim showed up earlier than promised to assess the situation. He arranged to have AJ and Colton come out later in the afternoon to fix our problem. Not only did they fix the issue, but they turned around and came back when I realized that there was a lingering drainage issue in a bathtub. It was a simple 5 minute fix. I’m very impressed by this company and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services. Update: Had them come out to install a tankless hot water heater. Will and his crew were very efficient and professional. The installation went smoothly and they were intentional about the cleanup before leaving. These guys are the real deal!

Niaha and his crew were amazing. They were very upfront and competitive on price and held true to their quote. Other companies didn’t even show up, Masters of Disaster was here the next day! They did an amazing job even putting landscaping items back where they were and relocating a bush that was in the way. Besides now having water back at my house, you can hardly tell they were ever here! I called at least 7 plumbers trying to get my line replaced but will only call this one for now on for all other plumbing projects! Fast, efficient and very respectful crew!

Joey does amazing work for a fair price! We had a tough job on our bathtub not draining properly. He ripped it out, made the repair, and put in a new tub in no time flat! His customer service is top notch!

My hot water heater stopped working this afternoon. The plumber I've used for decades retired a few years ago so I called T&C. They were able to get a tech to my house that afternoon. The plumber, Joe, was extremely helpful with my plumbing issue, but what impressed me most was that he removed his shoes before coming inside my home. I'm a little embarrassed to admit the problem with not with my heater, but with my own inability to follow the pilot lighting instructions. Joe relit the pilot and, because the pilot light did go out, he gave my 20+ year old heater a thorough inspection and gave me some easy maintenance tips. He also provided me a comprehensive quote for a new unit, which considering how old the water heater is, will probably come in handy sooner than later. This may get Joe in trouble, but he refused to charge me for the service call. That has never happened to me, ever. I'd gladly of paid for his time and expertise. Fact is, Joe sold me a new water heater today, with installation probably in the not too distant future. I also want to recognize the T&C associate who took my initial call and helped get a plumber dispatched so promptly. I'm sorry to not have noted her name. When I first called, she had no open appointments for the next couple of days, but promised to advise me of any cancellations that would get someone out sooner. I was pleasantly surprised when she called me back a few minutes later to ask if this afternoon would be ok. This is something else I've never experienced with a home service provider. I apologize for the length of my review, but it's honest and it felt pretty good to write up the experience of dealing with some good folks. Thank you!

All Calls Plumbing was called when I began to have my sewer back up for a second time. I had called another company 2 months prior and they assured me that cleaning out my sewer pipe was complete. The first company did not have the same level of machine tools that David used. I felt at home because David is local and a certified Master Plumber. His secretary was pleasant and encouraging that first day in a stressful situation. He was responsive and professional and worked with me to determine a couple of options. David was communicative every step of the way. He gave me an estimate and was honest with not doing more than my pipe system needed. One is kind of at the mercy of folks being honest, professional and nice along the way. Plumber have a messy job and professional work like David did is appreciated! I hope to never need his service again but for those that do can feel confident that All Calls Plumbing is top rate!

I have dealt with countless plumbing companies that have resulted in many disappointments. I am not an individual that writes reviews but I would not feel right if I didn’t let everyone know. Real professionals that made us feel extremely comfortable. After getting 3 bids this company was not the cheapest but not the most expensive but the only company that explained exactly what was going on and what needed to be done to correct and maintain our new water heater. I was referred to Hansen by a family member who has used them several times. I called them to fix a leak stemming from a frozen water spigot. They were super responsive, even given the busy holiday season. Cody was professional, efficient, and transparent about the necessary repairs/costing. They also provide a 1-year warranty which is a huge plus.
