The young man, he was very informative about the procedure he was about to proceed. He was not able to unclog the sink drain, with the tool he had after the second try ,he subjected a diferent aprouch. He sujested a jet of pressure water ,but at a double the price.He was able to unclogged the pipe I was very delighted. Thank you

Excellent plumbing services! I had an emergency on a Friday night, well into the evening, and sent in. a request. I was contacted in less than half an hour and was able to set up a rooting service the next day. They were even available a few hours before my scheduled time. Two gentlemen came out and had my issue fixed in no time, and even cleaned another 50ft or so of pipe that wasn’t causing an issue. They took a card and the whole process was super simple. I really appreciate that they were able to come out during a weekend and even more grateful that they don’t charge any extra fees for weekend work! I will definitely be using them again if I have any plumbing needs or issues.

I wish I could give 0 or negative stars. Classic scam artists! Before they ever send a real plumber, they send a salesman “field manager” to your house to scare you into filing insurance claims and getting them to do more work than necessary. Before he left, he said a plumber would come by. No one ever came. I had to call back to get one to come out and when the plumber finally arrived, he also inflated the issue and said he would have to take out my drywall (but not fix the wall) and that the cost would be close to $600 for a small repair. We told him no. Found a different local trusted guy who did the job (and another small fix) in 5 mins and charged us $125. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! THEY WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Jonah was very honest and found a good solution to our recurrent plumbing problem. However when our main drain backed up into our bathtub and new $1300 toilet when our washer hit the rinse cycle, we got told we would owe more to have someone come back and clean out the clog in our main drainline. I was not happy with how the office manager insisted I be called and informed this would be another service charge. Jonah returned during the evening and worked and worked until he figured out the problem. He then did his best to fix it. We found out toilet paper and cast iron pipes aren’t the best match. He found the clog almost to our street. The problem we were dealing with had been building for quite awhile. We dropped another bit of a bundle, but it was worth it knowing the problem was fixed. We highly recommend Jonah. He knows his plumbing for sure.

Harvey arrived early to our scheduled appointment. When he arrived he introduced himself, then we went over the work to be performed and afterwards he promptly went to work. I was extremely happy with the work that he did. Now my puppy has a working patio light.

I truly like the work performed by Braden and the installation team from Bert Black . They exhibit, professionalism; attention to details, and problem solving. Especially those encountered doing the installation of two HVAC systems in my home. In any event, I gave them a very high mark with the yardstick from 1 to 10; 10 being the highest; then my grade for the team is excellent – – a “10“.

James came out the next day after calling and worked around my busy schedule to get here! When he got here, I had all professional and knowledgeable service. He ran a camera through my sewer and French drain and spotted problem areas with my yard draining. The issues I had were much more than what they offer but he was able to tell me who to contact and how to get some items fixed!

Mr. James was very professional. He removed my old water heater and replaced it with a new one. He made sure everything was working fine before he left. Mr. James is very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and eased any concerns I had. He was such a pleasure to meet. I will be calling him for all my plumbing needs.

A Clean Service. My husband and I were having problems with the tub and the dishwasher not draining properly. We had tried everything for the tub and nothing worked. We called a few places and decided to go with this company. I will be completely honest in saying that at first I was completely skeptical, but boy did they deliver. Upon their arrival, the first thing I look at is the cleanliness of their work 🛻 truck. Not only did they park on the side of the road, but the white work truck and trailer was spotless. I knew then I was in great hands. Within 5 mins of them being there, the tub 🛀 was unclogged and draining better than it ever had in the past and they were onto the next case for the dishwasher. They fixed the dishwasher for a few more dollars and were gone within 40 minutes. This company is fast, efficient, reliable and CLEAN. I will 💯 percent be using them again as well as recommending them in the future!

Ben came here to fix a gas leak. He was through, located the leak and fixed the leaking valve. Everyone from All Drains 70 has been so nice to work with. Great family owned firm that I highly recommend .

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN TELL YOU THEY NEED MORE MONEY TO ACTUALLY FIX THE ISSUE. I SENT THEM OUT TO DO A SIMPLE CLOG TOILET, THEY SAID THEY NEED TO TAKE THE TOILET OFF TO UNCLOG IT FOR AN EXTRA 200 AFTER PAYING $136 FOR THE SERVICE. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

The leak was detected at a depth of over 5 feet, and the team was determined, professional, and timely. The management teamnever responded to either phone call. The front-end lady sent them 2 messages to contact me. Nothing, they disappointed me. On a brighter note, Triston, Randy, Zack and James provided great customer service. My out-of-pocket expense was high, but that is only because my insurance, HomeServe, did not cover the full installation. AR LEAK DETECTION had NO control over that.

Matt and Sonny were cool down to earth hard working men. They showed up with tools in hand. They showed respect entering my home with boots on. The job was quickly assessed and executed. Arkansas leaks has been on service calls to my home on two occasions and they've gone above and beyond my expectations. Good help is hard to find nowadays but I think Arkansas Leaks might be a good company to work for.

I had another plumbing company come out and told me that my pipes were busted in my slab. So it was going to cost me a VERY lot to fix. I had Platinum Plumbing come out and inspected and with in 10 mins had my drain clear and running fine. Jason is great to work with.

We are doing a kitchen remodeling, so we needed the whole job broken down into phases. Phase 1 (03/09/23) was to do rough in plumbing where no plumbing existed for an island and on the other side of the kitchen, a bar sink. Lots of crawlspace action for the island, but the bar sink is over a slab. I thought that would be challenging, but I was mistaken. Jason and Jonah had it all under control. They were relaxed and still professional. They got phase 1 done in less time than I had allotted (which made my day easier). I am looking forward to Phase 2. I would happily recommend without hesitation. Thank you Platinum Plumbing for what you do. Update: Jonah arrived today to take care of Phase 2 (03/16/23). This was to include a new refrigerator water line and relocation of the gas line to accommodate the range and a small modification to a bathroom sink drain line. Again, Platinum Plumbing did not disappoint. From showing up at exactly 8am to cleaning up after work was completed. He was quick and efficient and always has a smile. These guys are a blessing.

Jason plumbed our new construction house from start to finish earlier this year. Best combination of quality and speed available in central Arkansas. He communicates and schedules very well and is realistic with time frames and deadlines. We plan on using him again and would recommend him highly!

Josh G. Was absolutely amazing today. He solved a plumbing issue I had actually hired other to figure out. He was thoughtful, didn’t jump to conclusions and talked me through options as they presented. Josh G also went the extra mile and registered our hot water heater when no one else ever had after some years. I am so grateful to have hot (quickly hot) showers in our primary !

Gus was the amazing service tech who came out and arrived an hour early today! I noticed no hot water and condensation in the garage and he discovered we had a pipe burst to spare bathroom. He was the most professional, friendly, and knowledgeable tech I've ever dealt with during an emergency situation. I will definitely use them again and recommend the company to anyone.

Awesome father-son team! Other plumbers we hired to fix our tankless water heater didn’t solve our problems. These guys dedicated their efforts to our home until it was fixed for sure. Lloyd took the call while on vacation in Canada, and immediately worked us in to his schedule upon return a day later. Water heater installation was executed quickly and flawlessly (even hauled off the old one), and pricing was fair/reasonable. Will call WPS again for upcoming plumbing needs!

My kitchen sink stopped draining the other night after using the garbage disposal, and AMG was there the very next day and fixed it right up. Jonathan had to climb on the roof to clear the vent, and didn't hesitate to do so. He also triple checked to make sure the problem was fully resolved before leaving. Their staff is always knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to diagnose things and get the job done. As a woman, I also appreciate the fact that none of their men ever talk down to me, want to confirm anything with my husband, or make me feel icky for having them in my house. Gentlemen and skilled tradesmen all around.

I was very pleased with the service I received from AMG plumbing. They were great about informing me about what time they would be arriving and were even able to show up a little early which was great. The service guys listened to all my issues with all 3 toilets and worked on each one to make sure they worked perfectly before they left and had all the parts needed with them. They even volunteered to install a new toilet seat I had purchased. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and well informed. I will definitely call them again for future plumbing needs.
