We had an amazing experience with James Brinkley! We had issues with a clog in our kitchen sink. He took the time to explain the backfalling/improper slope of the pipe. He showed me the pipes as a system, he cleaned the line & verified flow with me watching. I definitely found a plumber I can trust & a clear explanation helps me prepare to fix the issues in the near future! I couldn't recommend him enough. Also, to come out to my house knowing the city is still facing the snow/ice elements was a huge plus. Very friendly & easy to communicate with. James Brinkley, Owner and Operator at Pipe Master, came as soon as I called about an ongoing sewer issue in my back yard. The drains have been there since the house was built in 1956. Needless to say, I had many questions, but he had all the answers after a thorough look and detection. He gave me a written quote. Offered financing even!! After much consideration and even having another company come and check it out for a second opinion, I felt James would take care of me, plus offered a guarantee after work was completed. He scheduled the work, showed up the day he scheduled for and completed the job that day. We waited till the next morning for the city’s inspection. All was great and the job was completed to my satisfaction. You want a company that stands by their work and does what they say they are going to do for you. I’d call Pipe Master again for any and all plumbing issues.

James saved the day! He came the morning before the snow/ice storm 1-23-26! My water pipe busted and it was fixed in no time! Very knowledgeable and I would recommend to everyone! With most plumbers they try to rip you off especially if it’s a last minute emergency. Pipe master didn’t! Thank you James again!

He came out to help solve a five-year-old mystery regarding how my pipes were laid in the ground after Arrow had separated the plumbing between my neighbor and me years ago. I’m gladly giving Arrow Plumbing a 5 star review!!! I recently called them to come find and repair an outside leak. After paying the bill we realized a few days later the leak still wasn't fixed. I called back and spoke with Alton and he sent another technician to find the leak. After a couple of hours of digging and investigation they finally found an additional leak and repaired it and at no additional costs. The technicians were great at explaining what had happened and took great care to repair my flower beds where they had dug. They answered my questions respectfully and in a way that I could understand the process! I appreciate a company that does what they say they are going to do and even more so, they thanked me for making them aware the problem wasn’t fixed so they could have a chance to correct the situation. No excuses were given just a we will come back! That’s a company’s integrity and a welcomed change in today’s world! Thank you Arrow Plumbing for keeping your word!

Ray Lusk Plumbing performed an excellent job replacing our old sewer & yard clay pipes a couple of years ago so it was a no brainer to call them for an emergency. We thought our pipe was broken but it was only the outdoor spigot this time. They are always friendly, courteous, professional and accommodating. Our tech arrived earlier than we thought and was finished in no time replacing the broken spigot, getting our water turned back on and our home back into full service. and the price was GREAT! They are our Go-To for all plumbing and sewer needs and we HIGHLY recommend them.

Had a leak under our slab and they were prompt in getting out to our house, diagnosing where the issue was and how to fix it, gave me two estimates based on what they may or may not have to do. Came out less than a week later because we wanted the same plumber (Zack, who was AWESOME) that came out initially. Finished the work in less than a day and we couldn't be more pleased. Would use them again. Highly recommend!!

Josh G. Was absolutely amazing today. He solved a plumbing issue I had actually hired other to figure out. He was thoughtful, didn’t jump to conclusions and talked me through options as they presented. Josh G also went the extra mile and registered our hot water heater when no one else ever had after some years. I am so grateful to have hot (quickly hot) showers in our primary !

A Clean Service. My husband and I were having problems with the tub and the dishwasher not draining properly. We had tried everything for the tub and nothing worked. We called a few places and decided to go with this company. I will be completely honest in saying that at first I was completely skeptical, but boy did they deliver. Upon their arrival, the first thing I look at is the cleanliness of their work 🛻 truck. Not only did they park on the side of the road, but the white work truck and trailer was spotless. I knew then I was in great hands. Within 5 mins of them being there, the tub 🛀 was unclogged and draining better than it ever had in the past and they were onto the next case for the dishwasher. They fixed the dishwasher for a few more dollars and were gone within 40 minutes. This company is fast, efficient, reliable and CLEAN. I will 💯 percent be using them again as well as recommending them in the future!

Ben came here to fix a gas leak. He was through, located the leak and fixed the leaking valve. Everyone from All Drains 70 has been so nice to work with. Great family owned firm that I highly recommend .

y'all, dont pay the stupid tax like I did and just hire All Drains 70 from the beginning. tried to make things convenient and pay the (higher) Lowe's installation cost for a new toilet. Well Lowe's sent someone out from Angie's list that I don't think was an actual plumber but rather a handyman. and hey that evening my new toilet was leaking. All Drains 70 sent Eric out and he realized there wasn't sealant, the wax ring wasn't replaced and was instead blocking flow, and got that all fixed up. Woulda been cheaper, faster, and better service to have gone with All Drains 70 from the beginning.

I had a clogged up sewer line at my house. I called on a Sunday evening. Within one hour, Shane came out and got me taken care of for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Arkansas Rooter.

Me and my family loved the service that Shane provided, last year and a couple of months ago he was able to unplug our sewage pipe and again this year he was able to do it again, he was quick and on time and we appreciated his service so much we tipped him along with the cost of the service, typically 175 but, we had to pay 200 since he had to return the next day because it was dark out. MONEY WELL SPENT! 👍 great company and great prices.

I had a new toilet installed and when the plumber attempted to flush, oops. Nothing happened. I called Arkansas Rooter and they sent someone next day, at my request. Troy arrived right on time and quickly analyzed the issue. He ran his line and ran several test flushes. Troy was so polite and didn't seem to mind my 20 questions! This is the second time I've used Arkansas Rooter and both times I've had excellent service. Highly recommend.

2:30 am on turkey day and sink was backed up, but I tried. Started calling around they were the only one answered. It was an awesome event, very knowledgeable and wanted to get the leaves off the roof while he was up there. If you don't call this guy, you're calling the person

Brandon was amazing! I had an emergency at 8pm on a week night and he came right out and got it fixed for me. He is so nice and explained everything as he was going. I found my lifetime plumber.

My kitchen sink was backed up for like 2 months and I finally said I need someone to come out soon. I honestly wasn’t expecting JP to come out within a few hours but he did and I’m SOO glad that he did. He made my day by fixing my sink lol. I absolutely hate washing dishes but how I was washing them I was ready for my sink to be working again. He fixed my kitchen sink within an hour and he did a fabulous job. The initial worry was having to replace the hot water heater, but he fixed the leaking by replacing the water regulator. He was upfront, politely honest, and reasonably priced! Absolutely have to commend the Clog Hogs. They were able to find the leak under my house. However, my crawlspace was filled with 4inches of water so they had to crawl under there to fix the leak. They fixed me up though. Definitely recommend Clog Hogs for your plumbing needs!

I had called clog hogs a few years back when I lived at another address and they did a great job then. So now I'm back at the Old homestead and knew I had some issues. But when everything came leaking out from underneath the cabinets and flooded the kitchen, I finally called. Ryan came out with a young trainee. They put on booties even though I said they didn't have to to come in my kitchen that's going to be remodeled very soon. Well partly remodeled. Anyway, he checked my pipes from the washer to the bathtub and everything in between. The most reasonable of any plumbers I called. Thanks guys!

I had another plumbing company come out and told me that my pipes were busted in my slab. So it was going to cost me a VERY lot to fix. I had Platinum Plumbing come out and inspected and with in 10 mins had my drain clear and running fine. Jason is great to work with.

We are doing a kitchen remodeling, so we needed the whole job broken down into phases. Phase 1 (03/09/23) was to do rough in plumbing where no plumbing existed for an island and on the other side of the kitchen, a bar sink. Lots of crawlspace action for the island, but the bar sink is over a slab. I thought that would be challenging, but I was mistaken. Jason and Jonah had it all under control. They were relaxed and still professional. They got phase 1 done in less time than I had allotted (which made my day easier). I am looking forward to Phase 2. I would happily recommend without hesitation. Thank you Platinum Plumbing for what you do. Update: Jonah arrived today to take care of Phase 2 (03/16/23). This was to include a new refrigerator water line and relocation of the gas line to accommodate the range and a small modification to a bathroom sink drain line. Again, Platinum Plumbing did not disappoint. From showing up at exactly 8am to cleaning up after work was completed. He was quick and efficient and always has a smile. These guys are a blessing.

Jason plumbed our new construction house from start to finish earlier this year. Best combination of quality and speed available in central Arkansas. He communicates and schedules very well and is realistic with time frames and deadlines. We plan on using him again and would recommend him highly!
