After quoting $185 to clean a sewer line they came to my house same day which was nice, but then without telling me, they removed a toilet to run it from there instead of the cleanout. This made the price almost double. They said the cleanout was “siliconed shut” when in reality it has a small bead of silicone around the outside of it. They got back with me fast but you better keep your eyes on them or your bill could double too!

We woke up to a clogged lavatory drain and called Nuckles eight away. They are always easy to work with and come promptly. Robert and Dakota arrived shortly after lunch and were probably here less than 20 minutes. They had the perfect tool to unclog the drain w/o taking our drain apart and it was fixed immediately. They were both friendly and ready to explain their method and answer questions.

Logan and Robert just got done doing a job at my home and I am beyond satisfied not to mention impressed. a quick 10 minute job that ended saving me over 2 thousand dollars. Will recommend and use this business again!!!! To top it all off but gentlemen were professional and friendly.

West Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend. My garbage disposal was not working so I called them. It was a wonderful experience. I was sent a photo & introduction of the serviceman a few moments before he arrived. I could not have been more pleased. Their service was excellent. Professional and very pleasant! I’m so glad I called them and will definitely call again when there is a need!!

Chris West Plumbing was fantastic! I placed a call for service…received a call back with a time frame to expect a tech. Once the tech was on the way, I received a text message with a picture of the tech assigned to my job. Prompt work and great work. The tech was very knowledgeable and kept us updated on the issue and what it would take to make the repair.

Such great service! John came and fixed a leak under my kitchen sink. He replaced what was broken that caused the leak. He then tested to make sure everything was working the way it should. He was upfront with pricing before he did the work. Highly recommend. Will call again for any other plumbing needs.

My installation was done in Paragould, AR on 10/13/2025. I am pleased to write a review for Mohr Heat and Air. I do, however, wish you had an office in Paragould. From my initial meeting with Mason, who explained options and pricing to when Chris came today to close [the door (with the ladder attached) to the attic, because I could not get it done, I have been pleased with the work done by each person with whom I have had contact. In all, I believe 4 men came to work on my heat and air unit installation. Two came initially. Unfortunately, I failed to get names for each of them. All were pleasant. Other than conversation about what they were doing and the normal noise of the work they were doing, they were quiet. I had been warned in advance that there would be some noise and some smell associated with the work. Overall, I was surprised with the low level of disturbance during the install. The indoor unit is not much different in appearance from the old unit. I was told, however, that Chris repaired a hole in the duct work that allowed air to escape into the attic. Thanks for that, Chris. Chris also "hard wired" my thermostat so that it no longer needs batteries. Thanks for that also. They sealed (see picture) the spaces in the base the unit sits on so that air does not leak into the house. I am really pleased with how my outdoor unit is set up. My back yard floods when rain is heavy. The water does not come into the house, but 2-3 times annually, comes close. The crew set my outdoor unit on risers so that water will not enter it. (See picture) The wires are encased in a covering so that they are not exposed to the elements. It also provides a more neat appearance. (See pictures). Kris changed the direction of some vents and added a needed screw to one vent. I have been asked to check whether the price was low, high, reasonable. I am not sure about that. The price is comparable to other heat and air installs. The crew went above and beyond to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction. They arrived, protected my home and went to work. When finished, they cleaned up after themselves. Not many companies do that. Thank you Mohr Heat and Air for doing an exceptional job.

Jeff was great! We felt he was thorough and honest with his findings and showed us videos of exactly what he found. We will continue using Mohr because we feel they are for the customer and prompt when we needed them. Highly recommend them.

2nd frustrating experience with Mohr. I called around 2pm on Friday 2/20/2026 about a water tank leak at a rental house and asked if they could make it by end of day. I was told I was on the schedule. I put a credit card on file. No one ever came or called. I called back at 7pm and was told the tech got busy and the earliest date would be Monday. I would have called someone had they given proper notice. Now I could be dealing with thousands in damages. Very unprofessional.

Repair USA did a great job for me as a new customer! I got a fall inspection and found I had several aging issues with my unit. Kevin was professional and provided me with information but didn't try to push me into buying anything. Ended up getting a new HVAC unit. The install crew came when they said they would and I received calls before and after. They did a great job. Karen, in the office has also been wonderful to work with on the paperwork. Thank you!

Have been using them for 13 years, spring and fall. Watch neighbors A/C fail, maintenance extends life of systems.

Once again, Ryan did excellent job! We had an issue with a heating unit that wasn’t working. He identified the issue and fixed it.

Brandon came out on a Sunday to fix my plumbing issue which turned out to be a much bigger job for him than what we thought it would be. He & Kylen were very professional and stayed as long as it took to get it taken care of. I highly recommend!

I called this morning for a leak. They were there quickly and had the water heater leak fixed in no time.

Called Richard up on Saturday evening after hours and he came out shortly after and cleaned our drain out!! Fast and friendly service will only ever use Wyatt Brothers from here on out!!!

I called them out to install a water heater lowes was delivered but didn't tell me they didn't have an installer for until after it was delivered. They were able to come out same day and get it installed. After several issues, including a 40 year old water heater with at least 2/3rd full of sediment, they managed to get it in there. They were very nice and explained everything they were needing to do and why before they did it. I will definitely use them again.

I will never use another service, I have 4 son's and as you can imagine that's hard on any system but anytime we call they are fast, friendly, and always get the job done! I would definitely recommend the Wyatt brothers 10/10
