Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Fayetteville did a great job handling a sewer line issue at my home. They first came out to inspect and locate the problem, which turned out to be a separation in the backyard line that was causing sewer backups. They clearly explained the issue, provided a quote for the repair, and were professional throughout the process. When they returned to complete the repair, they fixed the 4-inch sewer line connection to the main, used the proper adapters and shielded band connections, and made sure everything was properly bedded with gravel and backfilled. I appreciated that they took the time to do the repair correctly and to code rather than cutting corners. Overall, the team was courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The communication was solid, the work was completed professionally, and the peace of mind was worth it. I would recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Fayetteville to anyone needing sewer line repair or plumbing work.

Richie Lara was great! He explained the costs upfront. With the camera he made the problem visible and transparent. There were two loose items blocking the line. Using the camera he was able to push the objects out of the line into the septic tank. That obstruction is what was requiring us to get the line rooted more than once a year and the other services charged a lot and did not solve the problem! Thanks Mr Rooter and Richie!

Kitchen sink drain blockage Friday afternoon at 1:30. Aaron showed up at 3PM, gave us a firm price, and had us unclogged before 4. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely call them the next time.

They were very professional, very competent, very efficient and very fair. I can’t thank EPCO enough for restoring my water drainage. It was almost 40’ downstream in the piping but they had camera and equipment and had it flowing again in no time. We needed a plumber to run new plumbing to our kitchen sink, add a new garbage disposal, hook up the dishwasher, new faucet, water filter etc after remodeling our kitchen, and I’m SO glad we found EPCO Plumbing! I was referred by the NWA Moms in the Know Facebook group. I reached out and Nathan contacted me promptly. He came out to give us a free estimate and we were happy with the price so we agreed to have the work done. Nathan ordered the parts and picked up the supplies. Then he came back a different day to run the new plumbing and we were so impressed with his knowledge of plumbing codes and high quality of work! Nathan shared with us that he’s from California and they have WAY MORE plumbing codes than Arkansas. We felt confident in his work and wow, he did not disappoint! His work is the neatest I’ve ever seen from a plumber and the under sink area looks 100% better! We are so pleased! We 10/10 highly recommend Nathan from EPCO plumbing!

We needed a septic pump replacement over the labor day holiday weekend, Tony as the only person that could make it out that day to diagnose our issue. Got it diagnosed and had a temporary solution in place until he could get the pump ordered. Was very professional, friendly and had very reasonable pricing, we plan to use them again if we have any plumbing needs.

Tony properly diagnosed the multiple problems with my septic system. My septic system was poorly designed and installed with sub standard parts by a man that was more of a pig farmer than plumber 14 years ago. I was truly fortunate to obtain the services of Tony. He is an intelligent and highly skilled man that repaired my failed septic system. Also installed a functioning alarm system that will warn me of any future problems. Tony's skills allow him to perform any and all jobs that require a master plumber. He is on speed dial in my smart phone now.

Drew was prompt, professional, friendly and thorough. He verified the drain blockage was removed by checking the yard clean out and running water for over 15 minutes. He completely cleaned up the little residue created while scheduling his next appointment and giving an honest opinion on the current state of Razorback football. We had a master shower that wouldn't shut off as the valve cartridge must have broken and having the problem occur Friday night late caused headache. They called back immediately and explained what the possible solutions would be and how quickly they could get there in the morning. With that information, we were able to have the parts available when they arrived in the morning to swap the cartridges out. No other service called us back that Friday night and what they did was beyond helpful because we could actually understand what we could do to help the situation as we awaited them to arrive. The technician assigned to my plumbing need was extremely knowledgable and diagnosed the issue immediately. He then arranged a plan of action and began to repair the issue immediately. When I had to leave for work, however, he agreed to return the following day and did so promptly and finished the repair. I would highly recommend this service based upon my personal experience.

I called Johnson Plumbing for a washer drain that was backing up. They came out and Sid they got it in a few days it backed up again. I called them back and they said it would cost me another 250 dollars! The problem was they didn’t got far enough so I feel I should not be expected to pay again. Bad business in my opinion.

My sink stops up all the time. We decided we would try someone new. Johnsons plumbing ugh such a disappointment. They came and when they left I told them it wasn't unclogged. They told me that I needed a new air vent, went and got that and still not working. Called them back and said that they will charge me another $250.00 to come back and actually unclogg it. The owner wouldn't even listen to common sense. TERRIBLE

Johnson plumbing was so helpful and quick to service! My water heater went out last night, I called them this morning and they were able to get out to look at my place immediately and start working on replacing the water heater. They were professional, friendly, and efficient and I feel like I paid a fair price. Thank you Johnson Plumbing for making sure I didn't have to go long without hot water!

I called on a Monday. Dillon came on a Tuesday. I had been told a couple times that our unit was undersized and it finally quit. It was time for a new unit. They were able to get us on the schedule for Thursday. Gilberto and Kevin showed up at 8am on the dot and worked until way after 7pm installing a new system, upgrading our duct work, new copper lines, top to bottom new system. My wife and I had to go out of town and my brother came and stayed while they worked. Our house attic access is not ideal so they had to make customizations and take out shelving in our closet. They put it all back together like it never happened. Our home has never been this cool; the system works great. I’ll admit that the price is a little premium but the warranty offering, the customer service, and the professionalism of everyone we came into contact with is worth it. I’d use them again for any needs I have in a heartbeat. 10/10 recommend. Thanks for getting us up and going with a brand new system in a matter of days, in the heat of summer too. Dillon was awesome. Gilberto and Kevin were outstanding.. great work!

Enjoyed our experience with every single employee. Every single one made sure to answer all of our questions, left everything clean and tidy. I'm also very happy they took as long as they needed to to make sure everything was done right. These days too many people emphasize speed on everything. I don't care about speed, I want quality to come back. We will definitely continue to use these guys. Also I am immensely happy that they emphasize training for their people.

Got several quotes and with the help of AI, did a thorough comparison of quality of the competing products and pricing. Franklin came out ahead by far. Cade and Axel did a great job, thoroughly explained everything, and the new system works great. Highly recommend for HVAC service.

I’ve used Franklin multiple times for different types of projects (HVAC, Water Heater, underground water line) and they’ve been fantastic every time. They communicate extremely well, have awesome people, schedule service extremely quick, and have always had the best pricing for every quote I’ve gotten to compare. I had Axell Morris service us today for our HVAC inspection. He was extremely helpful, listened to my questions and took care of everything I needed! He was awesome! I’ll just note this because people may wonder: Companies like to ask for 5-star reviews, so those are always highlighted on the website. Google is probably a better gauge, but I can genuinely say for the 8+ times I’ve had them do work for me, they’d get a 5 star every time. And to be clear, those 8 times are not related, but their quality of work and service carries through to all the services they provide.

Had a septic grinder pump alarm come on at our house. Called a few local companies who were either booked out for weeks, or wanted 3x the usual price to come out after hours. Trade Pro showed up in a couple of hours, had us fixed up very quickly, and for a very reasonable price. Awesome service. Highly recommended based on this experience.

Phillip showed up on time, explained what needed to be done, explained what caused the clog in the main line and was extremely professional. He didn't try to upsell anything, but gave options on what he could offer, like camera inspection. Super happy overall and finally everything is working as expected!
