I had a clogged up sewer line at my house. I called on a Sunday evening. Within one hour, Shane came out and got me taken care of for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Arkansas Rooter.

Me and my family loved the service that Shane provided, last year and a couple of months ago he was able to unplug our sewage pipe and again this year he was able to do it again, he was quick and on time and we appreciated his service so much we tipped him along with the cost of the service, typically 175 but, we had to pay 200 since he had to return the next day because it was dark out. MONEY WELL SPENT! 👍 great company and great prices.

I had a new toilet installed and when the plumber attempted to flush, oops. Nothing happened. I called Arkansas Rooter and they sent someone next day, at my request. Troy arrived right on time and quickly analyzed the issue. He ran his line and ran several test flushes. Troy was so polite and didn't seem to mind my 20 questions! This is the second time I've used Arkansas Rooter and both times I've had excellent service. Highly recommend.

I had called clog hogs a few years back when I lived at another address and they did a great job then. So now I'm back at the Old homestead and knew I had some issues. But when everything came leaking out from underneath the cabinets and flooded the kitchen, I finally called. Ryan came out with a young trainee. They put on booties even though I said they didn't have to to come in my kitchen that's going to be remodeled very soon. Well partly remodeled. Anyway, he checked my pipes from the washer to the bathtub and everything in between. The most reasonable of any plumbers I called. Thanks guys!

Brendon came out to service us today and the job ended up being more complicated than he was thought it would be, however he still did everything he could to help us and make sure the problem was solved. Choose Ray Lusk Plumbing for ANY job, big or small. David handled majority of the work done to our home including replacement of the main sewer line and an additional drain line as well. Along the way David identified a few additional issues and assisted with coordinating then handling the work. We appreciated him pointing these out. It was also impressive how easy it was to coordinate a large project with multiple other tasks. After a complication at the end of the project, James and Will came out and took care of everything. Had a leak under our slab and they were prompt in getting out to our house, diagnosing where the issue was and how to fix it, gave me two estimates based on what they may or may not have to do. Came out less than a week later because we wanted the same plumber (Zack, who was AWESOME) that came out initially. Finished the work in less than a day and we couldn't be more pleased. Would use them again. Highly recommend!!

My midtown LR home was built in 1961 with ‘Orangeburg’ water and sewer lines. The lines were failing from age and tree roots and the only fix was to replace them. I’m on a corner property and the orangeburg mains run under a concrete porch, stairs, wall, and driveway. I hired Contractor McRae Construction who worked with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Greater LR (BFP) to replace the mains. My experience with BFP was excellent. From start to finish, we were advised of the timeline and progress of the project. BFP’s crew completed their work in 2 days. They arrived on time, worked carefully and expertly, operated a huge backhoe right outside by porch door, filed the necessary permits and their part of the LR Water Mgmt Authority reimbursement application, and cordoned off the digging area by the street for safety. The cleanup was efficient and complete. BFP’s Justin Messenger worked on site managing the project and addressing any questions. They finished the job as promised in 2 days and left the property clean and ready for McRae Construction who expertly rebuilt the retaining wall, a French drain, stairs, porch and driveway. The job is done and I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Greater LR and McRae Construction for big projects! They were fairly priced (I had several estimates), professional, clean, reliable, and attentive to details. BF Plumbing and McRae Construction worked seamlessly together to complete the project. This was a 5 Star experience!

We had an amazing experience with James Brinkley! We had issues with a clog in our kitchen sink. He took the time to explain the backfalling/improper slope of the pipe. He showed me the pipes as a system, he cleaned the line & verified flow with me watching. I definitely found a plumber I can trust & a clear explanation helps me prepare to fix the issues in the near future! I couldn't recommend him enough. Also, to come out to my house knowing the city is still facing the snow/ice elements was a huge plus. Very friendly & easy to communicate with. James saved the day! He came the morning before the snow/ice storm 1-23-26! My water pipe busted and it was fixed in no time! Very knowledgeable and I would recommend to everyone! We had a great experience with Diamond State. Our water heater pilot light wouldn't stay lit on a cold winter day and David was able to come out within a few hours and take a look at it. We figured we were looking at a $2k replacement but he was able to make a simple repair that cost less than $300. His communication was great from start to finish and he was respectful of our home. We recently had an ice storm that caused one of our outdoor spigots to break. I have a regular plumber that I have used for 17 yrs that was unable to help me out. I pulled up a map of plumbing company’s close to me and began calling them to try and get help. Unfortunately the first 3 I called were not available for several days. I then came across Diamond State Plumbing. The person who answered the phone was professional and empathetic. They said the earliest they could help unfortunately would be the next day. To me that was better than several days. However one of their employees got done a little early at another job and even though at this time he only had 30 minutes left till the end of his shift, he agreed to help us out by squeezing us in. David was the employee that came out to help. The task he had was no quick or easy fix but he calmly and professionally took care of the problem. Not once, did he show any signs of frustration even though the job went on past his dinner time and hours past his knock off time. He was informative and honest and did a good job. My husband and I were very grateful and thankful that they were able to help us out.

James came out the next day after calling and worked around my busy schedule to get here! When he got here, I had all professional and knowledgeable service. He ran a camera through my sewer and French drain and spotted problem areas with my yard draining. The issues I had were much more than what they offer but he was able to tell me who to contact and how to get some items fixed!

Mr. James was very professional. He removed my old water heater and replaced it with a new one. He made sure everything was working fine before he left. Mr. James is very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and eased any concerns I had. He was such a pleasure to meet. I will be calling him for all my plumbing needs.

Returned from time away only to find a flooded hot water heater disaster. Called to get a new one and got same day service. The crew were prompt, professional and knocked out a difficult job without issue. Dave achieved the impossible removing the old hot water heater that was too big for the space it was in and then installed a new one that was likewise a tight fit. I’m gladly giving Arrow Plumbing a 5 star review!!! I recently called them to come find and repair an outside leak. After paying the bill we realized a few days later the leak still wasn't fixed. I called back and spoke with Alton and he sent another technician to find the leak. After a couple of hours of digging and investigation they finally found an additional leak and repaired it and at no additional costs. The technicians were great at explaining what had happened and took great care to repair my flower beds where they had dug. They answered my questions respectfully and in a way that I could understand the process! I appreciate a company that does what they say they are going to do and even more so, they thanked me for making them aware the problem wasn’t fixed so they could have a chance to correct the situation. No excuses were given just a we will come back! That’s a company’s integrity and a welcomed change in today’s world! Thank you Arrow Plumbing for keeping your word!

We couldn't be happier with Arrow Plumbing. They gave us their prompt attention at a very fair price. Andy and Zach were polite, professional and experts in their field. They went over and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and understood everything they were doing. They checked for additional leaks before they made their final installations.
