Expert Drain Cleaning in Bentonville, AR

I would not recommend Smith Brothers plumbing to work on a water leak in the house. They are parts plumbers I called them out to fix a manifold issue and my bathroom. They did great on that and to fix a water leak that was flooding my house every night, not during the day they did good work on fixing the manifold, very professional very courteous, but they did not fix my water leak matter of fact at the end I was told to look for it myself. Justin came out and did the manifold with Zack. And did a very nice job, but when it came to the water leak, they only concentrated on two old lines that I had discovered underneath my pantry just came out the following day. My water was shut off all night and proceeded to remove materials behind the pipes, this is in a slab he water tested them for leaks found they did not leak. I asked Justin to Cap them off I did not request for them to be capped off below the slab, which is what Justin did after he had finished that work. He did not bother to look through the root of the problem which was water backing up into my house every night I was told to watch the house and that he would schedule the pressure test guys to come out the following day which he did they showed up pressure tested everything could not find any leaks. House tested no leaks anywhere. This is in the waterlines themselves. I told the pressure test guys that it was leaking at night during heavy water usage. They told me to keep an eye on it once again now we have four professional plumbers who have not found the water leak in my house So I called aaryn smith The owner of Smith Brothers, and met with him at my house and described everything that I was going on and showed them everything that was done. He told me he couldn’t tell me anything except to do the legwork to find the leak on my own mind you I have paid good money to have this leak fixed and now this is five guys from the same company who have told me that they cannot find the leak so that was Thursday2/18/26 the other work was done on two 2/17/26 and 2/17/26 for the Shower work shower. So on 2/19/26 I Call them to show them where it was leaking. I was upset and told them that I would not be paying anymore to fix the problem being as I already paid them to fix it. They refuse to come out and fix the leak without further payment. I have since located the problem which was a drain that was less than 3 feet from where the two waterlines came up through the slab five professional plumbers missed this drain and it was leaking due to being tied to my current sink and that drainage line to the septic tank being plugged up. I cannot recommend the Smith Brothers for other than a parts plumber. If you know for sure what exactly is wrong they will come out and fix those parts. They will not diagnose your issue correctly and fix it. Also, I have huge issues with being told by a professional for any business as the client to find the problem myself and call them and they will return To fix it, this should’ve been fixed with the cost of the capping of the other two pipes, which, if they had looked, whatever resulted in cleaning out a septic line to break the materials out of it to allow it to run freely and unclog the drain I cannot with good heart recommend Smith Brothers for any fix to your plumbing The drain in question is literally underneath the corner of the linoleum by the wall less than 3 feet from where the pipes were

Showed up early for a 10am. Genuine and straight forward. They made a complicated and frustrating experience from a different plumbing company quick and easy. Pricing is more than reasonable. The two gentlemen that helped me were Zack and David. Now My new plumbing service. Trust goes a long way. Well done men.

We are doing a kitchen remodel in our nearly 100 year old home and elected to relocate our kitchen sink and clean up old piping. Not only was Smith Bros quote half of what we were quoted from larger companies, but our plumber, Jared, was absolutely phenomenal. I had one plumber tell me he would have to charge to provide an estimate and enter our crawlspace... he eventually walked out. Jared, contrarily, voiced zero hesitation, navigated our tiny crawlspace, and provided an estimate I could fully trust because he took the time to do the work. When arriving for the job, Jared was extremely professional, clean, knowledgeable, and kind. This is the best plumbing service I could have asked for. Additionally, their front office/receptionist proved incredibly helpful, responsive, and warm. I would HIGHLY recommend and will use their business in the future.

Joey does amazing work for a fair price! We had a tough job on our bathtub not draining properly. He ripped it out, made the repair, and put in a new tub in no time flat! His customer service is top notch!

I am a repeat customer and have never been disappointed. They’ve always managed to come within 24 to 48 hours after I call. Each plumber that’s come have been polite and helpful and resolved the issue quickly. I haven’t had any complaints yet with this company. Thank you!!

My hot water heater stopped working this afternoon. The plumber I've used for decades retired a few years ago so I called T&C. They were able to get a tech to my house that afternoon. The plumber, Joe, was extremely helpful with my plumbing issue, but what impressed me most was that he removed his shoes before coming inside my home. I'm a little embarrassed to admit the problem with not with my heater, but with my own inability to follow the pilot lighting instructions. Joe relit the pilot and, because the pilot light did go out, he gave my 20+ year old heater a thorough inspection and gave me some easy maintenance tips. He also provided me a comprehensive quote for a new unit, which considering how old the water heater is, will probably come in handy sooner than later. This may get Joe in trouble, but he refused to charge me for the service call. That has never happened to me, ever. I'd gladly of paid for his time and expertise. Fact is, Joe sold me a new water heater today, with installation probably in the not too distant future. I also want to recognize the T&C associate who took my initial call and helped get a plumber dispatched so promptly. I'm sorry to not have noted her name. When I first called, she had no open appointments for the next couple of days, but promised to advise me of any cancellations that would get someone out sooner. I was pleasantly surprised when she called me back a few minutes later to ask if this afternoon would be ok. This is something else I've never experienced with a home service provider. I apologize for the length of my review, but it's honest and it felt pretty good to write up the experience of dealing with some good folks. Thank you!

All Calls Plumbing was called when I began to have my sewer back up for a second time. I had called another company 2 months prior and they assured me that cleaning out my sewer pipe was complete. The first company did not have the same level of machine tools that David used. I felt at home because David is local and a certified Master Plumber. His secretary was pleasant and encouraging that first day in a stressful situation. He was responsive and professional and worked with me to determine a couple of options. David was communicative every step of the way. He gave me an estimate and was honest with not doing more than my pipe system needed. One is kind of at the mercy of folks being honest, professional and nice along the way. Plumber have a messy job and professional work like David did is appreciated! I hope to never need his service again but for those that do can feel confident that All Calls Plumbing is top rate!

I have dealt with countless plumbing companies that have resulted in many disappointments. I am not an individual that writes reviews but I would not feel right if I didn’t let everyone know. Real professionals that made us feel extremely comfortable. After getting 3 bids this company was not the cheapest but not the most expensive but the only company that explained exactly what was going on and what needed to be done to correct and maintain our new water heater. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Went above and beyond after installation to make sure everything worked like it should. Drew was prompt, professional, friendly and thorough. He verified the drain blockage was removed by checking the yard clean out and running water for over 15 minutes. We had a master shower that wouldn't shut off as the valve cartridge must have broken and having the problem occur Friday night late caused headache. They called back immediately and explained what the possible solutions would be and how quickly they could get there in the morning. With that information, we were able to have the parts available when they arrived in the morning to swap the cartridges out. No other service called us back that Friday night and what they did was beyond helpful because we could actually understand what we could do to help the situation as we awaited them to arrive. The technician assigned to my plumbing need was extremely knowledgable and diagnosed the issue immediately. He then arranged a plan of action and began to repair the issue immediately. When I had to leave for work, however, he agreed to return the following day and did so promptly and finished the repair. I would highly recommend this service based upon my personal experience.

John at Davis Plumbing was so professional, replaced a section of leaking pex pipe that we were told needed more done by a technician from Bud Anderson. We didn’t feel like we were getting scammed or up charged on the service call. Definitely gained more information in the 10 minutes he was here!! Already called and complimented him to Davis Plumbing representative as he was leaving our driveway!!

Fixed our issues so fast and even checked on a few other things for us! We were installing new floors in our house and needed a plumber to come by quickly to stay on schedule. Misty responded really quickly, and got us set up asap for a tech visit. She sen Andrew, who was awesome! Such a fun guy, and went through everything with me; helpful explanations for a newbie homeowner. Got it fixed up immediately. Would def call them again!

We had a urinal and toilet removed and another toilet replaced. The men were respectful, on time, clean, and courteous. I quoted with two other companies and Davis had the best prices and quickest turnaround time. We will call them again.

These guys really knew how to unclog my pipe. They did it better than anyone ever has before! I was so impressed at how great they did the job. I’ll never call anyone else to unclog my pipes. One lady that referred them to me said she was amazed at how well they layed the pipe too. Another boasted on their UNBELIEVABLE abilities and how it was the best service she’s ever had. This is the only plumber I’d recommend to anyone that has issues with their current pipe or anyone that needs some new pipe.

I was referred to Hansen by a family member who has used them several times. I called them to fix a leak stemming from a frozen water spigot. They were super responsive, even given the busy holiday season. Cody was professional, efficient, and transparent about the necessary repairs/costing. They also provide a 1-year warranty which is a huge plus.

We have used Hansen Plumbing for several of our projects and problems in Fayetteville. They are always so nice, so accommodating and very professional. They have never let us down and we highly recommend them for any plumbing issue you might have!

Worst plumbing company ever!!! I would give negative stars if possible. Needed to get two bathroom sink stoppers installed. Called Steve’s plumbing and asked what their hourly rate was. They informed me that they do fixed pricing but we’re in line with the market. Of course they will not discuss pricing over the phone. Went ahead and scheduled them with a $69 service fee. They got their and informed me it would be $618.00!!! Asked how long it would take and he said an hour. Parts were no more than $30. Therefore that is an hourly rate of almost $600 per hour. When I complained they kept arguing that is normal. Going rate around here is $125 an hour. This company is a ripoff. Do not use them. I’m pretty sure most of their income comes just from service calls (he was at my house about 5 min) and of course I had to pay them $69. In regards to your response. You only discuss prices after you arrive and charge $69. Y’all wanted to charge me $618. For the 2 bathroom sink stoppers. Had another plumbing company come do both drains (in fact they just replaced the faucet and drains), installed kitchen faucet, and fixed the shower for $350. You said to check around and I will see that your prices are competitive. I did and still thoroughly disagree.

Craig was very professional, knowledgeable, & courteous. Unfortunately, that is the best thing I can say about Steve’s Plumbing. I would give zero stars if I could. I have worked with them for 3 years now, even had a maintenance contract and I’m talking about high-dollar expenditures (like a tankless water heater, new toilet, etc.) I would say 75% of the time I’ve had to call them back because their work wasn’t completed or failed. And each time, it was like pulling teeth to get them to respond. When they did respond, it wasn’t their fault (until they saw the work and then agreed it was). In fact, without any exaggeration, they have NEVER returned my calls. I have had to call them back or send an email to ask them to respond. Their definition of customer service is the customer is there to serve them! The final straw was when a toilet that I bought from them and they installed had an issue 3 days after the warranty expired and they wouldn’t honor it. This was during their yearly inspection that I delayed because I was out of town. I had them install a kitchen faucet that I had to buy because it was $300 cheaper than what they wanted to sell it to me for. The exact same faucet. Run, do not walk, away from this company.
