Superior provided me a non-invasive option to fix a sheared connection between sewer line and cleanout. It would have otherwise required tearing through a shower and slab and digging into the foundation. They were professional with extreme expertise. The fix was not inexpensive, but the VALUE of the fix without destruction (and in one day) far outweighed the cost. I have found my new go-to plumbing experts!

This company is phenomenal. They are kind and professional. I have used them 3 times in the last year for different projects. Hunter, one of the plumbers has done the work all 3 times. This young man is so professional. He explains everything that needs to be done and discusses the price. He is a great representative of the company. The second time they came out he had someone with him, I don't remember his name, he was just as nice as Hunter. Great company to use.

Root-rooter people are awesome!!! I had a drainage issue and Mr Eric knew exactly what to do. He had it fixed in no time. My drainage issue had damaged my floor so Ms Sean took pictures and submitted a claim to my insurance company. I didn’t have to do anything!! Justin showed up when he said he would, had all the necessary tools for the job, and didn’t leave a mess. Two years into a remodel and we’ve learned these traits are not always prevalent in skilled trade work, especially the showing up part. We needed some pipes moved for the vanity in the primary bathroom. Justin came out to give an estimate, and also gave us some suggestions on spacing that we hadn’t considered. Explained what would have to be done for each option, materials needed, how long it would take, etc. Once we decided, he was able to get back out here within a few days and do the job. Obviously we’re not plumbers, but his solders are clean and nothing is leaking! Our faucets were on back order, but he offered to come back out to help us install when they came in. He also looked at a vanity and faucet we had just installed ourselves but the drain was leaking. He suggested it might be a problem with the pop-up type of drain, which turned out to be correct. We’ve had a few other smallish jobs done by other businesses, and we’ve had the best experience so far with Davis Plumbing Solutions. Highly recommend!!!

I called Justin to fix a persistent leak in the PVC plumbing under the kitchen sink. His work was nothing short of exceptional! Professional work at a reasonable price that was within his estimate and less than what I feared. Added to his craftsmanship is great customer service and communication skills. My recommendation is this: If your home has a plumbing issue, don't even think of anyone other than Justin Davis Plumbing to remedy the problem quickly, skillfully, and economically. If more rating stars than five were an option, they would all be filled in!

Our sewer line had a major blockage. They came right out and worked diligently to eliminate the problem. Had to call them back a few hours later and they were they quickly responded. Honest, friendly and highly skilled. Heroes don't wear capes and latex suits, they wear work boots and jeans. Thanks a million!!!

Very pleased with my service. They had to relocate my feed line to my new water heater. They did a great job and made a really good suggestion for adding a valve to keep cold water running in the house if my heater goes out again. I highly recommend and thank you.

We had them come out on a home warranty call to replace a water heater. They installed the expansion tank so close to the door that the closet would not close, kinked the hose to the emergency relief valve that goes outside, and failed to plumb the drain pan to the line outside. They also stained the carpet removing the old water heater, though it is being replaced anyway, so I'm not really upset about that. When asked to address these issues, they asked for pictures, which I sent. They then ghosted me. I have not heard from them since and it's been months. I have reminded them of the issues multiple times, but I get nothing. I would not recommend this company.

These guys are great! They dispatched someone that came out and fixed a real issue. We received a bit for the full repair and we scheduled them to come back to complete further repairs. They were on-time, professional, completed the work in less time that was planned and they came in way under the bid price... which never happens anymore.
