Drain Masters took advantage of my elderly mother-in-law, and I want everyone to know exactly what kind of operation they're running. She clearly told them beforehand the exact size and type of part needed for her tub drain. Instead of coming prepared, they showed up just to "measure, then drove 45 minutes to another city to pick up the same part she already described — all without giving her any upfront pricing for mileage, labor, or time. Only after the fact did they drop a $560 bill on a woman living on a fixed income. No warning. No consent. No integrity. This kind of behavior isn't just unprofessional — it's predatory. If you value honesty, transparency, and basic human decency, stay as far away from Drain Masters as possible. They knew exactly what they were doing, and they did it anyway. My mother-in-law could've been pushed into real financial hardship because of their reckless, greedy practices. Do better!

I called to make an appt and Cody was able to come out the next day. He arrived on time, was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. No issues yet with what he did. Drains seem to be clear. Thank you Drain Masters. I’ll ask for Cody next time I need plumbing services. He even cleaned up the mess from my clogged drain. I don’t ever remember any plumber doing that.

Drain masters did a great job. Arrived on time, technician was very knowledgeable. They also called a couple days later to check in and make sure everything was still working properly after cleaning my line. Will use again!

Westark is amazing! I Made a call to them it was after hours and she still managed to get someone out that night.So I could go to work the next day.They did an amazing job , even found my septic tank! Elijah the tech who came out to deal with my clog was smart efficient Kind and courteous they did it such an amazing job.I was so grateful i'm willing to refer anyone I can to them because the price was so good! I texted Brad in the late afternoon saying we might need a septic pumped …. Within 2 hours the situation had escalated and it was not a “maybe” but a “OMG it’s happening now” sort of deal. Alyssa drove out the big truck all the way to Magazine at 11pm and pumped our septic and cleared a clog that backed up the whole house. She explained every step of the process to me and told me how we can avoid this in the future. She’s a SAINT. Brad called me before and after the ordeal to check on us. 10/10 service. 100% worth the price. So glad I found them from our friend. Will use them again when we replace our septic.

Westark Plumbing sent out a perfect Plumber, Michael Haney, on Father's Day 2025--a Sunday and a Holiday. Our plumbing was totally stopped up. Michael was nice and professional and fixed it in about 20 minutes at a bargain basement price. I couldn't believe the reasonableness of the price--which was less than another competitor my office used at a time which was not a holiday (like Father's Day) and was not on a weekend (as Father's Day is). He cleaned out our pipes and was just a nice person to deal with. Thank you to both Westark Plumbing and Michael Haney. If I could give you more than five stars, I would. Again, thanks so much.

I’ve had issues with my sink not draining well on and off for months. After it finally stopped altogether, I tried chemicals, running my own drain snake, and more to get it fixed but nothing worked. Luckily Tyler was able to get it fixed in an afternoon, and replaced my faucet which had started leaking as well. Overall, it was a quick and professional service and I am very pleased with the work.

Fantastic. Dude got here right on time. Was super straight with me about the work and price. He even got the work done super fast! He explained everything to me before he did it. I phoned for non emergency service expecting an apt. The following week just to be surprised that they had a plumber at my home within an hour. The plumber Jon was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain what needed to be done, why it needed to be done and the approximate cost. GREAT service.

Roto Rooter came to our rescue and did a fast fix for our aged pipes..very quality work indeed! Also they pointed our subpar work done not to code done by previous plumbers..I Highly recommend Roto Rooter!!

James and Jon worked tirelessly on my plumbing issues and dealt with improperly installed pipes until the problem was solved. They figured out a way to not dig up my newly installed bathroom floors by going through a closet floor and I also got a new commode!!

We have been a long time customer of Hutcherson Plumbing and Air and they have always been super friendly and very knowledgeable and they always get us back up and going whether it is a plumbing or HVAC issue. They have extremely reasonable and fair pricing. I feel that instead of getting rich off of you 1 time they would rather keep you as a life long customer unlike some of these large corporate chains.

Kevin from Riverside Comfort and Care has been great to work with. We met him back in January when we wanted to add a mini split to our porch- to make it more of a year round space. He was very knowledgeable in the options available and provided recommendations matching the needs for our space. We contacted him again recently to relocate our ductwork to our attic. In addition, we chose to update/replace our air handler, heat pump, and AC unit. Once again he was very thorough with the best unit options for the size of our house, placement of the vents, etc. He was quick to respond to any of our questions and before leaving ensured we knew how to take care of the units. It’s not pictured, but they also made sure all spaces they worked in were cleaned up from any messes made. They have been a pleasure to work with!

Glen is thorough in his communication, easy to work with and talk to! We had a gas line that needed to be fixed. Glen was the first result when I search for someone in the area to do it! He charges a fair price too and is always looking for ways to save the customer some money! Can’t recommend him enough for his knowledge and his ability to get things done thoroughly

Glenn just was here at my home to repair a gas leak I discovered this morning. He's knowledgeable, honorable and quick. Did a very good repair and I'm somewhat informed when it comes to these things although I'm not an expert like he is. He did the repair properly and completely. I can indeed recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services.

James came out to give me an estimate. He said he could do this and that no problem. I've sent ideas on how to resolve the issue with images and detailed text messages. He hasn't offered any solutions. I can't get a call back or any traction with this project. The customer communication is terrible. The older lady who answers the phone has no clue and simply relays messages to workers. I hate leaving bad reviews but it does make you question companies with so many positive reviews. Please don't waste your time and find a reputable plumber. Time is valuable today and spending hours trying to coordinate with people who don't want to work is not worth it.

It's easy to rate a service when everything goes well. It's when there are bumps in the road that a truly good company come thru. Byway in my experience is that company. We have utilized services from Byway Plumbing for several years. They are always kind, polite, friendly, trustworthy and knowledgeable. This is the only plumbing service/ business we ever use. I called about water leaking onto my floor from my hot water heater, the owner of Byway Plumbing, James, came out the same day within a couple hours of my call to Molly in the office, who is extremely helpful, pleasant, kind and listens to their customers. Anyway, James checked out the situation thoroughly and advised us that we needed a new hot water tank. Within a couple of days, James had ordered our new tank and Charles came out , removed the old one, installed the new one, filled it, made sure it was operating properly, thoroughly cleaned up the area where he was working and hauled off the old water heater and all trash items, packaging, etc... Charles even called about an hour later, from his home, after work to see that we have hot water and that everything was going smoothly. They all treat their customers like family !!

Could not recommend Travis Hawkins enough . Called him with an emergency during extreme cold weather and ice . He was there within 15 min and took care of my issues until he could come back and complete what needed to be done Top not business

Travis Hawkins and his crew are exceptional and friendly. I had them put in a separate line for my irrigation system and, recently, 2 tankless water heaters. Beyond a doubt, perfection. They were on time and worked continuously until the job was done right...the first time. Travis explained to me the procedure and approximate cost way before starting the job and, both were exactly as described. All of his reviews are 5 stars and there is absolutely no doubt why. He and his crew are top notch! I will have no problem refering Hawkins Plumbing out to anyone in need of quality, dependable and friendly service!

Highly recommended, they're quick, professional, affordable and explain things in an easy way to understand. My 50 gal water heater started leaking, Travis was at my house within a few hours of calling him. I had him put in a tankless heater and repair a broken shower head. The conversion was significant work, I have a 2 story house plus basement. The water heater is in the basement, venting needed to be run from the basement to the roof. They showed up in the morning and had the water heater finished just after lunch and repaired the shower head in less than an hour.
