Steve did a great job on unclogging the drain and was good company while doing it. I had been having issues for a while and had another company quote me an outrageous price. Just getting an estimate today. Tech responded same day as requested, was friendly and courteous, knowledgeable about the work required. Update: A PRV and two smaller valves installed. Installation was quickly completed and leak tested. No leaks. Price was as quoted.

I had regular maintenance performed. Everything was handled well from setting the appointment, arriving on time, professional service rep, to providing quote for additional improvements to my system. I have used them for several years snd never disappointed. I even typically have the same service rep. He knows my system, me, and my pets. I asked several questions and he was able to explain and show me where and how system works on my level. Good job!

Listen when you need a plumber call Mr Bowen. This guy knows exactly what he’s doing and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. I appreciated how honest and respectful he is. He’s such a nice guy too. I’m so pleased with the work he did replacing our shower hardware and our sink faucets.

Honesty goes a long way! Contacted Mr. Bowen to look at a leaky water heater. He responded to my message same day. After looking everything over he determined that a minor repair was needed and that I didn't need to replace the whole unit (which would have been expensive). I appreciated his honesty and the time he took to walk through the problem and the repair. I'll definitely call him again in the future with any plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

Great service always from City Plumbing. I have been a repeat customer for several years. Compare their price of service and replacement to other businesses. In 2022, they installed a new system in my home. I am happy with the price and installment.

Be careful that you understand their pricing. I ended up paying $400 an hour for them to install a kitchen faucet that I had already bought.

Steve and his assistant Grant came to repair a leaking joint. They were very efficient and did an excellent job. Steve recognized the previous faulty repair and repaired it properly. We could not be more satisfied. We would definitely recommend him for any and all plumbing related issues.

Once he provided services to us that were questionable, he refused to answer our calls not even the courtesy to refer us elsewhere! We weren’t unhappy with him until he refused our calls but now realize he didn’t want to face us with the issues!
